The man lowered his head, while playing one of his legs. He seemed reluctant to pemubris, let alone have to answer Hwang Ji Na's question. Chanwo knows very well if the girl of alpha wolf descent is too emotional in acting. They are too eager to get what they want.

“Why are you silent?” hwang Ji Na.

“Reply answer my question!” he continued with a higher-sounding tone of speech.

Chanwo took a deep breath, while staring intently at this annoying girl.

“I'm sure if you and my sister are still able to deal with the problem there. There was never anything too serious in that place. So I guess you guys will be fine without me for a while,” he explained with both hands folded in front of the chest.

“What do you mean?” ask Hwang Ji Na for the umpteenth time.

“I think you know what I mean without needing me to go into more detail. You're smart enough, aren't you, to guess it?” chanwo said casually.

“Alright, let's make this simpler!” reply Hwang Ji Na.

“First of all, what makes you want to stay here?” continued.

“You already know what my reasons are since the beginning of my departure from that place,” replied Chanwo.

“But isn't everything done now? I saw the girl you helped was better,”.

“Everything is more complicated now and it's all because of me,” Chanwo explained with what it is.

“Alright, it turns out that you are not someone who deserves to be a leader. You are more concerned with others than your own people. You don't deserve to be a leader! Your sister is the one who should have been appointed as an heir to the royal throne,” Hwang Ji Na quipped blatantly.

After hearing the words of quite spicy innuendo coming out of Hwang Ji Na's mouth, this man tried to keep acting ordinary as if nothing had happened just now. Though it can not be denied if his emotions are exploding inside him and now being filled to erupt.

If he could do it, he might have finished off Hwang Ji Na right in front of him by now. No matter how close the relationship they once created, because now the situation is far different. But unfortunately Chanwo could not do that even though he actually wanted to. This man could not break his promise to his late father if he would not hurt anyone who had been a part of him. Because it's the same as hurting himself. As everyone already knows if Hwang Ji Na and Chanwo had been in the same family, even though they came from two different lineages. They had also been living together for many years, so it was impossible for Chanwo to have to ruin everything. It was just the sweet memories with his family that he still had to this day.

“I'm just trying to be a good king, just like dad used to be,” Chanwo said in a much more relaxed tone.

“Well did you say?” hwang Ji Na once again.

“Which king is willing to let his people be without a leader!?” continued.

“I am trying to protect one of my people,” he said plainly.

“But if you really want someone better to replace me, then I never have a problem with that.”.

“Of course we want!” hwang Ji Na.

“That girl has driven you crazy to forget everything you have,”, said Hwang Ji Na.

“Because he is a flock of vampires who are lost in the human world, his fate is the same as yours,” explained Chanwo then left this girl.

He walked up to the lookout tower, where he had met Nhea earlier. Chanwo was seen scratching his head which actually did not feel itchy at all.

“You're back?” ask Nhea.

The man simply nodded his head slowly, with a small smile towards the girl.  Nhea seemed to be much calmer than before. Her crying had also stopped, though it still left some traces of tears that could be seen very clearly.

Chanwo then turned his eyes back towards the troops he had deliberately sent here. Actually it was a group of young men who had been training in the backyard of his palace. Their training has not been in vain at all. Think of this incident as a direct evaluation on the field, to measure their ability so far has been up to where.

The man pointed his index finger towards the north, which was none other than where they came from. At first Chanwo was not sure and even thought it impossible if the darkness consisting of shadow clans and vampires were able to get out of the cursed forest. But now they can finally do that, the thing they've been dreaming of. With just a few simple tricks, everything can become real.

It seems that the young men of the shadow did not take long to understand what the leader meant. Their brains are too intelligent with a thinking speed ten times faster than humans. Now the troops had to return to where they came from, even though they had to go home without Chanwo who was with them. Moreover, they cannot linger outside here, especially to be side by side with humans. Soon the dawn will come and the sun will soon come out of the nest.

All those robed people immediately ran towards the undergrowth, then disappeared just like that. “So you had to?” ask again.

“Not really,” reply Nhea briefly.

These two corners of the man's lips perfectly lifted after hearing the confession from Nhea, although he was reluctant to say it clearly. He has never been this happy as a vampire. Chanwo is quite famous for its flat expression that seems cold. Just this time he heard someone say he was a good person. And what made her happier, when she found out that the first person to tell her was Nhea.

It means he has succeeded in doing one good. So more or less soon maybe this curse will be released. He could not wait to welcome the day he could be free from this down-and-down curse.
