dr. Zein sighed nervously but he had to convey the results to his two best friends.

"There is always hope for His servant who believes and believes that miracles exist. But I have to give an answer by saying honesty even though it is bitter. So Mrs Aygul is a bit difficult to have a child with this condition. And I'm sorry if I have to tell the truth, " explains Dr. Zainab.

After a long discussion and looking for an alternative treatment that suits Aygul's disease. The four of them resigned because the day had approached dusk.

During the ride home Aygul fell silent, he really felt very sad and lost hope. The desire to heal again faded. In his mind now there was only endless pain. She is sick thinking of herself she considers herself worthless and only troubles her husband and family.

Hope wants to conceive, feel the birth and cradle the fruits of her love with Hafiz is gone already. Now there is only a sense of brittle broken into pieces. He regretted why there should be accepting Hafiz back. He regretted making Hafiz come to Turkey again. And her regrets now she can't make her husband happy.

Tears were dripping again, silence was again created in the car. Aygul rests in the arms of his mother who is also sad because of the fate of his son who has difficulty giving him a grandson later.
