Miss Yeti is No Ordinary PSK
The condition of Mr. Wasito

Yati went into her father's room and sat by the man's bedside.

Mr. Wasito, slowly opening his eyes sensing someone's arrival.

"Dad, how are you feeling today?" yati asked, as her father smiled after seeing her.

The man moved his lips to talk to Yati-try hard.

"True .. ca-ca .. pa-capa ..."

Mr. Wasito paused for a moment, trying to tidy up his words.

Yati gently touched her father's hand, giving strength and vigor to the frail body.

"Dad, don't be too forced to talk. I-i understand. What about Dad's body condition? Is dad feeling better?"

Mr. Wasito smiled, though it did not look perfect. He also nodded slowly.

"I-iya .. ag-somewhat ... b-ba-well ..." the answer stammered.

Yati immediately wiped away the tears that started to glow. Two could not bear to see the state of Mr Wasito who was once gallant!

"Dad, I'm here for you. I'll take care of you as well as I can" she told me.

The man was moved to hear the words of his son, whose whereabouts had never been known before. Even he was prejudiced, if his son was gone.

Mr. Wasito nodded and smiled faintly which did not look like a smile.

Yati's hand grabbed a glass of drinking water for her father.

"Drink, Dad. It'll help quench your thirst."

With great difficulty, Yati helps the man to drink better.

"Dad, don't worry about Yati. I've decided to move here and take care of Dad."

Mr. Wasito smiled again, his face showing a sense of sadness for the decision Yati made.

Again, Yati touched the back of her father's hand gently.

"I know you can't talk fluently anymore, but remember that we can still communicate in other ways. I'll always try to understand what you're trying to say."

The old man nodded in understanding and smiled. Two are grateful for the presence of their children in their old age today.

Again, Yati wiped away the tears that came back.

"I'll always be by Dad's side, taking care of you and giving you some comfort."

Despite not giving any response, Mr. Wasito clasped Yati's hand tightly. It was as if I was saying a deep thank you.

Yati was relieved and tried to smile, feel and see her father's response.

"Now rest, Dad. I'll always be here if you need anything" he said, stroking the back of the old man's hand.

With a feeble gesture, Mr. Wasito nodded and closed his eyes slowly.

Shortly after, Yati came out of the room with mixed feelings. He was grateful to be able to take care of his father, but also felt sad to see his father's condition getting weaker.

***

After several days of living with her father, Yati felt unbearable to see the condition of the old man.

He asked the nurse to take his father to Jakarta, in order to get better care of the best hospital.

"It's okay, Ms. Yati. You also need to be treated by a more expert doctor. I, I've been suggesting but you don't want to."

"Ehm, is that it? Try, miko didn't tell me the same dad. I hope you will take my advice."

The nurse, who has been taking care of Mr Wasito for the past year, is nodding in agreement. He was also able to see the condition of Mr. Wasito who seemed to have no spirit.

"Hopefully, Ms. Yati. I see, Mr. often smiles and is not like before Mbak here."

Yati nodded in understanding. He was very concerned about the condition of his father who was getting weaker due to a stroke. He wanted to give his best to his father, including better care facilities in Jakarta.

That is why, Yati has the intention to take her father to a hospital with complete facilities and more experienced doctors so that his father can get the best care in Jakarta.

Considering various things, Yati still had the rest of her father's savings and luxury goods that could be sold. It's not an easy decision. Using his personal savings and selling his father's luxuries meant nothing, for the father's health.

Yati wants to make sure her father gets proper care. This is a sacrifice that is not much, but shows how much love Yati to the father.

Now, Yati was sitting beside her father's bed. He tried to speak softly, asking for his father's permission and approval.

"Dad, there's something I want to talk to you about."

Mr. Wasito nodded faintly, indicating that he was listening to what his son wanted to say.

"Yati has been thinking of bringing Daddy to Jakarta. There, we can get better care facilities and more experienced doctors."

The expression on the old man's face showed that he felt moved by Yati's intentions. But, he did not give any response - waiting for his son to speak again.

"Let's know this isn't an easy decision. But Yati cares a lot about Dad's health and wants you to get the best."

Yati paused her sentence, taking a deep breath to express the intent of this intention.

"Yati, have the rest of the savings and intend to add to it by selling some of Dad's luxury goods. If it has been collected, it can be used for maintenance costs in Jakarta."

Mr. Wasito looked at Yati with great love and appreciation. He simply blinked his eyes in a sign of agreement!

Yati touched his father's hand, making sure that what he was doing was the best - in his opinion!

"Please allow Yati with this intention, father! Yati will take Dad to Jakarta. Yati wants to see Dad get well and get the best treatment" he said convincingly.

Again, the old man nodded slowly, showing his agreement.

Seeing his father's response, Yati felt overwhelmed and moved.

"Thank you, Dad. I'll arrange everything soon. We'll be leaving for Jakarta as soon as possible."

Mr. Wasito clasped Yati's hand tightly, giving an answer to his permission request earlier.

With a smile and a soft voice, Yati again reassured the old man.

"I'll always be by Dad's side, supporting and caring for Dad with all my heart."

"I-yes .. yes .." replied Mr. Wasito with a sincere nod.

Yati also felt relieved, after getting permission from her father.

"Now rest, Dad. I'll take care of everything soon."

Mr. Wasito nodded, understood and closed his eyes.

Afterwards, Yati stood up and touched her father's forehead. "I love Dad. I'll be right back."

The old man showed a happy smile, and said inwardly, 'maybe this is my karma. But I'm happy, even in these circumstances.'

Mr. Wasito is happy to be closer to his son, although his health condition is not as good as it was when he was young.

'Old mine will also be yours, Yati.'

Mr. Wasito sat down again, when he heard the door of his room open. Indicates that Yati has left her room.

Yati did come out of her father's room with a mixed heart. He was grateful for his father's permission, but had to be calculating. Because he no longer has a permanent job so he does not get a fixed income as well.

Two days later, Yati and her father left for Jakarta. He drives his own car without a replacement driver. Initially, the father suggested asking one of his men to come along, but Yati refused and asked the man to keep his father's house and shop alone.

"No need, Dad. Yati can, and let them wake up at home."
