The sky still looks dark, because the clock still shows three o'clock in the morning. Dara woke up from her sleep when her ears heard the deafening sound of crying. The woman looked to the side, the place where her beloved son was.

The child's face looks red, tears wet his lips, do not forget the tears that continue to echo in every corner of this room.

Dara lifted the body of Heaven into her carriage. He turned his hand, intending to wipe away the child's tears. However, he was struck by the baby's body temperature which felt hotter than usual.

“Astagfirullah, you have a fever, dear,” said Dara.

The woman immediately got up from her seat with the Sky in her carriage. Dara stepped towards her dresser, then took out a new thermometer from inside the drawer. He allowed the Sky sling, then placed his thermometer in the baby's ear.

Dara waited for a few seconds, then took the thermometer back. His eyes are wide open perfectly, when staring at the number 40°C on the small screen contained in the thermometer. The sky is crying hard. Dara rushed to the bed, patting Stevan's arm, intending to wake the man from his comfortable sleep.

Stevan's eyes blinked, he looked at the wife's worried face.

“What's up, Honey?” he asked in a hoarse voice after successfully returning his consciousness to its fullest.

“Elang fever, Ste,” said Dara panic. He continued to move to the right and to the left, cradling the baby to stop crying.

Stevan sat himself down immediately.

“Udah do you check how much temperature?”

Dara nodded, he extended the thermometer he still held onto Stevan. “Udah, this is 40°C,” he said in a vibrating tone.

Dara could not hide her worry. In fact, teardrops started to slip away, flowing down her cheeks. Although this is not the first time Sky is sick, but still Dara is worried about the condition of the child. What mother doesn't worry when she sees her child getting sick?

“You calm down first, yes. Now you sit down first,” Stevan said while holding both shoulders Dara, herding her to sit on the bed.

“How can I calm down, Ste? This Eagle is sick again, you know,” Dara denied. However, no doubt he obeyed the orders of the husband and sat down.

Stevan did not answer. He grabbed the AC remote control, set it to a temperature of 21 degrees Celsius.

“I want to make formula milk for Eagle,” said Stevan, “you change clothes Eagle wear thin aja,” he continued. He began to step out of the room.

Dara nodded. He placed Heaven's body carefully on the bed, then took the child's thin clothes from the closet. He began to wear the clothes to the sky

“Mom don't get sick, Mama can't watch you get sick like this, honey. Mama also got sick, if you see you like gini,” said Dara while stroking the cheeks of Sky's kingpin, after lifting the baby back into his carrier.

“This, the milk is minimized first. Let Eagle not dehydrate,” said Stevan who just came with a medium-sized milk bottle.

Dara nodded, she grabbed the bottle from Stevan's hand, then pointed it at Sky's tiny mouth.

“Elang remains cry, Ste. How is it?” dara asked, he continued to fondle the baby's small body.

Stevan stood behind Dara, holding his wife's shoulders, squeezing her slowly, as if she were channeling a force.

“You do not follow this panic, Honey,” he said softly.

“How do I not worry if I see the state of the Eagle like this?” dispute Dara. “I'm sick when I see my son is sick, Ste.”

“Halo, Mom. Assalamualaikum.”

“Wa'alaikumussalam, Stevan. What's up, son? Did something happen?” tanya Shira.

Stevan nodded. “Iya, Mother. The eagle suddenly had a fever. Now his body temperature reaches 40°C,” he explained.

“OK, Mama will be there soon.”

The call was interrupted. Stevan put his cell phone back on, then walked over to his wife.

“Sini, let me just carry the Eagle. You sit down, I know you must be tired.”

Dara nodded. Yes it is true, his body was tired carrying the sky, moreover the child's body could not be said to be small. Dara gave Stevan the Sky, then sat himself on the bed.

Ting tong's.

The sound of the house bell ringing distracts Dara and Stevan. A couple looked at each other, as if discussing through the eyes.

“Maybe Mama, because I was told Mama that the Eagle is sick again,” explained Stevan.

Dara nodded, the woman moved from her seat, intending to open the door for her beloved mother.

“Where's it?” shira asked, after Dara invited him to enter the house.

“In the room, again carried by Ste, Ma,” said Dara. He followed the steps of the mother who was walking towards his room.

Shira paused for a moment, she turned around, then held onto both of Dara's shoulders. Shira looked at Dara's face which looked haphazard.

“The child is not sad. Take it easy, the Eagle must not be papa. Maybe the Eagle is just tired, or maybe he is in the growth of teeth,” Shira said.

The woman gently rubbed the head of the child she loved so much, then brought Dara into her warm embrace.

“You can't bear to see a sick eagle, Ma. It feels, better Dara who feels pain than Eagle,” Ogre Dara.

Shira nodded in understanding. He understands how a mother worries when she sees her child sick. He knows how that worry keeps on interfering with the mind. Shira tightened her embrace while rubbing Dara's back gently.

“Ya already, now we follow your husband,” take Shira, who replied nod by Dara.

Arriving at the room, the sound of Heaven's cry instantly welcomed their presence. The baby has not been tired of crying since. The two women moved closer to Stevan. Shira immediately took over the Sky from Stevan's sling.

“Cup, cup, cup. Oma's most handsome grandson do not cry,” said Shira, while continuing to gently pet the grandson.

“Do we take to the hospital only, Ma?” ask Dara. He stepped closer to the mother who was still busy calming the sky.

Shira looked over, then shook her head. “For now is not necessary, but if up to 24 hours the fever has not gone down as well, we must bring the Eagle to the hospital.”

Dara just nodded languidly. He rubbed the head of Heaven with affection.

‘Mommy's child don't get sick. The pain of the Eagle is the pain of Mama too. The eagle is healing, yes. Let Mama can hear the sound of Eagle's laughter, again.’

To be continued ....
