My Angel Baby's

My Angel Baby's
Small Covenant

"No! Liaannn" cried Sam as he watched Lian's body begin to move.

But actually, Sam has been taking a swing to anticipate whatever will happen to Lian.

Thanks to his good focus or perhaps his good reflexes, Sam's hand was stretched out to hold whatever part of Lian's body he could reach.

Fortunately Sam could immediately hold Lian's leg and hold it tightly so that Lian did not fall.

"Aaahhhh" shouted the people below, as well as visitors who were trapped on the roller coaster.

"Please Sam! Let me go forever from this world. Let me be with my mom in nature. Don't try to help me, Sam" cried Lian, not since when she cried.

"No will. If you die, I'll also go along with you" cried Sam no less loudly, trying as hard as possible to defend Lian and maintain his own security.

Sam still wants to enjoy his long life with the woman he loves.

"Please Sam. Release me. Let me just die" Lian said again, her tears growing louder.

Lian has been trying for a long time not to cry even though hard life seems not to be far from her. His fate is always not good.

Sam looked around, under him there were already a lot of people trying to help Lian when she really fell.

Seen some firefighters who move quickly by deploying a large enough net with a mattress on it to catch Lian.

"Please attention!" one firefighter said through a small speaker after all the equipment was deemed ready.

Sam opened his eyes and looked down, towards the source of the sound.

"We have prepared a helper. You can let go of that girl now, son. Hopefully he can fall in the right place" said the father still through the microphone.

Sam nodded, his hand was already too tired to hold Lian's weight which was getting longer as if it felt heavier.

Sam tried to see the accuracy of the safety device if he was sure to remove Lian's leg.

With enough consideration, Sam began to count in his heart to be completely sure of letting go of his handrails.

"1.. 2.. 3.." muttered Sam who instantly let go of his grasp.

While there was a loud scream from Lian during her fall. Apparently he was scared too.

Brugh!

Finally Lian's body landed right on a mattress that had been prepared by the security officers along with the firefighters.

The sound of applause was heard loudly seeing the success of the officers involved to save Lian.

Moments after Lian survived, the rollercoaster began to go back slowly. The visitors who had been trapped can now breathe again.

"I'm sorry for the incident" several amusement park officials told all passengers helped to get off the vehicle.

All the passengers were sitting on the grass because they were being led by the officers.

One by one they were given drinks to calm the fears of those who survived the incident that afternoon.

Sam ran to see Lian, who was taken by security guards, forgetting the pain in his hand from holding Lian's weight for nearly fifteen minutes.

"Where are you going, sir?" sam asked, Lian who was still sobbing was being pushed in a wheelchair by one of the officers there.

"To the health unit, brother. She's coming with you?" ask the officer.

"Yes sir, we came here only two" Sam said.

"Alright, come with me" the officer said kindly.

They also went to the existing health unit to check Lian's condition.

There was a guard doctor at the clinic who moved quickly when he saw Lian who had entered the room.

"Wait here yeah, we'll check on the patient first" said the doctor, holding Sam and the park attendant who had been pushing Lian's wheelchair since.

"Well doc" said the two compact.

"Wait, were you the one who helped the girl while she was still hanging above?" the doctor asked and Sam only replied with a nod of his head.

"Alright doc" said Sam according to, on the other hand Sam is still worried about Lian who never subsided his crying.

The police officer decided to wait in front of the clinic.

Half an hour passed, both Sam and Lian were in good shape. No significant injuries. Only maybe tomorrow, Sam's shoulders and hands will feel stiff due to spontaneous movements and holding Lian's weight.

"You guys done the check?" ask the amusement park staff. Apparently a sense of responsibility made the person willingly wait for Sam and Lian who were being examined.

"Already sir. We're doing just fine. Thank you for your attention" said Sam, and Lian was still bowing down from here.

"Either. Oh yeah, here's my business card. If tomorrow there is a complaint that you feel, you can directly contact the number and I will continue to the company to cover all your medical expenses" said the park officer who turns out to be named Yono.

"Thank you again, sir. Hopefully there will be no further complaints from the two of us" replied Sam.

"Yes, I hope you're okay" the officer said.

"Then we'll excuse you sir. Once again thank you" Sam said as he extended his hand to shake.

And they decided to sit down for a while on the bench inside the amusement park to release the tension.

"Make you" said Sam giving a bottle of cold drink to Lian who had been looking moody since.

Lian received the drink without thanks as usual. Somehow to calm a woman who was silent like this, Sam became confused himself.

"Lian, next time you don't think about ending your life again. If you get reckless, I will go wherever you go" said Sam who took the initiative to open his mouth first.

"Don't Sam. Don't so. Your life is too precious to end. Unlike my life that I have never felt happy before. Maybe it's my destiny to be happy in another realm, Sam. And if that's my destiny, I want to immediately pick up that happiness" said Lian who returned to tears. Though usually as bad as fate toying with him, Lian never wanted to lose to him.

"If you feel that way, let me give you happiness in the future, Lian. Do not let you feel alone, because now there is me who will always be there for you" said Sam seriously, never he felt falling that deep on one woman.

"No Sam. You can't have any special feelings for me. Not Sam" said Lian increasingly sobbing, even she had to cover her face with a palm.

"Sttts. Just relax. I am sure of this feeling. And whatever will happen later, I hope you want to continue to be beside me to fight together" said Sam sincerely.

"Lo want to be my girlfriend, Lian?" sam asked confidently after hours he tried to dare to ask Lian.

Silence, that's all Lian can do. The girl didn't think Sam would be so quick to fall for her.

"I'm not a special girl, Sam. Don't let you regret it later if it turns out I'm not who you think I am" Lian said hoping that Sam would hesitate with her question.

"No Lian. I am sure of the same. And I promise I will always be faithful to you, forever" said Sam while holding Lian's hands.

"But Sam, we're still students. I'm afraid that our school will be disrupted if there is a special relationship between us" said Lian who wants to buy time so that Eri does not immediately launch his revenge action.

"Okay, if that's what you want. I'll faithfully wait until we graduate school. When we become students, I will ask the same question again. And I hope you won't let me down" Sam said.

Lian was sadder, because Sam's feelings were so deep for her.

"We're spending time until we graduate from school, Sam. Now we have to focus on learning and trying to be the best" said Lian a little excited if discussing the issue of education.

"OKAY. We are rivals yes, two more years when graduation arrives, the best entitled to ask for one thing from the losers. The loser must do what the winner asks. How's it?" ask Sam who is sure that he will be the winner.

Lian thought a little, and this was the only chance for her to be able to ask Sam to stay away from her one day if she could win this bet.

"okay! Deal yes" Lian said as she extended her hand to shake Sam.

"OK deal. And one more thing, as long as we are still bound by this agreement, then we should not be close to each other let alone to establish a relationship with the opposite sex, how?" ask Sam.

"OK" Lian replied steadily, because there was nothing in Lian's brain to do but learn to change her future.

And that agreement was the beginning of their journey to get to the finish line.
