"You okay?" ask the man to Bee.

"I'm fine," Bee replied briefly densely and clearly. The woman fixed her half-shifted shirt.

"Oh introduce me Gilang, the financial manager," he reached out to Bee.

"Bee," the woman replied without mentioning Gilang's helping hand.

"Hey, meet Willy. The three of us are financial staff" continued Willy welcomed Gilang's hand.

"Oh yes, I am Gilang," said Gilang clumsy when he saw Bee's face. But the man instead smiled when Bee rejected him .

"Rara, sir," said Rara also introduced herself.

"You wanna go to the meeting?" Gilang.

"Yes, sir" replied Rara and Willy simultaneously.

"It's the same, how?" tawang Gilang's.

"Come, sir" said Rara

Rara held Bee's hand which displayed her cold face. The four of them walked into the meeting room. Gilang quietly glanced at Bee, then smiled thinly so thin that no one noticed the handsome-looking man's smile.

There the directors and company leaders have gathered, including Bastian and Eric as the company's top leaders.

"Please Miss Bee," said Gilang softly as she pulled the chair for the woman to sit next to her.

Bee's forehead shriveled in wonder as Gilang was so attentive to her. But he doesn't care at all.

"Thank you" said Bee coldly.

Unknowingly, Bastian's gaze was on Bee and Gilang. The man's hands clenched tightly. He didn't like anyone paying attention to his wife.

"Bas, what's wrong with you?" eric asked half a whisper.

Bastian remained silent his face was flushed red and his jaw was hardened. Which man will not be upset when he sees his wife being approached by another man.

Eric followed his son's point of view. The middle-aged man let out a long sigh, surely Bastian was jealous to see Bee being approached by Gilang.

"Hem, must be a professional bus. You can't mix personal business with work. Later at home you can talk carefully with Bee," said Eric whispered in his son's ear.

Bastian immediately woke up. He must not act, Bastian must master his emotions because now he is no longer a boy who wants to play around. He has become a leader of a large company that should be working more seriously for his future with Bee.

"Good day all of it. Accept for the presence of the directors and the entire staff for the first meeting with the new director. From today my position will be replaced by my son, Bastian," Eric said.

Many whispered and seemed to doubt Bastian's abilities. All the employees in the office know that Bastian is just a high school kid who just passed the exam.

"Can he be a leader?" the other whisper.

"He's too young to be a director" the others continued.

"Honestly, I doubt his abilities" another chimpanzee.

Bee heard the directors whispering about her husband. The woman remained calm with a pen tapping on the table. No one knows that he is an emois. Bastian is too young to be a leader but that doesn't mean he can't. He just needs time to learn.

"Why? Anybody mind?" eric asked, looking at the employees. "My son is still young, but he has the ability to be a leader" Eric tapped Bastian on the shoulder.

"Sir Eric, why not Mr Bara or Mr Bryan? We do not doubt the ability of Young Master Bastian, but we need a leader who has experience" said one of the directors.

"Yes, sir" the others continued.

"Why? I'm sure Bastian can be a leader in this company" Eric replied.

While Bastian looked down to go where the soul of his courage once was. Is this how it feels to be underestimated?

"I'm sorry, sir, like we rejected Young Master Bastian as a leader" said another

"Me too" said another.

Bastian squeezed the end of his suit. The man's chest felt tight. If no one was sure he would cry.

"I'm not resisting. I agree that Young Master Bastian is the leader of this company. What's wrong with being a leader if he has the ability?"

Everyone stared at the talking Bee sitting down but with a calm face while folding his hands together.

Bastian raised his gaze towards Bee. The man's eyes were glazed.

"How can you be sure Miss Bee if Young Master Bastian can become a leader?" ask one of the directors.

"Fullly my heart, I am convinced that Young Master Bastian deserves to be a leader" Bee replied firmly. She looked at her husband for pity.

"If he fails, how?" ask others intimidatingly.

The company does belong to Eric but the directors have full authority over leadership issues.

"I will make sure that Young Master Bastian will succeed" Bee replied confidently.

Everyone in the room stared at Bee. Especially when he said it was like having high emotions like being defending people he loved.

"Thank you Miss Bee, I am also confident that Young Master Bastian can lead this company," Gilang continued.

"Me too" continued Rara.

"I'm sure too, sir," said Willy.

Bee smiled when he heard many who agreed with his opinion. Bee will help Bastian prove that her husband can be a good leader and also firm.

"Thank you for the trust" Bastian said.

While others were whispering, they actually disagreed. But they can't fight if Bee speaks up. Because Bee is one of the best staff who has the trust of Eric.

Meeting back on continue, all division departments present the value of the acquisition and profit in this month.

After meetings the directors and staff are given the opportunity to get acquainted with their new directors. Although many disagree, but inevitably they have to follow new leadership procedures.

"Bas, congratulations. Daddy's convinced you can be a good leader. Good luck," said Eric giving a warm hug to his son.

"Thank you Dad, I promise to prove to them that I can" Bastian said.

When everyone doesn't believe that he can. But Bastian is grateful there is still a beloved father and wife who always provide support to him.

"Bee, not acquaintance with the new director?" ask Willy. "So you've defended him" continued Willy.

Rara held back her smile. He was sure that Bee already had a taste for Bastian, always covered with Bee's cold, seemingly untouchable face.

"No. I still have a lot of work to do" replied Bee walking out of the room.

"Bee, wait," call Rara and Willy who come out of the room.

While Gilang looked at Bee's back with a smile. She likes Bee's assertive and bold personality.
