CHAPTER 17

Alesha opened her eyes that morning, her body was already better than last night. He now looks at the neat Devan with his long-sleeved shirt.

"Away awake?" Devan wears his stethoscope and checks Alesha's heartbeat and touches her forehead. "It's getting better."

"So, Devan is leaving?" ask Alesha. He could see Devan's sleepy eyes even though his hair still looked wet.

"Yes, there will soon be a nurse taking care of you. Then eat the porridge first, the meal should be spent yes. I have prepared the medicine for you too."

Alesha nodded her head with a smile. "Son Devan keep me up all night?"

"Yes, the important thing is that you're improving now. I've also called your parents, they'll be here."

Alesha's chest shook. He had never felt treated by a man like this. Very sweet and touched his heart.

Alesha continued to stare at Devan until Devan came out of her room.

Alesha simply nodded her head then she finished her porridge first before continuing to chat.

Alesha nodded her head while taking a mouthful of medicine from her Mama.
