Chapter 89 - Fear Roy

"Roy, in!" Jayden said, making Roy who was washing the car outside immediately turned his head, really for whatever sake his heart feels stopped beating right now. Roughly, what made Jayden call her in her flat voice. 

Roy sighed and then according to him, he went into the house after patting his dirty clothes because he had washed the car. Even now, the car he used to drive Arsen to school is still not clean. 

"Excuse me, Mister.."

"Hmm, come here." Jayden replied, the man was sitting in the living room staring at Roy flatly. 

"Sit down." 

Roy nodded, and he sat down on the empty sofa. Right opposite of Jayden who was staring at him sharply. He had been staring flat, but now it had turned into a sharp gaze.

"W-What's up, sir?" Roy asked, to be honest he was afraid to see Jayden's stoning gaze, even it felt piercing into his heart directly. 

"You bought my son some unhealthy food, Roy!"

"Sorry, Sir. But I couldn't stand it when I saw the twinkle of his eye as the car passed by the burger restaurant, sir. I'm sorry, but don't scold the young master." Obviously Roy.

"Huh, of course not. Why would I scold my son, thank you for pleasing my son, Roy." Jayden's words made Roy look up at his head. The man stared in disbelief at Jayden, worried that he would get angry especially when he saw his razor sharp gaze. 

"H-ahh? Is the Master not angry?"

"No, what am I angry for." Jayden answered with a small smile, just touch Roy rubbed his chest with relief. 

"You're scared, Roy?"

"Hehe, yes Sir. Especially when I saw Master's sharp gaze like that, it frightened me." Roy answered softly, making Jayden laugh. 

"I'm not angry, but next time I ask not to give too much unhealthy food to Arsen. He's got to get used to eating healthy food, but every once in a while I don't think it matters as long as it doesn't affect his health." Obviously Jayden made Roy nod.

"Good, Sir. I understand."

"How's Arsen at school, Roy?"

"After I observed the young master at school, it turned out that he had a different character, Master." Obviously Roy.

"You mean, what?"

"Young master rarely talks if at school, he prefers to be alone. But, do not worry because there are children who want to play with him. His name is Ronald, son of Mr. Martin." 

"Martin?" Ask Jayden. Roy nodded his head. 

"Yes, Sir. Martin is that."

"Hmmm, that brat is friends with my son?" 

"So what do you think?"

"For now, it's safe. But I promise I will continue to monitor the situation well. So far, nothing suspicious, sir."

"Good then, Roy. You're doing your job well." Jayden said, Roy nodded his head. He understood exactly what Jayden said. 

"Thank you, sir."

"Together, work well. Remember if my son gets scratched just a little, I'll slash your neck. Remember that, Roy!" Firmly Jayden, making Jayden nod quickly. As a subordinate of the mafia, Roy was used to hearing threats like this. But, still sometimes he was surprised instead of playing when he heard the man threatening him like that. 

Working with Jayden, just got one little life bet, right? Therefore, Roy must prepare himself and also his mental. He had to work as much as he could, as this concerned his life. 

"You can go home, if there's anything or anything that's suspicious of you, just tell me to get ready. You got it, Roy?"

"Good, Sir." Roy replied firmly. He got up from his seat and said goodbye to go home. Though actually, he did not go home immediately but hung out first at the headquarters with his other friends. Of course after he finished washing his car that he had been staying because he was told to face Jayden. 

"Daddy.."

"Yes, boy. What's up?" Jayden asked, thankfully he was done talking to Roy. Otherwise, he would definitely be confused as to what to answer to Arsen. 

"No, Daddy was talking to you, Om Roy? Very serious."

"Just a job, boy. You wouldn't understand that like Daddy's clear."

"Ohh, but Daddy's not mad at Om Roy, is it because I bought a burger?" Arsen's question made Jayden immediately rub the top of Arsen's head gently. He chewed both cheeks of his son with anxiety. 

"No, Boy. Daddy told you he wouldn't be mad at Om Roy."

"Hmm, Daddy broke Arsen's promise." Arsen lirih.

"No, Boy. Daddy's a guy who always keeps his promises." Jayden replied with a small smile. 

"Alright, Arsen believes in Daddy."

"Well, so dong. Where's Mommy?" Jayden asked, as he knew it, his wife went into Arsen's room to help her son prepare, but when Arsen left alone. 

"I'm here, Dad." Ayyara replied, she slowly walked closer to her husband and son.

"Why hmm?"

"It's okay, we eat? Daddy's hungry." Pinta Jayden, Ayyara nodded and complied as Jayden invited her to dinner. Because her stomach was also starving.
