Married to Ustaz

Married to Ustaz
Chapter 61: Meeting Ning Aisyah

A few days later. Cika and Ustaz Hafid have returned to the pesantren. It's been a while, they've been at Mr. Dedi's and Ms. Linda's house. The Cika holiday is over.

The veiled woman walked slowly towards the girl who was sitting in one of the iron chairs under the catapult tree.

His eyes narrowed, he smiled behind his veil. "Assalamu'alaikum, Cika," he greeted kindly.

"Wa'alaikumussalam Ning Ayesha." Cika replied no less friendly.

He shifted his body slightly, giving a place for the veiled woman to sit beside him. There was a sense of awkwardness for him, because for the first time, he was speaking one-on-one with Ning Aisyah.

In accordance with Ustaz Hafid's promise, he brought Cika together with Ning Aisyah. So that misunderstandings do not occur again in his marriage.

"Kaifa haluki (how are you) Cika?" ask Ning Aisyah.

"Ana bikhoirin walhamdulillah (i'm fine), Ning Aisyah," replied Cika.

"Alhamdulillah" said Ning Aisyah.

"Use Indonesian only, Ning. I'm not very good at speaking Arabic, hehehe," Cika smiled awkwardly.

Ning Aisyah nodded. He took Cika's hand. "I'm sorry if you and Hafid fought a lot because of me. Honestly, I've been wanting to meet you for a long time to explain that I and Hafid have no relationship at all after you two have been tied up in marriage. However, God has not allowed us to meet there are obstacles, and today thank God has allowed us," said Ning Aisyah, the veiled woman smiled again.

Ning Aisyah gently rubbed Cika's head wrapped in the hijab. She considers Cika like her own sister.

The conversation between the two women continued long. Ning Aisyah explained honestly, the reason she and Ustaz Hafid went together to Egypt at that time.

"We worked together to build an orphanage not far from this boarding school. In a few weeks, the orphanage is insyaaAllah already worth living in. Your husband was the founder of the orphanage. That's why I called Hafid. Just wanted to ask if there was anything less like the cost, because thankfully the santri in my boarding house many want to donate to the construction of the orphanage," explained Ning Aisyah back.

Cika was silent, a few days ago she had a fight back with Ustaz Hafid because of the phone from Ning Aisyah. And now everything was clear, he came to believe also with the explanation of Ustaz Hafid. He recalled the words of Ustaz Hafid who advised him at that time, 'Never conclude anything that you do not yet know the truth'.

A second later, Cika put on a pouting face while saying, "Kok Ustaz Hafid never told me about the orphanage."

Ning Aisyah chuckled little looking at Cika's face. Funnier. Because he felt anxious he pulled gently chubby cheeks Cika. " Maybe, it's not time yet," Ning Aisyah replied.

"Afwan. You're so adorable." Ning Aisyah hurriedly apologized.

Cika nodded. "I'm also pretty, aren't I, Ning Aisyah?" ask Cika confidently.

"Yes." Yeah."

The two of them kept exchanging stories. Tell me about each other's experiences. Cika was quite shocked to hear that Ning Aisyah was going to marry Ustaz Andre.
