Happy Reading🌾's
The bell that reads, signifying the time of rest that has been present makes the children display enthusiastic faces. They immediately packed their learning tools and flocked out of the classroom.
Sky, the boy stepped foot to the long bench available in the school yard while carrying a lunch box containing a sandwich made by the mother, along with milk chocolate flavor box in it. Every break comes, always like this. The sky seemed to have no taste in playing like his friends when Gervan was not around. The sky misses eating together with Gervan at this school. When will Gervan go to school?
The sky sits on a long bench, opens the box and begins to enjoy it while occasionally staring at his friends who are busy playing while running. The sky misses playing swings with Gervan.
Not far from where the sky is, there is a girl who looks towards the Sky while carrying her supply box. Adisya, the little girl felt strange with the attitude of her best friend's son since the last few days.
Although often fighting, Adisya is a person who cares about the people around her. Adisya decided to step towards the sky.
The sky stopped his eating activity for a moment, as he sensed the presence of others by his side. He turned his head, looking towards Adisya who was already sitting beside him while smiling innocently.
“I see, you're a hush-eyed bitch, yeah. Not like first again, who likes even-even,” said Adisya, he also enjoyed the provisions he brought.
Sky nodded. “Iya, I'm sad again.”
Adisya immediately turned her head, while biting her sandwich. “Sad for what?”
“My brother was brought to the sky by Allah. In fact, I have not had time to play with him,” said Sky, looking down lethargic.
In the past, when he heard that there would be new members in their family, Sky was very enthusiastic, and could not wait for the birth of his sister. But what can heaven do when God loves his brother more?
Adisya's forehead wrinkled, she was confused.
“Adik? Which one?”
“His sister has not yet been born, the sister who is still in my mother's embrace,” replied Sky. He bit his sandwich rough and then pouted.
His sister patted Sky's back several times, the little girl's lips forming a sweet smile.
“You're patient, yes. My mother said, God took something that belhalga in us when God wants to replace it with something better.”
The sky sighed softly, he bit his last sandwich. The boy took the milk box and sipped it slowly. When he finished, the sky stared at Adisya. His smile expanded instantly.
“Thanks.”
Adisya. “Sama-sama. We, friends,” he said as he thrust his pinky finger toward the Sky
The sky nodded. “We are friends ... forever,” he said then hooked his second little finger.
“Oh yes, I haven't seen Bang Van school in a long time. Where is he going?” ask Adisya while closing the box.
“Bang Van again sick, not long ago he was kidnapped equally evil. Face Bang Van many golesnya.”
Adisya covered her mouth with both hands.
“Telus, the gutter has healed, ‘kan?”
“Iya, but Bang Van doesn't want school yet.”
Adisya nodded in understanding, she came down from the bench, then extended her hand towards the Sky.
“Come in, the bell has sounded. Later we will be in the same gulu ma'am if late in.”
The sky nodded, he grabbed Adisya's hand. The two children began to step up, re-entering the classroom.
...🌾🌾🌾...
The school was already quiet, there were only a few children who had not been picked up, as well as teachers who were still loyal to be there. Like the two different children of this genre, the two stood side by side in front of the school gate—waiting for their respective parents to pick up.
“Papa I really long anyway,” grumbled Adisya annoyed.
The sky responded. “Iya, my papa has not picked up yet,” said. He sighed softly.
“We go to school again, yuk. Sitting there, I was tired of running away,” asked Adisya, pointing to a long bench located in the school yard.
“Elang!” call Adisya.
The sky turned, raising next to his eyebrows.
“Why?”
“I'm bored,” on Adisya. The girl swung her hanging legs while pouting.
The sky did not reply, he took something from inside his pants pocket and passed it one towards Adisya.
“Nih, eat.”
“Wah, chocolate pelmen!” exclaimed Adisya enthusiastically, without many words, he immediately took the candy and opened it. When he wanted to put the candy in his mouth, his eyes glanced at the still busy Sky opening the candy wrapper. “Tumben you love me? Usually if I ask for just one, you directly even-malah.”
Chocolate candy is indeed a favorite food of the sky. The child loves any food that contains chocolate, especially chocolate pudding.
The sky turned a glance towards Adisya, then looked straight ahead.
“I'm sorry to see your sad face, looks worse.”
Instantly Adisya's tiny hands floated freely, slapping the back of Heaven slowly.
“Heh, I'm beautiful.” Adisya came down from her seat, she was standing right in front of the Sky. The little girl lowered her head slightly, staring right at the boy's eyeball. “You're sick eyes, huh? So can't see a girl as beautiful as me?” adisya asked in full search, still looking at the bright brown eyeballs belonging to the Sky intensely.
“Getting, my eyes are healthy. You are ugly!” deny Sky.
Adisya stood up straight, her lips pouting. The girl sat back in her original place while folding her chest.
“My mama's word, I am beautiful know!”
“Every old man must praise his son. Even if the kid is ugly. Mama you do not want to make you sad, if you talk jujul, that you are ugly.”
Adisya turned her head quickly, she looked at the Stiff Sky.
“Elang!” he cried while hitting the arm of Heaven many times, in order to channel his frustration.
“Ampun, geez, I'm just kidding.” The sky laughed, he immediately stood up from his seat, then ran away.
“Elang!” Adisya's call re-echoed. The girl wanted to chase after the Sky, but her intention stopped there as another voice called out to her.
“Loh, Adisya same Sky has not come home?” ask Yuli—one of the teachers at this Kindergarten.
Adisya looked up, looking at the teacher who was definitely taller than him.
“Numbered, Mom. Papa hasn't picked up Disya.”
Yuli nodded in understanding. “Yes already, you wait for your papa to come, play not far away, yes. Let if your papa comes, not confused findinnya.”
Adisya. “OK, Bu.” The girl stared at the teacher for a moment, then shifted her eyes. His eyes instantly rounded when he saw the distance and the Sky was already far away. Adisya stomped her feet a few times, then went back to chasing after the Sky.
“Elang don't jump again, I'm tired!” exclaimed Adisya, resting both hands on his knees while trying to catch his breath that was panting.
The sky stopped his running, he turned towards Adisya.
“You tired?”
Adisya. The little girl held her hand up in the air, permeating every drop of water that began to fall.
“Elang, rain!” excitedly. Come on, let's play rain!”
Without waiting for the answer of the interlocutor, Adisya immediately pulled the hand of Heaven, bringing him back to run around in the rain that felt increasingly heavy soaking the earth. While Sky, the child can only resign to follow Adisya, although it does not rule out the possibility, that the child also enjoyed the swift rain that fell today. Happy rays were clearly visible in their eyes, let alone plus laughter, adding to the clarity of how happy they were.
The rain was very pleasant for those who loved it. It was as if, each drop brought their own happiness to them. And Adisya, she liked how every water was coming down soaking her body.
