THIRTY TWO

Adara and Mark's wedding will be held tomorrow, but today Leonard's extended family is holding a family event.

Family event to welcome Aaron home, yes. Just today Aaron is released from prison, his prison term has run out.

But the family did not mention that Aaron returned from prison, they called him back from a long trip. They don't want Cherryl to know, and don't want Cherryl to think of Aaron as a bad guy.

Far away the day Adara and other family members had explained to Cherryl that he had another Papa. Papa took care of her when she was a baby.

It's just that both Adara and the family did not explain it in detail. And the great thing is Cherryl said that he knew, he knew he had another Papa.

Cherryl even said that when he hugged Mark the first time he felt happy and loved Mark, but Cherryl remembered another hug. A warm hug that definitely wasn't from his Mark Papa.

Cherryl loves both of them.

Cherryl waited at the door, doing the same thing as he did Markus. He waited patiently.

Cherryl's smile soon broke when she saw her Oma Clara coming with a man.

Cherryl ran up to the man and jumped into his arms. Cherryl knows his Papa Aaron face, he often sees his Papa Aaron photos.

“Welcome back Papa.”

Cherryl was delighted when her Aaron Papa hugged her tightly but not long after Cherryl felt her Papa Aaron body tremble, sobbing in tears.

Why these?

Is it because this Papa Aaron misses him too? Crying like what Papa Mark used to do?

Cherryl tried to pat Aaron on the back with his little hand. In his heart Cherryl thought that all the men he knew were all whiny.

Both his Papa Markus, his Om Lucas, and his Papa Aaron. All of them were whiny, and Cherryl felt all three men crying more hysterically than Cherryl himself.

All of them are now gathered in the living room, Aaron sitting while holding Cherryl. He was happy to be able to hug his beloved daughter again.

But Aaron also felt jealousy in his heart after hearing the news that Adara and Mark's marriage will be carried out tomorrow.

Aaron tried to turn his eyes on Cherryl, peeping the top of his daughter's head so that Cherryl turned his head and smiled widely.

Only Cherryl is a powerful medicine to overcome the sadness that Aaron feels.

Today is the wedding day of Adara and Mark, all of whom seem so happy.

Aaron took Cherryl in a beautiful dress. Cherryl is no less beautiful than her mother.

“Mama is so pretty huh Pa?” Cherryl pointed to Adara who was at the altar along with Mark.

Aaron nodded in agreement, he remembered that he had once been in that position. Marry Adara. But it seems Adara is not his soul mate, they are not in the destiny of being together.

The wedding was lively, even Cherryl enlivened the event by singing. All of her laughs happily while Aaron can only laugh fake.

Honestly, he still can't forget Adara. But he will continue to learn and try to forget his feelings.

“Honeymoon what?” Cherryl suddenly asked, he was confused because everyone kept talking about the honeymoon to Adara and Markus.

All the family members fell silent, confused as to what to answer to Cherryl.

“Honeymoon it is not for small children, later surely Cherryl understand if it is big.” sahut one of his Oma, Sabrina.

Cherryl pouted, but he was very curious but he just could not know.

Cherryl turned to look at his Papa Aaron, “If Papa Aaron when will get married?”

And when all eyes turned to look towards Aaron, Aaron did not want to be looked at with a look of pity. He knew he was pathetic but he no longer wanted to be a burden.

Aaron does not want Adara and Markus burdened, they should live happily as husband and wife. They do not need to feel guilty every time they want to make out.

Aaron did not answer Cherryl's question, he just laughed falsely and kissed Cherryl's cheek angrily. Trying to change the subject.
