The trial took place in a roomy courtroom, with neutral walls and well-lit lighting. In front, there is a table of judges dominated by a serious and firm figure of judges, waiting for every argument and testimony given by witnesses and lawyers.
On the other hand, there is a lawyer's desk, with the parties involved in the case preparing to present their arguments.
Mr. Akihiko sat down together with his lawyer, their faces filled with tense expressions. But it still looks haughty.
Tok tok!
"The beginning of this trial will begin. Is the plaintiff ready to present his argument?" The presiding judge begins the hearing.
"Yes, Mr. Judge, we're ready."
The Plaintiff's lawyer said he was ready for the trial this time.
"Well, you can start." Judge invites.
"Thank you, Mr. Chief Judge. We are confident that the evidence we have will show that the actions taken by the defendant are unacceptable." The Plaintiff's Lawyer begins.
"I hope you can present the evidence clearly. Now, is the defendant ready to respond?" ask the judge as the trial progresses.
"We're ready, Mr. Judge."
The Defendant's lawyer, declared his readiness.
"Please continue," the presiding judge asked.
The Defendant's attorney thanked the Chief Justice, then proceeded to disclose some of the evidence that had been prepared.
From the evidence brought, the Defendant Lawyer stated that the actions of his client is an appropriate decision based on the existing situation.
"So, from our side, Mr. Chief Judge."
"alright. We will listen to the arguments of both sides carefully. Mr. Akihiko, you sit here as a defendant in this case. Do you understand your rights?" ask the presiding judge to the defendant, Mr. Akihiko.
"Yes, Mr. Judge."
Mr. Akihiko answered short, not wanting to speak at length because it has been submitted to his lawyer.
The presiding judge nodded, hoping that this trial could resolve the case fairly and wisely.
"Please continue."
Behind them, there were some visitors sitting quietly, maybe friends, co-workers or people who had a good relationship from both sides. The atmosphere in the courtroom was full of their desire to know the decision to be taken.
The first witness is called, initiating the process of presenting facts and evidence. Questions and answers are heard clearly, trying to uncover the truth from behind this complicated case.
During this process, dramatic moments occur, during which lawyers from both sides attempt to defend and prove their arguments. The judge presides over the proceedings firmly, ensuring that justice is exercised.
When the trial finally ended, all eyes were on the judge who would give the final verdict. A tense atmosphere filled the room, waiting for a decision that would change the course of Mr Akihiko's life in the future.
"Alright, thank you to both parties for the argument that has been conveyed. Witnesses have also given clear testimony. We will consider all the evidence and arguments that have been submitted."
"Thank you, Mr. Chief Judge." The Plaintiff's Lawyer, nodded in understanding.
"We also thank you, Mr. Chief Judge." The defendant's lawyer also thanked me.
"We will take a while to consider this decision. The announcement will be made soon."
Tok tok!
A moment passed, where the judges were discussing to get the decision they would make.
"We have carefully considered all the facts and arguments that have been conveyed. We concluded that ..."
An atmosphere of silence, all eyes were on the presiding judge who was pausing his sentence as he read out his decision.
"In this case, we decided that ..."
The atmosphere was getting tense, the seconds were decisive for all parties. No exception Yati and also Mr. Akihiko.
"The defendant is declared ..."
The courtroom atmosphere instantly heated up, waiting for the presiding judge's last words not to be immediately spoken and they heard.
Tok tok!
"Thank you, Mr. Honorable presiding judge."
The Defendant's lawyer smiled in satisfaction as he thanked her for the victory of the case.
The mood broke out in various reactions, from relief to disappointment.
Of course, the plaintiff did not accept it, because Yati who was the victim did not get justice for the actions of Mr. Akihiko who had burned his father's shophouse.
"How is that possible?"
"The Honorable Chief Justice, we must express our disappointment at this decision. Our client has been the victim of an unacceptable act, and justice has not been fulfilled."
"We understand your feelings, but this decision we have made is based on the evidence and arguments presented at the trial. We believe that this is the fairest decision based on facts." Judge dodged.
"We will consider further legal options to ensure that our clients get the justice they deserve." The Plaintiff's lawyer expressed dissatisfaction.
"It is your right to do so. We will respect every step you take in order to seek justice for your clients."
It turned out that the presiding judge did not take issue should the Yati party want an appeal on the case.
The Plaintiff's lawyer and his client set out from the courtroom with a face filled with discontent, while on the other hand, the defendant's side, Mr Akihiko, looked relieved.
This situation is difficult and emotionally draining. Many hope that the subsequent legal process will bring justice to all parties involved.
Mr. Andre, with unanimous determination, decides to do everything necessary to help Yati get justice. He prepared a strong legal strategy and sought additional evidence that could corroborate the case.
"Yati, I will promise, that I will fight my hardest to ensure that justice is served. I will ask people to look for additional evidence and prepare a strong argument to support the case."
Thank you, Mr. Andre's. I'm trusting you, and I know you'll do your best for me."
The two of them, speaking formally on the bench of the trial participants. Avoid news pengais that will likely make other news if they look more familiar.
Moreover, the status of Mr. Andre is a widower with a fairly high retired position in his time.
"We need patience and perseverance. Prepare yourself to handle this process well. I will contact the legal experts and devise the best strategy for the case" said Mr Andre, who is signed by Yati along with Biyan.

Time continued until a few weeks passed. During that time Mr. Andre and Biyan worked hard, did in-depth research, and communicated with legal experts to strengthen the case of Yati. They also spoke to potential witnesses and looked for additional evidence to strengthen their position.
As the trial continues, Mr Andre appears confident, ready to take on the challenge from the defendant's side. He made strong arguments and defended Yati's interests with dedication.
"You're very persistent, Mr. Andre's. You have presented the case well" the presiding judge said as the trial began.
"I know there are certain parties who want this case not to continue." Mr. Andre, it's like being insinuated.
But the presiding judge only smiled faintly, then walked into his room before the trial to be conducted began again.
A few moments later, the trial was held and went as it should. Both sides provided more accurate information and evidence to strengthen their arguments.
"We will not give up just like that" the Defendant Lawyer said.
"That's your right, but we will fight for this justice to the end."
With perseverance and dedication, Mr. Andre continues to fight to ensure Yati gets the justice he should. He took every step necessary, even if it meant facing a major challenge.
But it turned out that the decision of the presiding Judge remained, and could not change at all.
"Seeing and judging from the various evidence available, we decided that the decision of the trial still remains the same, by releasing the defendant's brother."
Tok tok!
After the decision of the trial, Mr. Andre and Yati decided to appeal. They believe that there are arguments and evidence that have not been properly considered or evaluated during previous trials.
"Dear, Biyan. I'm sure that we have good reason to appeal. We have to make sure that all the facts and evidence have been well taken into account" Mr Andre said.
"I fully believe in you, Mr. Andre. I want justice to be fulfilled and we are ready to continue this fight" Biyan nodded.
Mr Andre, through his team of lawyers immediately began to appeal and prepare the necessary documents for the case. He is also looking for legal experts who can provide additional guidance and support.
