This morning Nhea woke up a little later than usual. Yesterday he was still awake until almost four o'clock because he could not sleep. He barely sleeps all night because he enjoys the full moon. He thinks it's beautiful. A soft moonlight stroked his head until he fell asleep.
The middle of spring is the most beautiful time besides autumn. Seeing all the plants back to flourish, as they should.
“Nhea! Wake up!” say a voice. Still from the same room.
The girl squirms on her bed. Do some stretching movements before getting up from the bed. With her eyes still in line, Nhea tried to collect her life that was still left in the dreamland.
It was Oliver who woke the girl up. He did not want to interrupt Nhea's sleep. Oliver couldn't bear to wake Nhea. But in the end, he just doesn't want to do it. Oliver couldn't let the girl sleep all day. A meal will be held soon. Everyone was getting ready to head to the main building. If Nhea stays here, then she will skip her morning breakfast. Meal rations will not be given separately outside meal hours.
“Promisely prepare, I will wait for you in front,” Oliver said gently. This time his tone sounded much more relaxed than usual.
“Alright,” replied Nhea. His voice was still raucous, typical like a new person waking up.
Without any intention of giving any further reply to the girl, Oliver immediately left the room. In accordance with his promise earlier, he would wait outside as long as Nhea prepared. He's finished since then actually. Right now it was just waiting for Nhea. Then they can go together as usual.
Oliver waited outside while playing his leg. Several times he appeared to be greeted by other students who happened to be passing through the hallway. Honestly, he felt bored and guilty towards Nhea. Yesterday's incident left him unable to sleep well. According to him, his attitude towards Nhea was already excessive. He should not have interfered in the family's affairs. After all Oliver is nothing more than a female dorm head. He has absolutely nothing to do with family members.
The girl felt lonely because Nhea had completely silenced her yesterday. Not only that. Nhea even kept her distance from the three of them. Just natural. His mood is not good. He did not want to be around people who would make his mood even more chaotic. Better to prevent than cure.
Even though Oliver wasn't really alone yesterday, he still felt lonely. Before Nhea came, there was always Jongdae and Jang Eunbi by her side. Even yesterday, they were still together. But, for some reason if there is no Nhea everything feels different. Oliver was never really sure where the difference lay.
It's not just Oliver who feels that way. He believes that his older brother Jongdae and Jang Eunbi also feel the exact same way. Sooner or later, they should apologize to the girl as soon as possible. It's not good to let their relationship stay this tenuous.
‘CEKLEK!!’
Shortly after, Nhea was ready in her uniform. It looks a lot better looking like this than it did.
“It's done?” asked Oliver doubtfully who then got the nod from Nhea.
They decided to immediately go to the main building following the others. There must have been a lot of people there. Both went as well as usual. But, none of them opened their voices. So, the already silent atmosphere feels increasingly gripping. Oliver has cleared a few times. He deliberately did so to neutralize the surrounding atmosphere. But it turns out the result is still nihil Nhea continues to go without regard to it at all.
They are caught in a pretty awkward situation. It's never usually like this. For the first time they felt a different atmosphere. Dominated by negative aura. Almost nothing positive is happening here.
“Nhea!” oliver Southerly soft.
“I'm sorry about yesterday,” Oliver said.
This time the girl seemed to be sincere about saying this. Oliver really regretted what he did yesterday. He realized his mistake in one night. Nhea thought it would be more than that.
“I've forgiven you,” reply Nhea plainly.
He doesn't seem to be fighting over something that became a problem yesterday. Forgetting about it is pretty easy. But, whether it is true or not.
Meanwhile, Oliver who heard the sentence immediately rounded his eyes perfectly. His brain refused to believe. No matter how often he tried to convince himself. The reason, the sentence that slid from the girl's mouth was quite difficult to believe. Yesterday Nhea barely wanted to have any more contact with him, but suddenly this morning she had forgiven Oliver. As if yesterday had never happened at all. What this girl's heart is actually made of.
“You mean what you said earlier?” ask Oliver again to be sure.
“Of course!” reply Nhea was accompanied with a confident nod.
“Indeed I look like I'm joking with what I said just now?” ask the girl back.
“Then let me pull my words again,”.
“Do not!” prevent Oliver.
Of course he didn't want Nhea to pull back his words just now. It would have been a miracle if Nhea would have forgiven him for his great mistake yesterday.
“But, thank you so much for forgiving me,” Oliver said later.
Nhea had absolutely no intention of replying to the girl just now. The stock of words inside his head suddenly dissipated for a moment.
After the conversation, the mood went back to silence. But not so hard. At least Oliver already felt much more comfortable around Nhea. He did not think that the situation could go back to how it was.
He had already broken the girl's trust before. Oliver will try his best not to make the same mistake. Because he knows that trust is not an easy matter. To break the trust of others is to throw a stone at a glass. If it is damaged, it will be difficult to return it.
They continued their journey to the main building. Most of the students and a few others had already gathered there since morning. They'll start the banquet in a few moments. Due to departing longer than usual, Nhea and Oliver get the last line up. Doesn't matter. As long as they can still enjoy their breakfast in peace.
