Bayu is confused about which victim to deal with first. His instincts as a doctor wanted to save all the victims who were full of blood.

But his steps are fixed on Lia who is hugging each other with Sam and a girl in Sam's lap.

"What's going on, Sam?" tanya Bayu panickedly saw a lot of blood from the patient's head.

"I'm a doctor, ma'am. I will see the condition of the mother's child before being taken to the hospital. Look there is already an officer carrying an ambulance" Bayu said still trying to convince Ruby.

"Are you a doctor?" ruby asked doubtfully, Bayu was wearing casual clothes.

"Well if you still have doubts. Let me see the condition of the mother's child and let her stay on the mother's lap" Bayu decided. There's not much time to be tough here, Johan's life is at stake.

"Have he been shot?" asked Bayu who was looking for a gunshot wound.

"Yes... I did it. But I didn't mean to hurt him. Suddenly he put up a body to protect the son of Alexander's descendants" Ruby said in an angry tone and weakened again after seeing Johan's condition.

Bayu immediately hung up his phone without answering Silvi's last words.
