"Dev, be patient we must survive from here! I'll find a way out." Keysa hugged Devano tightly in his lap. "Don't leave me! You promised to be safe" he said with tears flowing.

Eventually, Keysa realizes that Devano really wants to be in a relationship with her. The man was willing to sacrifice his life, just to protect Keysa. "I'm sorry I doubted your feelings! I'm sorry I hurt you like this. I love you too. Awake, Dev! Don't you want us to be? Come on, let's go," she muttered so softly as she continued to hug Devano.

Together with that Grandpa Surya and Ezra's men also found Keysa and Devano.

"Key, what's wrong?" ask Ezra.

Keysa turned towards the voice. Tears became more and more unbearable when they saw people finding it. "Dev, look! They found us. You must have survived! I promise, I'll save you!" muttered Keysa to the paled body.

"Devano why, Key?" ask Ezra again.

"He fainted, beat it up!" keysa answered while pointing at the dead tiger.

Ezra was shocked when he saw the tiger lying lifeless near them. It's hard to believe that his best friend could kill a tiger alone. Ezra also does not believe that Devano fainted. He thought that the man was just pretending to faint in order to get the word 'iya' from Keysa. Didn't Devano often pretend this and that was for the sake of getting the girl in front of him. "Yes, God. Dev, you can do it to get Keysa's answer, you pretend to be dying like that" said Ezra, who thinks even now Devano is just pretending.

"He's not pretending, Ez! Devano really fainted," Keysa said with seriousness.

"Truly fainted?" ask Ezra to make sure, then check on Devano. 'Oh my God, you really did all that for Keysa?' ezra murmured inwardly, who had heard Keysa's words to Devano.

Ezra then contacted someone. "Patience! The helicopter will be landing soon" Ezra told Keysa, saying the helicopters would soon arrive and take them out of the forest.

After the helicopter arrived, Devano was immediately taken from there to the hospital for action.

"Miss, we were ordered by you to bring Miss home." After delivering Devano to the hospital, Grandpa Surya's men approached Keysa and whispered their intention to come after Keysa.

"I'll talk to my grandfather" Keysa said, then walked away from the ER room.

In a fairly quiet place, Keysa who was followed by his grandfather's subordinates immediately called Grandpa Surya. Keysa told him everything that happened to him.

"Devano saved me, Kakek, and even he got hurt for helping me." Keysa also recounts the sacrifices Devano made for her.

"Before you tell it, grandfather already knows," said Grandpa Surya who sounded ordinary.

"Of course Grandpa knew. Surely Grandpa's men have told you," Keysa said as he glanced at the grandfather's men who were looking down, confirming Keysa's allegations.

"That's their job" answered Grandpa from across the street who made Keysa lash out at the old man's men who dared not move away from his approach.

"I can't go home and leave Devano in such an unconscious state, Cake. I even promised to be his girlfriend."

Hearing Keysa's words, Grandpa feels that Devano deliberately threatened Keysa with his own life. "She must have intentionally done that to keep you there. Just go home there is no need to feel indebted to him, Grandpa will pay for all his treatment and compensate everything," said Grandpa Surya, asking Keysa to stay home.

"But, I love him too, Kek," said Keysa, who managed to leave Grandpa Surya speechless.

"You heard Grandpa's words, right? I'm not going home." Keysa looked at the grandfather's men who answered their nods, then returned to the ER room.

In front of the ER door, Ezra was standing with a crumpled face. He was very worried about his friend. Keysa approached Ezra.

"How is he doing?" ask Keysa.

"Still in the doctor's care" Ezra replied, then sat on the front bench of the ER.

The two waited for the doctor who was examining Devano with anxious expectation.

"I've been with Devano." Keysa is honest with Ezra about his current relationship with Devano.

With a smile, Ezra congratulated and delighted Keysa and Devano.

"May I ask you something?" ask Keysa, then.

"Say!"

"Don't spread the word that I'm home safe" Keysa's pinta answered Ezra's nod.

The two then waited for Devano's news with silence.

"What if Dev has betrayed you?" Keysa ventured to ask them something unbeknownst to them that had happened.

Ezra turned to Keysa, then stood up and looked into the ER from the glass. "We've been friends since childhood. I believe, Dev, I will never betray me" said Ezra, who strongly believes in their friendship.

"If it all happened unintentionally?"

"If it happens in a state of not realizing it and Dev can prove that he was accidentally, I will not blame him" Ezra said again.

Ezra turned back to Keysa. He felt something strange from the question of the girl who had just become his best friend's girlfriend. Ezra was about to ask, but the urung was uttered when suddenly the ER door opened.

The doctor finally came out and said the current state of Devano. "If Devano does not have a fever anymore then there will be no danger feared. However, if the fever does not go down, then we have to take further action" the doctor told Ezra and Keysa.

"You must save my son! Or I'll destroy this hospital if something happens to Devano." Suddenly Damar's baritone voice boomed in front of the ER.

The man who had just arrived, immediately threatened the doctor as soon as he heard of Devano's condition. "You must save my son!" Damar pulled the doctor's white coat collar with a murderous look, leaving everyone there terrified.

"Om, relax! Devano must be fine." Ezra tried to calm Damar down and asked the man to remove his grip from the doctor's collar.

"I guarantee Devano will survive" said the doctor with a slightly trembling body.
