Chapter 11: The Uchiha Plan

A month has passed.

Sometimes Masahiko would walk the streets, and from time to time, the Senju or Uzumaki clans would show respect to him by bowing or greeting.

“This respectful feeling... For the first time in my life.” He murmured to himself while streams of tears flowed from his eyes.

Over the past month, there have been seven or eight confrontations against the Kaguya clan.

Since the patriarch of Kaguya, Hirakimasu was an expert in ninjutsu, both sides had a hard time dealing with it. After all, in order to stop someone like Hirakimasu, the coalition forces would need at least a group of Elite Jonin and second elder Uzumaki to contain him. This drastically reduced the other party's strength, which was rather reckless.

But, in this battle, Masahiko proves that he is more than capable of fighting with other Kaguya elders like Taketori. Thus giving the other an advantage in front of him.

Both the Senju and Kaguya clans were unable to add strength to this battlefield, it was because the Uchiha had yet to show themselves.

Although coalition forces are not worried about that. First, Tobu had recovered in just half a month. Second, Hashirama has increased drastically in this war. Now his strength was on par with the clan patriarch.

“We will win this war!” Many members of the coalition forces have become more confident due to recent developments.

However, the coalition forces also understood that since Kaguya was not moving for now, they were definitely planning to do something soon.

The Kaguya clan camp. Hirakimasu, Taketori, the other Kaguya elders, and a few Jonin Elite held a war council.

“Shoppers! We have sent three letters to Uchiha. Have they not answered?” Second elder Kaguya spoke. Recently their progress was halted by Masahiko. He ended up killing one of them in one of the battles. Taketori was furious because of this.

“Second Elder, I think Uchiha wants to drag this battle longer, to weaken both sides.” One of Jonin's Elite replied.

“Those freaks with those cursed eyes! Uchiha... someday I will teach them a lesson..” Hirakimasu says this angrily while hitting the table.

“We have no other choice; we need to send them another letter.” The second elder interrupted Hirakimasu and tried to contain the situation.

“Gr.. Fine,” infuriated Hirakimasu, but he accepted the suggestion.

The next day, Kaguya sent a letter to Uchiha.

Tajima, the clan head, receives the letter, then he gathers his aides; some Elite Jonin, Madara, and also Izuna.

As he sat in the main hall, Tajima raised his hand while holding the letter and said, “This is the fourth letter from the Kaguya clan, Madara, what do you think?”

“Dad, Kaguya has sent four letters. This meant that they were cornered by the other party. They may fall sooner or later. It's time for us to help them and attack the Senju. I suggest an attack immediately!”

“OK... anyone have a different opinion?” Tajima said to the crowd.

At that moment, the great elder of Uchiha, Shinji, spoke, “When we asked for their help to defeat Hyuga, we ended up paying them the entire mine. The risk here is even greater, and they expect us to help them for free?”

Tajima nodded, she thought for a moment. Then he said, “Poin is good. How can we benefit from this situation? The Kaguya clan now only had three elders and several high-level shinobi. This is a great opportunity to get back mine.”

“Yes! We will not attack Senju, it is time to visit Kaguya!” Tajima made up her mind.

“Dad, are you sure? Kaguya clan is our ally.” Madara. Back then, he was still a man who upheld justice and loved his family.

“Solence! Madara, remember. In war, loyalty is in vain! We should reap as much profit as possible!” Tajima yells at Madara. “After the last ambush, our army has dwindled, you lost your brother, remember? If we don't act now, in the future, Senju will definitely have the upper hand! We can seize Kaguya's resources and use them for our clan's goods!”

Madara closed his eyes; he still remembered his grief when his brother was killed by the Senju. He doesn't want to lose the person he loves anymore. Thus he agreed.

“Because there are no more objections. Gather teams! Tomorrow night we will visit the Kaguya clan!” Tajima said this with a big smile on her face.

Kaguya's emissary returns to the camp with good news.

He immediately went to the patriarch and excitedly said, “Patriark! Good news, after I sent them the letter. They had a short meeting. Then I saw them gather their strength and pack.”

“Those damn freaks, eventually, they will join the war.” Hirakimasu smiled in relief, “Tell the other elders. Let the people enjoy the night. Tomorrow we will march with the Uchiha! And we will destroy Uzumaki and Senju!”

The Uchiha arrived at the Kaguya clan camp. Hirakimasu knew nothing about the Uchiha Plan. He never expected the Uchiha to stab them in the back.

“Any. It's been three days since the Kaguya attack. They didn't come today either. Did they finally give up?” Masahiko was confused.

The people in the war council felt suspicious, they were watching each other looking for answers; however, they did not know the reason behind this truce.

But after a while, they got the answer.

“Report! Uchiha is on the move!” A ninja spy from Senju comes along.

Council silent.

Ten minutes later, Tobu broke the silence and said, “Although this is already in line with our expectations, the joining of the Uchiha in the war is very shocking news. We will suffer higher casualties.”

“Am I not strong enough?” Masahiko thought to himself, “I promise to protect the clan, but I can only defend my stance against the other elders. If I could kill their leader, this war might already be over.”

Hashirama looked conflicted, he was anxious, “Madara... Will we meet again in battle? Have you forgotten our dream?” He thinks to himself.

“My brother, don't strain so.” Tobirama could feel her brother's anxiety and tried to comfort him.

“Fear not. We've made plans if this happens. Senju already told me that reinforcements are on their way. Everyone refuses, tomorrow we will have a fierce battle! ” Tobu tries to break the tension and convince everyone.

“Ya!” Masahiko replied, then left with the others.

To this day, no one knows how surprising tomorrow will be…
