Chapter 48 - The Riverfront House

"Shiiit!" Jayden cursed violently, he even immediately kicked the table hard to cause a commotion. Jack who heard that went straight in, he was worried as soon as he heard a loud noise inside Jayden's room.

"Jay.."

"Geez, Jack!" 

"Yes, Ayyara why?" Jack asked, he walked over to Jayden who was sitting with his own hair grabbing hand.

"Ayyara's been kidnapped, Jack!"

"H-aahh? Why can?" 

"I don't know, Jack. Why did Ayyara get kidnapped, damn it!" Jayden continued to curse himself, making Jack sigh. He rolled his eyes with a puff. 

"Aren't you the one who's gonna sacrifice the girl as bait to get the enemy out, Jay? You should be happy now." Jack replied, making Jayden look up. He smiled wryly, actually he just wanted to trap the enemy through his girl, but he was late. He was too caught off guard, until finally his girl was kidnapped. 

"Jack, this isn't the time to laugh at my stupidity." 

"Yes, you're a boddoh, Jay! Ever since you fell in love with that girl, you've been stupid and careless. Still mending that your behavior is not detrimental or threatening the lives of others." Ketus Jack, then took Jayden's phone lying on the floor just like his cell phone had just become a victim of violence. Jack tracks where the girl's phone is located to make the search easier. 

"You gonna keep scolding me or start acting, Jack? You can scold me later, but now help me find my girl." 

"Don't you see I'm trying to track down your girl's phone, Jay?" Jack's question made Jayden move from his seat. He's coming to see how Jack tracks the location of the cell phone owner. 

"This place.." Jack murmured, he enlarged the location of the last signal from the phone was caught. 

"You know this place, Jack?"

"Yes, this is on the outskirts of town. Know it? House by the river." Jack replied, he knows this place. Because a few years ago, he had been to this place to complete a mission. 

"That place? Make sure it's right, don't get the wrong target." 

Jack made sure to go back to the place and right, he was absolutely sure of the place. 

"Yes, Jay. This is the place where the day we finish the mission." Jack said, Jayden remembered something. 

A few years ago, exactly ten years ago, they had come to this place to complete a mission. That is killing the life of an enemy that is quite dangerous, at that time Jayden's father also still served as a leader. Jayden and Jack are also still in education when they successfully complete the dangerous task. 

At the riverfront home Jayden and Jack work together to finish off a middle-aged man who used to be a weapons supplier, but one day he was caught embezzling funds and instead sold his homemade weapons to others. Which is, to Jayden's parents' enemies. 

Therefore, Alex ordered the troops to finish off the man for betraying his trust all along. That day, there was bloodshed in the house whose existence was quite far from urban. So, the gunshots won't bother anyone. 

That day, Jayden and Jack came home with a win. Alex feels very proud of both, so he appointed Jay as the new leader to replace him. At first, Jayden refuses because he does not want to be tied to the world of darkness that got his mother killed.

But, in the end Jayden accepted his destiny and carried out his duties well as the leader of a mafia clan. For Jay, being appointed directly by the father to replace him was quite burdensome. How else and finally, this is who he is now.

"Is it possible that someone who kidnapped Ayyara now has something to do with what happened decades ago, Jack?"

"I think it's possible, we didn't know that old man had a descendant, did we? It could be, this is the work of his son who wants revenge." Obviously Jack, Jay clenched both his hands. If this is really an attempt at revenge, he should be the one who is currently kidnapped, not Ayyara.

"It's outrageous, Jack. My girl is innocent of anything, she shouldn't be in this mess." 

"Yes, but this has all happened. We have to move quickly, I'm afraid Ayyara's disease will come back like that."

"Yes, it's my job, Jay!" Jack replied, he went out to prepare troops and discussed with some of his men, including Bima, Arka and Roy. They are a solid unit, plus the deadly duo of Jayden and Jack make their mafia clans strong. 

Jack gathers the members for a mission to rescue the young lady from the leader. The man is smart in organizing strategy, therefore dividing the existing members into several groups based on their abilities in their respective units. 

"Bima, lead the first group. Weapons unit, follow him as your chief." Said Jack, Bima nodded her head. Members who felt quite expert in the field immediately gathered behind Bima. 

"Silent weapon unit, follow Arka as your leader in the second group."

"Self-defense units, you're with Roy." 

"Lead them well, I expect a lot for the success of the mission this time around. Because what we're going to save is the girl who belongs to Jayden, our leader. Understood?" Strictly Jack, they nodded their heads at the sign that they understood what Jack said.

"Sisa's an army, come with me." 

"Sir, if I may propose. Given that this mission is in a river house, should we bring in people who are experts at defusing bombs?" Usul Arka's. He also took part in the mission, at a very young age at that time. 

"Yes, each group should have some people who are experts at defusing bombs. Thanks for reminding me, Ar."

"Together, sir." Replied Arka while bowing her body. Jack again set the strategy as best as possible, while Jayden chose to get ready in another room. 

'Wait a minute, baby. I'll come save you, I'll make sure you'll be fine after this. I'm sorry that I've neglected to look after you, Ayya.' The handsome man was inward, he took his bulletproof gloves and shirt, then put it on. In a moment, they will go for Ayyara's rescue mission. 

While in other places, Ayyara has not been aware of herself. He was tied up in a chair, if he woke up, of course the girl would not be able to fight because her hands and feet were tied tight.

Ayyara was surprised, she instantly woke up from her fainting. The girl shook her head, to be honest she was really surprised because suddenly there was water hitting her body.

"Aasshh, cold.." Ayyara murmured, she opened her eyes and circulated her gaze throughout the room which felt very quiet. The place dominated by black makes the atmosphere feel more gripping, plus there is no one here but him.

"What is this place? It's so scary." The girl muttered again. 

Until suddenly, there was a cockroach that crawled up his legs. Ayyara who was phobic towards the animal immediately excited, she screamed loudly so scared, to make the room rowdy just because one girl was afraid of a small cockroach. 

"Aaaa, please.. Keep the animal away from me.." The girl screamed while trying to move, but unfortunately she could not do it because her hands and feet were tied by someone. 

"Asshh, sick.." Ayyara muttered after the cockroach left. He saw his hands and feet bleeding, so can you imagine how strong the rope that tied Ayyara was? Even after she twitched, not her loose but instead hurt her body. 

A few seconds later, Ayyara heard a footsteps coming closer, the girl immediately shouted for help, hoping that the man would come to her aid.

"Please.help me.." Shouted Ayyara, but the footsteps disappeared with the wind. No one came to this place, but Ayyara did not give up, she kept shouting for help.

"Whoever it is, I beg you to help me.." 

"Whisper!"

Ayyara was instantly silent as soon as she saw the apple in front of her hit by a shot until it broke apart. The girl gulped her saliva with fatigue, she was completely in a daze of fear at this moment. How not? All his life, he had only heard or seen the person holding the gun. It was natural that he felt fear to make his body tremble.

"Hahaha.." the man laughed, Ayyara really had trouble holding back her saliva.

"Are you awake, baby angel?" Her question made Ayyara shut up. His voice sounded very scary to the girl.

"unleash you? Don't dream. I worked so hard to launch my plan, and now you want to screw up? Just do it if you're ready to get your head floating." Again, Ayyara had trouble swallowing her own saliva. He was really scared at the moment.
