Court Decision

The trial took place in a roomy courtroom, with neutral walls and well-lit lighting. In front, there is a table of judges dominated by a serious and firm figure of judges, waiting for every argument and testimony given by witnesses and lawyers.

"We're ready, Mr. Judge."

The Defendant's lawyer, declared his readiness.

"Please continue," the presiding judge asked.

The Defendant's attorney thanked the Chief Justice, then proceeded to disclose some of the evidence that had been prepared.

From the evidence brought, the Defendant Lawyer stated that the actions of his client is an appropriate decision based on the existing situation.

"So, from our side, Mr. Chief Judge."

"alright. We will listen to the arguments of both sides carefully. Mr. Akihiko, you sit here as a defendant in this case. Do you understand your rights?" ask the presiding judge to the defendant, Mr. Akihiko.

"Yes, Mr. Judge."

Mr. Akihiko answered short, not wanting to speak at length because it has been submitted to his lawyer.

The presiding judge nodded, hoping that this trial could resolve the case fairly and wisely.

"Please continue."

Behind them, there were some visitors sitting quietly, maybe friends, co-workers or people who had a good relationship from both sides. The atmosphere in the courtroom was full of their desire to know the decision to be taken.

"We will not give up just like that" the Defendant Lawyer said.
