“You're aware?” Markus helps Adara to get up from her lying position, trying to make Adara sit back comfortably.

“How is Aaron doing?” asked Adara weakly, Markus shook his head in response. He does not know the current state of Aaron because he continues to look after Adara, Markus did not come out at all to check on Aaron's situation now but what Markus knows is that Aaron is still in the process of operation.

“I want to go there, I want to see Aaron.” Adara forced to come down from the ward, Mark prevented him from acting further.

“Do not be reckless Adara, your condition is very weak now. You could have fainted there again, you should remember that you are pregnant, you should think about your body.” Markus again led Adara to lie in the ward, “I will be there to check, I will come back soon and tell you.”

Adara nods her head, “May she be fine.”

Markus turned out of Adara's nursery, he rolled his eyeballs back. Why should he check on Aaron?

Markus approached Adara's family and Aaron's family who were still busy waiting in the waiting room. Hope to worry.

Seeing their expressions Mark concluded that there was not the slightest news of Aaron's state, Mark's heart clucked. Why did he die so long?

“Tante..” gently Markus calls Clara, Mother of Adara. “How's Tan, has there been any progress? Adara was already conscious and she kept asking about Aaron.”'s condition

Clara shook her head weakly, “Not yet, hopefully everything is good saj—”

Clara had not yet finished her words, the door of the operating room was open. The doctor came up from there with a tired face.

Suddenly Adara's family and Aaron's family ran to the doctor, “How is my son doc?” mother Aaron asked with trembling lips, she was very afraid.

The doctor sighed, “We managed to remove the bullet in his body, the operation went smoothly. But the patient is still not past his critical period, we just pray that he soon realized.”

Markus rolled his eyes irritated, so Aaron's still alive? Why does he have a life like a cat, Aaron should just die.

If Aaron is still alive Adara will definitely focus his attention on the man, aish imagine that Markus was already upset half to death.

Though Markus was impatient to tell Adara the news of Aaron's death and gave his shoulder to Adara as a place to lean, unfortunately Aaron did not die.

“Ahh Aunt, I have to go back to accompany Adara, Adara also must be happy to know that Aaron's operation went smoothly.” Markus smiles falsely at Clara, after he gets a nod from Clara he steps his legs away to Adara's temporary ward.

“How are Aaron, Mark?” Adara immediately stormed Mark with his question when he saw Mark had returned.

Markus glanced at another figure sitting near Adara, the man was Lucas. Adara's younger brother.

Markus saw Adara sighing in relief, Lucas who was next to Adara rubbed his brother's back gently.

“Who exactly would have shot Aaron like that.” Adara recalls the terrible moment, where he saw Aaron shot three times and in the second later Aaron fell in Adara's arms. How frightening.

“Maybe the one who hurt him, we don't know if he has a problem out there or not.” replied Markus flatly, Lucas turned to Markus and nodded his head.

“Yes, there may be someone who is hurt or has a problem with Aaron's brother so he is desperate to do that. But you don't have to think too much about it, let the police take care of it. The culprit will definitely be caught.”

Markus rolled his eyeballs back.

I won't let it.

I'm not gonna let that fucking human get caught. If he gets caught then I'll get dragged in too.

“Markus still not home?” juan asked his wife and daughter.

Viola shook his head, “Kakak is still accompanying Kak Adara at Pa hospital, soon may go home.”

“What's with the kid? Why suddenly care about Adara, before she stayed away from Adara.” Juan furrowed his brows, puzzled by his son's attitude.

Sabrina, Juan's wife, raised her voice. “Adara is experiencing a natural disaster if Markus wants to accompany him, maybe they have been feuding but no matter how they used to be close friends. Markus may feel the sadness that Adara felt.”

Juan nodded his head in understanding, “I only worry about him.”

Juan was afraid Markus was doing something strange.

Adara's family and Aaron's family have returned home.
