The Flashback

Mama Lea came out of the kitchen with a cup of coffee for her husband. She walked into her husband's study on the first floor. She went in and put a cup of coffee on her husband's desk.

"There's still a lot of Pa, work?" asked Mama Lea who was leaning on Papa Abri's desk.

"Lumayan, maybe another hour is just finished" replied Papa Abri who focused on his laptop.

Mama Lea breathed a rough breath. Every time Bryan left town, he would be busy with work and no time for him.

"It's almost twelve, Pa." said Mama Lea after seeing the digital clock on her husband's desk.

"Just rest first, tomorrow do it again. Remember Papa's health." continued Mama Lea because she did not want to see Papa Abri exhausted. Because if that happens, he'll be the one to fuss himself. Because Papa Abri has a history of heart disease.

"Yes is soon done." replied Papa Abri while checking back on his work.

"Mama just go back to the room" said Papa Abri looking at his wife who had looked sleepy.

"Yes, twelve o'clock must be done." Papa Abri nodded and asked Mama Lea to sleep first.

"Account.." Maura wakes up Caca who is sleeping. He shook Caca's arm slowly but there was no response from Caca.

"Aunty, Maura auss.." whined Maura because Caca never opened his eyes.

"Account.." Maura finally shook Caca's arm a little rough so Caca woke up from her sleep.

"Hmmmmm.." Caca just squirms and changes his sleeping position.

"Aunty, Maura aus..Maura wants a drink." - The unheeded whine of Maura Caca who has sailed the dream world.

Maura got out of bed to go to the kitchen. He stopped his steps as he was almost at the door of the room. He felt doubtful.

"But Maura was scared." murmured Maura, she looked at the sleeping Caca.

"Mother's word if there is a ghost should be read the verse of the chair. Maura has memorized it, so Maura should not be afraid of dong." said Maura to himself.

"Maura dare. Mother Freya's son, Bryan's father, is not afraid of the dark nor is he afraid of ghosts."

Maura opened the door of Caca's room and peeked out.

"It's not dark" said Maura when she saw the situation on the second floor that there were still some lights that were still burning even though they were a little dim.

Maura came out and walked towards the stairs, she saw Omanya, Mama Lea who climbed the stairs.

Maura stepped her feet quickly down the stairs.

"Oma.." cried Maura when the distance with Mama Lea was close.

The startled Mama Lea stopped her steps and looked at her grandson.

"Where are you going these nights?" mama Lea looked at her grandson.

"Maura aus Oma's. Maura wants to go to the kitchen." Maura replied honestly. Maura looked at Mama Lea with a smile.

"Anterin Maura went to the kitchen to drink yuk Oma." pinta Maura with a face of pity.

Mama Lea stared dislikefully at her granddaughter. Bryan's shadow is also Papa Abri who always threatens him if he continues to talk about Manda also about his attitude that does not like Maura or Freya continues to haunt his brain. "Truck." muttered Mama Lea.

"Come on." Mama Lea came back down the stairs and walked first.

Maura who saw Omanya was willing to drive her to take a drink in the kitchen so happy. He smiled his smile as he headed to the kitchen following his omana.

"Drink cold water what is warm water?" mama Lea asked while taking a glass.

"Warm water Oma." replied Maura quickly.

Mama Lea gave Maura a glass of warm water. And immediately drink warm water until the toilet even though it must be gulped several times.

"Thank you Oma" Maura said after finishing her drinking water and returned the empty glass to Mama Lea.

Mama Lea just kept quiet and did not say the words of Maura.

"It's late, it's better to sleep." after saying that Mama Lea walked first back to her room on the second floor.

"Maura can sleep with Oma as well as Opa?" maura asked half-run after Omanya who had climbed the stairs.

"Emmm..." Mama Lea just cleared her throat.

"Can Oma?" maura asked to confirm that Omanya allowed her to sleep with Oma and Opa.

Mama Lea nodded in response.

Maura who likes to accelerate her steps up the stairs to catch up with Omanya, Mama Lea.

"No Oma. Maura is used to going up and down ta-aakkkkhhhhhh."

"Maura." cried Mama Lea, she tried to hold her granddaughter but she was late. Maura was already lying on the floor with her head bleeding.

"Maura!!!!" shouted Mama Lea who saw Maura's head covered in blood."

Papa Abri who had just walked out of his study immediately accelerated his pace when he heard the cry of his wife who was shouting at Maura.

"Innalallahi...Maura." cried Papa Abri who saw his grandson lying on the floor covered in blood.

"Maura why, Ma?" papa Abri asked his wife who looked shocked.

"Pak Mun." cried Papa Abri calling the head housekeeper.

By walking in a row, Mr. Mun approached his master.

"Call for a quick ambulance." Papa Abri orders immediately Mr. Mun calls 119.

"Papa...Maura why?" asked Caca when he saw the condition of Maura who was unconscious with her head that was bleeding.

Caca was immediately awakened when he heard the cry of Mama Lea and Papa Abri. Moreover, he did not see Maura beside him, he immediately went down and saw what happened.

Not yet Caca got an ambulance answer has arrived and immediately brought Maura.

"Papa's going to the ambulance, you accompany your mother." Caca nodded in response

Caca helps Mama Lea who still looks shocked to be taken to the room.

"Take it to the room, Ma" said Caca, but Mama Lea refused.

"Maura...To the hospital. Maura, Mama wants to see Maura" said Mama Lea stammering at Caca with teary eyes.

"To the hospital. Mama's going to the hospital."

"Alright, Caca interracial."

"Sir Mun is ready for the same car as the driver."

Mr. Mun immediately prepared what Caca ordered.

"Mama here first, Caca get you a jacket first."

Caca immediately returned to the room to pick up her jacket as well as Mama Lea's jacket.

They immediately followed Papa Abri and Maura to the hospital.

"How, Pa?" mama Lea asked when she arrived at the hospital.

"Maura is short of blood, she needs a donor now" replied Papa Abri who looked tense and anxious.

"Papa asked Bryan to come back tonight. Their blood types are the same" Papa Abri said.

"Bryan's blood type is the same as Mama Pa's. Let Mama donate blood to Maura." said Mama Lea.

"Caca, you take your Mama to PMI."
