General Virendra doesn't know what to answer. He did not want to hurt Venus, but lying is not a good thing because in the end Venus will still be hurt.
"We'll talk about this later," General Virendra replied casually as if there were no burdens.
Inevitably that was all General Virendra could say. Lucky Venus did not force it further, the woman simply nodded without any intention of rebutting.
Secretly Aunt Martha sighed in relief, "Venus, you better rest. Varest also seems to be sleepy."
"Alright, Venus goes back to the room first." Venus then immediately returned to the room with Varest who already looked sleepy.
"General, you'd better tell me honestly about Venus' health. I don't want Venus to wish that would end up hurting her heart."
General Virendra only nodded in agreement at the advice of Aunt Martha. Honestly, from the beginning General Virendra had wanted to say that. However, General Virendra did not want to make Venus add to the burden of the mind and grieve again.

Venus fell asleep next to Varest who also slept soundly. General Virendra looked at the two lovingly, his heart warmed to this beautiful sight.
"I'm sorry I haven't been a good husband to you." General Virendra's whisper while gently stroking Venus' long hair.
Venus wriggled softly at the touch of General Virendra, then the woman opened her eyes.
"I'm sorry to wake you up" said General Virendra.
Venus shook her head slowly while trying to sit leaning on the bed.
"Venus fell into a deep sleep, even forgetting to move Varest." Little smiling Venus looked at Varest's adorable face.
"Let me move." General Virendra carefully carried Varest and moved the son to a special bed.
Venus watched General Virendra's attitude closely. His heart warms to see how good General Virendra is, the man has turned to be warmer and more considerate since declaring love.
"Vir," call Venus soft when suddenly remembered a thing.
General Virendra turned, "yes?"
"Yes, there was a rebellion. You know, the South hasn't completely let us go. Even though their King has fallen, in fact there are still many rats nesting there."
"They also took revenge on the General?" ask Venus innocently.
General Virendra smiled slightly before replying, "it can be said that way."
"Why?" ask Venus again.
"Venus, in this world every power-hungry person must keep something bad for something. Being the leader of a prosperous country certainly makes other countries feel rivaled to create their own grudges."
"Then, will they justify any means to achieve what they want?"
"Of course, that's why we should always be vigilant. Remember, evil can come from anywhere and can be done by anyone."
"Yes, Venus understood. Quite a traitor who managed to hurt Venus," Venus muttered sadly considering the Avi she believed was a betrayal.
"Sleep, it's night. Don't remember things that have passed." General Virendra smiled gently rubbing Venus' head and peeking at the woman's forehead.
General Virendra immediately broke down, preparing for sleep. However, Venus's next question made General Virendra open his eyes wide.
"Vir, does Varest feel the competition?"
General Virendra sat back down to hear a sudden question from Venus.
"What do you mean?" General Virendra asked quietly as if he did not understand the meaning of Venus' speech.
"Varest won't be the next victim?" ask Venus carefully. This was what he wanted to ask lately, a question that disturbed his calm.
The question of Venus managed to slap General Virendra firmly. True, the feeling of Venus as a mother can not be doubted. As the heir to the Aleister throne, Varest's status was very high and the risk the baby was taking was also great.
General Virendra had never thought of this before. He had even forgotten the dark events of many years ago. The event that incised deep wounds on General Virendra and died of its own trauma. A bitter event that became the darkest day for General Virendra.
