Chapter 13: The Very Rich Woman Is Coming
There is a good reason why Professional players are highly sought after. Why else would someone play a game? For fun of course. “Enough Miaomiao, stop the nonsense!”
Rosette Rose rubbed her temple before turning to Jiang Fei, "Welcome Verdure Glider, at Rosette Knighthood."
“Ding! Rosette Rose has invited you to join “Rosette Knighthood.” Did you accept the invitation?”
“Ya.” Jiang Fei nodded.
Rosette Knighthood was a guild. A Guild is one of many types of in-game group systems. Since the union had just been established, it had a low maximum member limit. At that time, they only had 40 members in the guild and the maximum limit of members was only 100. One thing to note was that Jiang Fei was currently the only man in the guild who was all female!
“Haha! The gilder! Cute name!”
When Jiang Fei entered the guild and opened the guild chat, the guild members began to greet him excitedly.

Jiang Fei could see that Tinkerbell was another Profession player in the guild. IGN is Jade Tinkerbell. He was a Tailor, and had been recruited to join the guild because he was like Jiang Fei, a soloist.
As for contracts, it was a common practice for most guilds. That was to prevent players from exploiting the guild. After all, the guild did provide all the necessary materials for Profession players to raise their Levels. Without a contract, the players can just walk away after they get their share.
“We are just a small guild. There is no way for us to compete with the other bigger ones. However, we can give you a bigger cut. We created a union not to earn money, but to enjoy the game. The only reason we are recruiting players like you is to give better time to other members,” Rosette Rose explained.
The contract stated that after cutting the material costs, all profits would be split between Profession players and guilds at a ratio of 8:2! It was 20% for the guild while Profession players would earn 80%! That's an incredible number! In comparison, the other guilds would only provide a base salary and a profit share of 10%! The Guild itself would take 90% of what the Profession players made!
"Hm mm," Rosette Rose saw Jiang Fei's reaction and chuckled. “As I said, guilds were created just for fun. We recruit players like you to ease the gameplay of guild members. There is no lack of money! We just ask that you prioritize the production of any equipment to your fellow sisters. Other things can be discussed.”
"Mother f—" Jiang Fei shouted in his mind. “How rich are these chicks..”.

Unlike Sewing, Iron Marking requires actual workspace, whereas Tailors can start making crafts anywhere, anytime they want — as long as they have the necessary materials. The blacksmith needs a foundation and a furnace!
