My Husband's Inner Wish

My Husband's Inner Wish
chapter 3

Kayla looked at the skyscrapers. Inhaling more city air is more pollution than in a beautiful village. Almost every corner of the city holds memories of Raize. Kayla is more organized, preparing the heart to look back at the things that made her remember the blue-eyed man.

The car Kayla was riding in entered a simple one-story courtyard. A minimalist black-fenced house that will be his residence in the future. The house reminded him a little of the house he had rented with Raize.

"Aahh, Raize, why else would I think of him." Kayla murmured in her heart. Kayla turned her eyes to the gondrong-haired man in the original tie, who was parking his car in the garage.

Avan smiled faintly at his wife.

"This is our house." Avan said after they were on the porch with black ceramic floor. Avan put some bags and cardboard luggage from the village beside Kayla standing."Let's go in."

Avan opened the front door. The smell is stuffy because it has been almost a year the house was left empty. Only once a month the house was cleaned by the handyman Avan hired.

"I'm sorry La, I haven't had time to clean the house, the handyman who died two months ago yesterday."

"No papa mas, can Kayla finish ntar." Kayla said looking at every corner of the living room that began to decorate the cobwebs in several corners.

"Come, La. Take me around the house first, not big, you will not be tired." Avan said walking ahead. The man began to show the kitchen, the backyard bathroom a special prayer room and also the room.

"This is your room, my room is across the street." Terang Avan while putting Kayla's bag. "I know you don't feel comfortable sleeping in the room with me. But, if you're ready, my room is never locked. Or the... You can ask me to come here."

"Thank you, ma'am."

"I just want to make you feel comfortable." Said Avan smiling peacefully, "for our room to clean itself. When we're done, we can finish the rest together. This is our house, don't burden yourself." Avan continued before he exited Kayla's room.

Kayla stared at the back of the long-haired man in that arbitrary pigtail. "Mas Avan is good, he's also handsome. I can love her sooner..."

"And forget about Raize..." Kayla muttered to herself.

After Kayla and Avan cleaned their rooms. They then work together to clean the entire house, clean the dust on the top and also the windows. Then Kayla swept and Avan mopped the floor. Until noon, the stomach of the two to sound at the same time. Kayla smiled and Avan chuckled, then the two dissolved in the same laughter.

To prop up the stomach, Avan ordered an online messaging service. And eat it on the floor they haven't had time to mop. Although only eating fried rice, the two can enjoy togetherness. Then continued work was delayed until late afternoon.

"Mas, we don't have any cooking supplies." Kayla said after cleaning the contents of the refrigerator.

"Still strong shopping?" Ask Avan from the front carrying a mop tool to be stored again behind the house.

"Still anyway, mas."

"Yes, change clothes, keep shopping."

Avan takes Kayla to a fairly prominent shopping mall in the city. On the way to the supermarket, Kayla and Avan took the time to visit a clothing store.

Avan circulated her gaze, stepped into a corner of the shop and came back again carrying a matching colored hijab. "Now, it's really good if it's the same." Her speech was attaching the hijab to the robe.

"Expensive, mas." Said Kayla looking at her tag.

"Not until 800th of a thousand."

"No need, baby, ma'am." Kayla.

"Try it first."

"No need to."

"Try it first." Avan. Finally Kayla walked by bringing the game to the dressing room. After replacing her, Kayla came out standing in front of the waiting Avan.

Avan smiled, and approached. Pairing the hijab on Kayla's head. Then she held out her two thumbs.

"Will Kayla wear a hijab?"

"Tau ila may not be ready. So, just wear it if we get out of the house. In the mall, for example, mas kek does not want to see other men's hair ila." Avan smiled at Kayla's face.

Kayla smiled, she did not feel any vibration. If she loved her husband now, her face must have met red to hear Avan's words. But, he just felt uncomfortable. Kayla's mind was still adrift on Raize.

Finally, Kayla, came out of the store and bought three gamis along with her hijab. Of course, Avan is paying, because Kayla's monthly allowance is prepared for kitchen purposes.

After buying some food. The young couple returned home not to forget they stopped by for a while at Avan's restaurant. In his own city Avan already has two, one Sweet coffee cafe and one Ndeso restaurant. Take the time to fill your stomach before you go home. Once at home, Kayla immediately arranged the contents of the refrigerator and went to sleep once she was done. Because he was very tired because he cleaned the house all day.

One week passed, Kayla also got a job at one of the hospitals not far from home. That day Kayla entered the day shift, so after finishing making breakfast for Avan, she went back to sleep. Then just woke up before Zuhur.

Kayla pranks, looking at the clock on the wall of the room. Kayla rubbed her eyes, and checked her dress. There were some messages from the hospital, and a message from her husband. Kayla sits awake and reads a message from Avan.

("La, living this month in the central space sideboard.")

That's it, no other message from Avan. After answering ok, Kayla rushed to take a bath and took ablution to perform her Zuhr prayer.

Kayla looked at her face in the mirror, she was still not wearing a head covering. Avan did buy her a hijab and a dress. But Kayla never wears it. Even when following the study with her husband.

Kayla picked up her briefcase, then walked out of the room. Kayla recalled the message from Avan as she passed through the living room. Kayla steps up to the sideboard, then picks up the envelope there. Kayla frowned, there were two envelopes. Kayla read the writing outside of it. Monthly rations and one more envelope inscribed with Kayla's living.

The girl was stunned, why did Avan distinguish the monthly ration and the living for her. Kayla opened the monthly ration envelope, the same nominal as last month. According to Kayla, that's a lot. Last month alone was still there, very enough for the needs of the kitchen and himself. Even so, Kayla tried to open the living envelope for him. Kayla's mouth widened, counting the money in it.
