Vedra immediately got off the plane which took her to the city where both of Silvia's parents lived. The first flight he chose so that he could soon meet both of Silvia's parents. He immediately took an airport taxi which took him directly to Silvia's parents' house.

The taxi on Vedra stopped in front of an alley that only two-wheelers could pass. Along the alley is a boarding house inhabited by students. The location of the boarding house is close to one of the famous campuses. The campus is also where Vedra earned his bachelor's degree. One of the rooms in this boarding house is a Vedra boarding room.

Vedra stepped towards the mother house located in front of the entrance alley. Vedra is very memorized because the owner of the boarding house is Silvia's parents.

Silvia was a beautiful twenty-five year old woman. He had a sweet smile, a charming yellow complexion with shoulder-length straight hair.

Vedra did not expect that she could date Silvia. Silvia was the son of a cost manager when Vedra was in college. The girl was still sitting in Junior High when Vedra became her math tutor. Years later they meet again and eventually become lovers.

Vedra was quite confident when she asked Silvia because she felt she had known the Silvia family for a long time. Vedra also knows very well that the Silvia family still holds the ancestral cultural heritage. The family believed strongly in clenical matters beyond Vedra logic. Only because of a prophecy, Silvia annulled the marriage of those who had to count the days.

This marriage cannot be annulled. In addition to the amount of funds that have been spent, parents who are so happy to welcome the marriage, Vedra also has to prove that the bad prophecy about him is not true.

Mr. Haryo and Ms. Sifa coldly welcomed Vedra's arrival at their residence.

"Sir, Mother, I beg your wisdom, I am serious about marrying Silvia" Vedra pleaded with both of Silvia's parents.

Both of Silvia's parents put on heavy expressions as Vedra came facing them. Mr. Haryo and Ms. Sifa exchanged glances.

"Vedra," said Mr. Haryo staring fixedly at Vedra.

"Father knows, you are serious with Silvia, only, you can not give Silvia to you once you get the results of bad predictions about your life later," continued Mr. Haryo.

"Vedra, we're really sorry, please respect our decision. If you really love Silvia, cancel your marriage with Silvia," Mr. Haryo looked solemnly at Vedra.

"Vedra, Silvia is not your match, you look for another soul mate, yes," pinta Bu Sifa.

"Father, Mother, what dowry did I give you less? I will increase the cost! Whatever I will give, as long as Silvia becomes my wife" Vedra said.

"Vedra, it's really not a matter of cost! It's not a matter of matter, it's a matter of Silvia's life! We can't dare risk Silvia's life just for violating your life's predictions!" Ms. Sifa began to shed tears.

"For the cost problem, you take it easy, I will replace everything you spend for the event here," said Mr. Haryo.

"Sir, before I apologize, I beg you very much, why are you and Mom so confident in human prophecy? Has God not set the destiny line for every human being born into this world?" said Vedra.

"The forecast is just a prediction that is not necessarily true!" said Vedra again.

"Vedra, we just carry out the traditions that exist in our family," said Mr. Haryo.

"We please respect our family traditions" Ms Sifa said.

...*****...

The clock has shown at half six in the afternoon, almost all employees have left their respective desks. Vedra was still sitting quietly in her chair. The man sipped coffee in his heat-tight tumbler. His eyes were still staring at the monitor screen displaying the numbers. The job as an accountant clearly makes it must dwell in front of the numbers. At this time his body was in a work room that looked quiet but his mind was wandering out of nowhere.

His wedding plan with Silvia that must be canceled clearly makes Vedra's life feel turned upside down. It felt like all the beautiful things in her life were instantly gone, all that was left was the despair that had burst into her chest.

Vedra's daydreams instantly froze when he saw the figure of a woman approaching his desk. His style looks defiant with both hands folded in front of his chest.

The woman threw a skeptical gaze towards Vedra, from head to toe of the man.

"It looks like you're wearing new shoes, huh?" ask Verda.

"Brushed leather laced dearby shoes by Prada," guess Verda.

Vedra immediately corrects his sitting position that had been slumped with his long legs stretched out.

"Your Prada pack also seems new," Verda glared back at the black bag under the Vedra table.

"It's not new, I just went to the office" Vedra said.

Verda's eyebrows raised next door.

"Well, well, you can buy new shoes and bags, but you haven't fulfilled your change to me!" Verda cast an intimidating look.

The man let out a heavy sigh, putting on a sour expression as if he was poking at a young mango.

"Verda, I told you that I'm going to compensate but not now! And if you're having issues with my new bag and shoes, I've bought them a long time ago and just put them on!" said Vedra.

"Ah yes, Mr Prada! You wear your shoes and your bag because you just have it in other words you buy it! Do you think I don't know the price of the high stuff you always use?" ask Verda.

"Do you want me to give you my bag and my shoes to exchange for your lost things, to make you satisfied?" ask Vedra.

"Oh, can't! Your shoes will only be my bedroom door! I don't need your bag either, I'm not interested in your bag model!" sahut Verda's.

"I really hope you'll be held accountable soon, compensating for the same! If replacing it with raw only, obviously I lose twice as much!" Verda added.

"Good God, that's right! Are you trying to blackmail me?" ask Vedra.

"Hard you?! If you don't believe me, I'll give you a list of rare missing photo cards! You can find it yourself! You have to find, find, and get it! Make sure that all photo cards are original, not replicas, like ori, or super kw!" verda toilet.

"I hope you find, find, and get it soon, because the price goes up!"

Verda snorted as she stepped towards her desk again.

Throwing his cynical gaze towards the man who was currently seen massaging his temples.

Well, Vedra's burden is increasing again.

Failed to marry, he also had to pay compensation. Bad luck seems to be upon him.
