Happy Reading🌾's
Stevan clutched his hand over his thigh. The man in a polo suit was also a knee-length short casual trousers staring at the four people in front of him with a serious look.
“So, what's your purpose for telling us to gather here, Ste?”
Arya's masculine voice opened the beginning of their conversation. Twenty minutes ago, Stevan contacted him to gather at the Vano family residence to talk about something— that he himself did not know about.
Vano who had been curious since then nodded. “Iya, what is it exactly?”
Stevan stared at the four people before him in turn. “So, tomorrow Dara's birthday,” she said then leaned her body.
“Iya, continue?” asked Anita, the woman still did not understand what was meant by this child.
“So, Stevan wants to surprise Dara. And Stevan needs the help of Father, Mother, Papa, and Mama to prepare for this event. Later Stevan will invite Dara, also children to picnic in the park,” explained Stevan. He took a deep breath. “Stevan peeper entertain Dara. Stevan knows, all this time Dara hid her sadness in front of all of us,” he continued while looking down.
Arya and Shira look at each other, before Shira first turns her gaze at Stevan who is still faithfully lowered.
“Because, the woman is not as strong and as strong as she shows. Since childhood, Dara rarely expressed her true feelings to us. Dara always tried to look happy, she always smiled as if everything was fine, whereas in her heart was stuck so many sharp thorns,” Shira said.
The woman was silent for a moment. His mind was glaring at the time where Dara was still sitting in elementary school. At that time, Shira's mother died.
Flashback.
“Mama!”
The call from the youngest child made Shira who was originally busy reading the magazine turned— looked at Dara who looked adorable in her red and white uniform, as well as the two hair ties on the sides of her right and left head.
He looked at the child with a smile.
“Iya, why, Darling?”
“Grandma where?” dara asked while grasping both straps of her bag.
“Grandma in room, Darling.”
“Then, Dara wants to go where Grandma used to be. Drug, Mama,” says Dara. The nine-year-old girl walked cheerfully into the grandmother's room with a smile on her lips.
Shira was only able to smile a little while shaking her head. The woman was familiar with the behavior of her son who was close to the grandmother.
“Mama!”
The echoing screams of Dara coming from Santi—mama Shira—'s room made Shira gasp. The woman placed her magazine on the table and hurriedly walked up to her mother's room.
“Why, Dar?” shira asked, after reaching the doorway. He stepped back to Dara who was shaking Santi's body.
“Grandma why not wake up, Ma?” ask Dara innocently. “From yesterday Dara has woken Grandma, but Grandma still does not want to wake up, Ma,” he continued.
In a state of tremor, Shira sat herself on the side of the bed of the mother. He held Santi's wrist and placed his finger in front of her nose. The woman's heart was beating fast, she looked at Dara with teardrops that began to slide freely on her cheeks.
“Innalilahi wa innalillahi. Grandma's gone, Dar,” Shira said weakly.
Dara shook her head in disbelief, she looked towards the body of the grandmother who was already lying stiff. In the next instant, the boy's lips formed a faint smile.
“Grandmother is tired, huh? Grandma can rest. Dara sincerely Grandma left, but Grandma must promise Dara, if Grandma will be happy there,” said Dara. He kissed the back of his grandmother's hand which was already cold. “Goodbye Grandma, assalamualaikum,” he continued. Dara immediately got off the bed and ran towards her room.
“Because,” call him while opening Dara's room door.
However, the woman was unmoved in the doorway. On the bed, there was Dara crying. In the grasp of the boy, there is a frame— which Shira believes is a photo of Santi. Seeing Dara who had calmed down a little, Shira continued her steps.
“From,” call it soft.
“Eh, Mama,” said Dara, she immediately wiped her tears and looked at the mother with a big smile. “Mama call Dara?”
Shira did not answer, she sat down at the side of Dara's bed, then pulled the child's body into her arms.
“If Dara wants to cry, cry. Mama is here for Dara.”
However, it was not the cry that Shira heard. The woman felt the ring coming from Dara.
“Kata Grandma, Dara can not cry. Dara must be a strong woman, like Mama,” said Dara, smiling thinly.
Flashback.
“Shira!” The call from Arya made Shira surprised. He stared in a daze at the three people sitting around him.
“Iya, why?” he asked, having realized his surprise.
“You why daydream?” anita asked, holding the besan's hand on top of her thigh.
Shira shook her head, the next second she smiled awkwardly. Not expecting, it turns out that from earlier he daydream—remembering the incident that has been too long.
“Oh yes, where has our discussion about Dara's birthday surprise been?” shira asked, diverting the conversation while trying to melt the atmosphere that felt awward.
“So, later if Stevan has departed with Dara and also the children for a picnic Stevan will be tidied Mother,” said Stevan, slightly bent while staring at the mother.
Anita nodded. “Alright, Mommy comes along which is the best.”
“Yes already, Stevan wants to go home first. Pity Dara with children if left late,” break up Stevan. The man got up from his seat, kissed the backs of the hands of his parents, as well as his in-laws, and stepped out of the house.

Stevan slowed down his car after arriving at the yard, stopping him right in the garage. The man got out of the car while carrying a plastic tent with a mini market logo containing several packs of ice cream— as a form of apology for leaving too long.
And right, just next to her feet entering the house, she was already greeted with an annoyed look by her youngest child. In front of him, stood the middle Heaven shaking its waist while looking at him.
“Papa to where? Eagles have been waiting for a long time, Eagles, it is already impatient to eat ice cream,” he said. The little boy immediately grabbed the plastic held by Stevan, then stepped over to Dara and Gervan who were sitting in a henchman on the sofa watching television.
Stevan shook his head slowly with a faint smile. He also approached the three people on the sofa, then sat down next to Dara.
“Old tumben, stop by where?” ask Dara.
“So stop by where Mommy used to be, Honey,” said Stevan, he leaned his head on the shoulders of the wife. However, once again, there were only those who thwarted his intentions.
Sky, the boy immediately came down from his seat, he approached Stevan and Dara with a fierce face.
“Hush, hush, Papa can't be close to Mama. The eagle is still the same Papa,” he said, he immediately took a seat between his parents.
While Stevan, he was only able to shake his nose. Again and again, he lost to the child.
