The journey that will be taken about an hour ahead, makes Yati feel tired and sleepy. Moreover, this morning she also drove her own car to the airport, to deliver her husband, who was away doing his duty, to go and some countries in Europe there.
"Just rest in Kiara's room. It's still a long time," said the Grandfather, as he watched Yati yawn several times.
Yati just smiled hearing the words from Grandpa. But because he did feel a little sleepy, he finally stood up and said goodbye to Grandpa, to rest and sleep first in the room, which was on the plane.
Grandpa nodded in agreement. And now, the Grandpa looked through the news, which he read from the magazine provided by the flight attendant, on the table.
The plane carrying the two of them to Singapore will soon land.
The Grandfather asked the flight attendant for help, to wake up his granddaughter earlier, "Sis, please wake up miss Kiara huh. The plane is about to land."
"Okay, Great Lord," the nurse replied obediently.
A few minutes later, Yati was seen coming out of the plane room, in better shape. He also has been seen washing his face and improving his own appearance.
"Sorry Cake. Kiara went to bed instead and did not accompany Grandpa" said Kiara, who felt sad for leaving her grandfather alone.
"It's okay. You feel better?" asked the Grandfather, while paying attention to how his wife Mr. Ginting, his granddaughter, looked.
Yati smiled at the question from Grandpa. He also looks to be nodding.
From the loudspeakers on board, the captain of the plane told him that the plane would land in five minutes.
After the plane landed and did everything necessary, the Grandpa and Yati, immediately picked up the car, which was now in front of the stairs. Because the Grandfather, had prepared everything for their arrival to Singapore this time.
And now, Yati along with Grandpa, traveled back to the small house on the edge of town, where Grandpa's woman had been all this time.
Yati felt stubborn. His feelings are uncertain, with everything that will happen later. At the time he was going to meet his mother, who had not known his whereabouts or figure. Not even Yati knew what her mother's name was.
"Sir," call Yati with a bow.
"Yes, what's up Kiara?"
Yati did not immediately ask the Grandfather, even though the Grandfather had already answered his call.
"Are you not ready to meet that woman?" ask the Grandfather, who might be able to guess how his granddaughter feels right now.
Yati nodded, but quickly nodded as well. "No. That's not what I mean" Yati replied while still shaking her head a few times.
"Then?" ask Grandpa again, asking for a definite answer.
Finally Yati answered a question from the Grandpa that, he wanted the Grandpa to tell him a little about the woman's past. It's not just a story he told yesterday, when there was a little boy he took away. But more on the background than the woman herself. From where he was and how could the woman exist together with the Grandfather, even to the point of having an affair with the Grandfather's own bodyguard.
From this request of Yati, the Grandfather would have difficulty telling stories. Because it will make it, inevitably have to tell also how he used to be. And that was his past, which he wanted to throw away and was unknown to anyone.
"What should I tell you? Isn't that not important?" The grandfather tried to buy time, so that they had arrived at the woman's house, before he could tell a story.
"But at least Kiara can provoke the woman to recall everything she had experienced with Grandpa" Yati said, giving an excuse as to why she asked like that.
"He must have remembered Grandpa Kiara, had he seen that Flower Brooch. Because it's one of those things that means a lot to her."
The answer given by the Grandfather, made Yati nod her head involuntarily. But there was one thing he also wanted to say to Grandfather.
"Why didn't Grandfather try to make a clone of it, if the Flower Brooch could make the woman better, than in her current state?"
The question posed by Yati, made the Grandfather stunned. He couldn't possibly make a clone of it, because the secret chip was in the original Flower Brooch.
But it seems like the Grandfather has trouble answering questions from Yati. So, he could only shake.
And that had already left Yati speechless, and no longer wondering. He thought that, that Flower Brooch of his, there was a secret of his own. Therefore, the Grandfather could not possibly make a duplicate or imitation. Because of that clone, it meant nothing at all, for the benefit of the Grandfather himself.
Yati knew, if the Grandfather was actually more concerned with himself compared to his woman. "There must be something hidden by the Grandfather, with the Flower Brooch. But what is it? I can't find anything on the Flower Brooch." Yati kept wondering in her heart.
After a long and long journey, now they both have arrived in front of a house, with a building that is slightly different from the surrounding houses.
The high walls that surround the house, making it not visible from the outside. And Yati became even more astonished, when the gate of the house was opened. It turned out that the courtyard of the house was quite spacious, compared to the courtyard of the houses, which they had just passed through.
It is completely unexpected Yati, if this house is the same as the houses around it. Small and nothing special. The only difference was the high wall, along with the gate of his house, and now it was his spacious courtyard.
In some corners of the building, it turns out there is also a cctv installed. And there were also some housekeepers, who looked ordinary, although in his heart Yati was sure, that they were bodyguards who looked like ordinary housekeepers.
Yati got out of the car, just like Grandpa did, when one of the housekeepers opened the door.
"How is he doing?" the Grandfather asked the housekeeper, just like always if he came to this house.
"As usual, sir. Nothing's going on."
The usual answer also sounded a little strange in Yati's ears. I don't know what or who the woman Grandpa was hiding. Because Yati thinks that, it is impossible for Grandpa to take care of the woman himself like this, if he can not give satisfaction to the Grandfather, how like women in general, who are used as a mistress. Moreover, the situation of the woman was also not okay since long ago.
If there was nothing, surely the Grandfather had taken him to a mental hospital or left stranded on the street. Especially with the betrayal committed by the woman herself with the Grandfather's bodyguard.
There is no way the Grandfather wants to finance that expensive, with costs that are certainly not small and also excellent facilities. The existence of supervision from several guards and the condition of the house that remains kayak in habitation.
Yati felt increasingly convinced, if there was a big secret behind all this.
"What is Grandpa hiding? And that Flower Brooch, what is really behind that Flower Brooch?"
Yati grew suspicious of what she was seeing right now, and also she felt, of all the stories she heard from Grandpa himself.
