Naruto: Long Live Hokage's
Chapter 164: Expanding the Ninjutsu Library

In front of the Konoha gate, Masahiko greeted the two guards, then walked to the village.

He originally wanted to teach his students without interruption in the Uzumaki Clan, but he was interrupted by a letter from Hiruzen, who said that Konoha's Ninjutsu library would be equipped for the third time.

The first time when Konoha was founded, the clan gathered all non-secret Ninjutsu and formed the Konoha Ninjutsu Library.

The second was held at the end of the First Shinobi World War. In addition to equipping some new Ninjutsu, they gathered most of the secret and forbidden Ninjutsu and put them back into the Seal Scrolls. At that time, Masahiko spent all his days in seclusion in the Uzumaki clan, so he had no chance to participate.

“This will actually be added for the third time. Looks like a lot of Ninjutsu collected in the Second Shinobi World War.”

Masahiko came alone, and did not bring his two Pokemon.

This time, Masahiko did not even think of going to Senju Station and headed straight for the Hokage Building, but he also did not sneak in.

“Older Masahiko, you are here.” Hiruzen greeted him at the door.

Masahiko nodded and glanced into the room, “How about the others?” He was referring to the other three elders.

“They have gone to various tribes to collect Ninjutsu,” replied Hiruzen.

“Any tribe?” Masahiko frowned; the secret technique of each clan should have been recorded last time.

“Yes, there were many foreclosures during this war, and each clan had its own spoils.” Hiruzen's response surprised Masahiko.

“Typically, all spoils are distributed evenly. Why did they use such a method.” Masahiko pondered for a moment, then he realized that Hiruzen should have done this on purpose. This way, the clan would have to work harder if it wanted to obtain a share.

“So the plan was to make them pay with blood for the spoils of war and then use the Seal Scrolls as an excuse to collect the spoils again. For the hesitant person, this is really a surprise from Hiruzen, or maybe it was Danzo's idea?” Masahiko thought but did not ask, this has nothing to do with him.

From the moment he entered the room, Masahiko's eyes locked onto a book on the Hokage's desk.

“Encyclopedia Ninja?” Masahiko had no idea there was such a thing, and out of curiosity, he opened it, “It's just a Ninjutsu catalog, but it's very large in size.”

The book only listed the names of the various Ninjutsu without any special method of practice, but it was still a thick book.

At the beginning of Konoha, Hashirama gathered many Ninjutsu from various clans. However, Masahiko did not practice much, as the number of techniques he mastered back then was more than two hundred, and now even more, which made the Ninjutsu Clan Uzumaki collection extremely rich.

“Fire Release: 202, Light Element: 94, Ground Element: 157, Wind Element... 207? Where did all this come from?” Masahiko frowned, he could understand the number of Fire Elements, after all the natural releases of the Uchiha Clan were Fire, but when Masahiko checked the Wind Element, she found many Ninjutsu that she had never seen before.

“Damn, Rasengan Twins too..” All these diverse Ninjutsu make Masahiko a little shy.

Hiruzen smiled and replied, “This is the Ninjutsu that I developed based on your Rasengan.”

“I thought it was Danzo.” Masahiko muttered, Hiruzen seems to think the same way as Naruto in Original. If one Rasengan is unable to solve the problem, then many more will.

“Water Release, 42?” Masahiko.

“Why are there only a few Water Elements? I remember that Tobirama has grown by leaps and bounds!”

Hiruzen smiled bitterly, “Yes, most of the Tobirama-Sensei techniques are included there, but only a few are the usual techniques.”

“About half of it is Ninjutsu that I have not mastered. I really underestimated these tribes. ” Masahiko initially thought that he had mastered most of the techniques after over a hundred years of life.

Masahiko looked at Hiruzen, “It's okay for me to copy this common Ninjutsu, right?” Masahiko did not ask Ninjutsu for secrets. He basically did not need this Ninjutsu, and it was very difficult to teach others.

Hiruzen nodded again and again, “No problem, but I also hope you will help add some there. This time, I hope we will finally collect thousands of Ninjutsu.”

Masahiko sneered, “Thousands? Buddy, Anime has less than a hundred! ”

“What?!”

“Aaah... No..” Masahiko mused, “Why they only use a little of the original. Didn't they say that Kakashi imitated thousands of Ninjutsu in the war? I think it's overrated .. “

Masahiko did not respond afterwards and continued to look at the Encyclopedia of Ninjutsu, while Hiruzen waited anxiously.

About half an hour later, Masahiko sighed in relief, “Now there are only 720 Ninjutsu? It takes a lot of time to count everything..”.

Hiruzen smiled bitterly, feeling that Masahiko seemed happy because they did not reach a thousand.

“Hah, what a pity... Only 280 Ninjutsu remain, right? Even with more help, I can only give you a dozen water releases, which I previously seized from Kirigakure.”

Hiruzen hesitated, “What about the advanced Rasengan types, and the Thunder Ninjutsu that you have taught your students Uzumaki Kenichiro ..”

Masahiko was surprised, then narrowed his eyes looking at Hiruzen in front of him. No wonder he rushed to find her as he thought about adding more Ninjutsu to the Konoha library. Turns out he's after his unique ninjutsu.

“I can give you Chidori. Just like the Rasengan, it was only the basic form of the technique, and had other advanced forms. However, other advanced Ninjutsu are all S-Class secret techniques, are you some ordinary Jutsu is a reasonable price?” Masahiko looked at Hiruzen with a smile.

Hiruzen gnashed his teeth, “In addition to the secret technique of each clan, you can also pick up another copy of Ninjutsu in the Seal Scroll.”

Masahiko waved his hand, “I have read Seal Scrolls, and basically I know all Ninjutsu.” training methods

There was no way Masahiko, the person he thought of making the Seal Scroll, would read it. He also recalled the wood releasing technique and every forbidden technique made by Tobirama. If not for the Outer Space Attribute never appearing on his attribute bar, he would have used the Flying Thunder God.

Hiruzen frowned, thinking of what he could offer in exchange.

“I have also developed many new Ninjutsu over the years. There are about a hundred types of techniques. If you want, you can have it all.”

Masahiko was surprised; developing 100 types of Ninjutsu was rather astonishing.

“No wonder Hiruzen is called a Professor, and even a Shinobi God.” Masahiko was suddenly interested in this trade.

Much of the Ninjutsu developed by Hiruzen was unoriginal, it was an attempt to modify his predecessor Ninjutsu and make other combinations, which brought many new ideas to Masahiko.

“Although I can't use it, it would be useful if Nagato can't learn the Dust Element, I can teach him this.”

In the end, Masahiko sent a series of Chidori forms to Konoha, Rasenshuriken was not included. After all, no one could use it except for Tsunade and Jiraiya, who had practiced Senjutsu.

Finally, with the Ninjutsu gathered by the three elders, the number of techniques reached one thousand, and the expansion of Konoha's third Ninjutsu library was completed.
