"Sir, can I ask permission to leave after lunch?" tanyanya.

"Shut your mouth!" Arkan again grabbed Reino's shirt collar.

"Why? Or you haven't touched it?" reino Cibir.

"Bugg." The second punch landed on Reino's face. Kian who witnessed the fight was just trembling in fear. Her tears were dripping down her cheeks. He was afraid that something would happen to Arkan.

I don't know since when Reino held a sharp weapon in his hand. Seeing the man ready to pull his gun towards Arkan, Kian ran to prevent it.

"Arggh." It was still drowning with blood flowing from its stomach.

Seeing Reino who had just thrust a knife at Kian, Arkan's anger grew even more. He brutally beat Reino until the man was battered. After Reino collapses, Arkan runs towards Kian. The girl seemed unconscious.

"Kian, wake up! Please open your eyes!" Arkan patted Kian's cheek to wake him up. The girl cannot close her eyes. Arkan was afraid that Kian would not open his eyes again.

"Kian, please wake up. Open your eyes!" Arkan immediately carried Kian into the car. At high speed, Sam drove the car to the hospital.

Seeing the blood still flowing from Kian's stomach, Arkan panicked. He was afraid of losing the girl forever. He held Kian's body in his arms. Unknowingly, Arkan was crying.

"Calm down, sir. Miss Kian must be strong" said Sam trying to calm down. Even if he knew it wouldn't work. The Young Master's cry became even more.

"Don't leave me, I beg you!" lirih Arkan with a trembling voice. He rubbed Kian's face that was pale. If Kian leaves him, he will never forgive himself.

Sam stopped the car in front of the IGD room. Without waiting for the medics to pick him up, Arkan immediately carried Kian into the room.

"DOCTOR! WHERE ARE THE DOCTORS!!!" arkan's screams filled the hospital room.

Seeing who was coming, the doctors immediately checked on Kian.

"Please wait outside, sir" said one of the nurses.

"NO!! I won't leave him for a second!"

"It's for the good of the patient, sir,"

Sam who saw Arkan persisted, approached the man.

"Patience, Sir. You have to wait outside so the doctors can save Miss Kian." Eventually Arkan relented, allowing the doctors to take Kian to the operating room.

Arkan was waiting for the operation. He could neither sit nor drink when Sam brought him a drink. He kept praying that he would be safe.

A doctor came out of the operating room. His face was expressionless. Makes Arkan even more worried.

"Operation went well. But." the doctor did not continue. He was afraid to explain.

"What's up, Doc?" ask Arkan quickly.

"Because the Miss is bleeding a lot, she needs an immediate blood transfusion. Meanwhile, at this hospital, Miss Kian's blood type stock is empty" explained the doctor.

Arkan clutched the doctor's clothes. "What hospital has no blood supply?" tanyanya.

"Sorry sir, but Miss Kian's blood type is rare" the doctor said.

"What blood type does he need?" Still clutching the doctor's clothes.

The doctor's breath was almost panted. Sam asks his Young Master to let go of his clutches first so that the doctor can say. Arkan finally let go.

"AB negative, Sir!" replied the doctor.

"Damn, my blood type is B." Arkan looked at Sam. "You?"

"I'm also B, Mister," Sam replied as he lowered his head.

Now Arkan is getting more panicked. He must immediately get a blood donor as soon as possible so that Kian can be saved. Arkan reached into his suit pocket and took his cell phone.

"Sir, Dan, please announce in the office, I need a negative type AB blood donor as soon as possible!"
