Married to Ustaz

Married to Ustaz
Chapter 39: Caught Wet

After finishing the morning prayer, Cika sat down on the side of the bed. This girl's face was sad. Until this morning, no one had said happy birthday to him.

Not feeling the corner of the girl's eyes shed tears. Usually at home, his father and mother will give a surprise. But this time it was different. Totally different. Crick. The door of the room opened, he hurriedly wiped away the trace of tears on his cheeks when he saw Ustaz Hafid enter the room.

Ustaz Hafid who had just entered the room furrowed both of his eyebrows. Worrying. Looking at his little wife's face looked so pitiful..

"Why, Cika?" he asked, then sat down next to his little wife.

Cika just turned her head, not spouting a word.

"The habit starts again, becoming mute. What's up?" Ustaz Hafid did not want to give up, he gently pulled the left cheek of his little wife.

Cika took a deep breath, then exhaled again. "Ustaz, really don't remember that today, is my birthday?" ask her with a soft voice. "But, never mind. What do I hope for," he continued.

Ustaz Hafid patted his eel hearing the remark, as a result of the incident his little wife wet the bed. He forgot to say happy birthday.

Ustaz Hafid held Cika's hands together. Then, his thumb and index fingers flank Cika's chin, then lifted slowly to look at him. "Ustaz do not forget, mabruk alfa mabruk. Barakallah fii umrik, my wife. Yeah, it's getting bigger. I hope you don't wet the bed anymore." Ustaz Hafid ruffled Cika's hair with anxiety. Little laugh considering last night's events.

Cika puffed both her cheeks. "Early Ustaz forgot. Ustaz just remembered, right, after I remembered?" tanyakanya. He removed the hand of Ustaz Hafid from his cheek. Why does the man like to stroke his cheek, so he feels amused himself.

"No. Ustaz was going to say it last night. But, you're wetting the bed. Keep it not so, and ustaz forget," said Ustaz Hafid trying to explain honestly.

"Just say, no birthday cake or that candle blow scene?" ask Cika expectantly. He is usually given such a surprise.

Ustaz Hafid smiled faintly hearing it. "Our religion forbids that Cika. Because it resembles the traditions of non-Muslims. This tradition is often practiced by Jews and Christians. For this reason Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala, and Rasullullah strongly forbid a Muslim to resemble a people, because if that happens, we will belong to that part of the people" explained Ustaz Hafid.

Cika nodded in understanding. "That means no birthday celebration, Tadz?" ask Cika curiously.

"May, but more useful things only. If you want to celebrate do it in an Islamic way, invite orphans, love them to eat. It was more rewarding and getting the reward" explained Ustaz Hafid again. He continued, again,

Even the moment of age reduction can be used as a moment of peace, what will you do for the rest of your life in obedience to Allah. Now ustaz wants to ask. For seventeen years what good have you done for both parents, and of course God?" ustaz Hafid asked in such a gentle voice, he looked intensely at his little wife's face.

Cika shook her head slowly. "Nothing seems like it, Tadz. I often make my mother and father angry, denied their orders continue, even I just did the prayer back since entering this boarding school. What kind of servant am I, huft ..," he said. Cika's voice sounded sad, remembering the sins committed.

Ustaz Hafid pulls Cika's body into his arms. "God is the recipient of Cika's repentance. Now maximize your age to do good, and worship Allah. To be your provision in the Hereafter. Don't keep being naughty."

Cika returned the warm embrace of her husband. "Thank you, Tadz. Udah reminded," he said and looked back at Ustaz Hafid. "It will be an effort to be a better person and not naughty," he continued.

"It must be really worked out" replied Ustaz Hafid. "You usually wake up for a while, then act again" he shook his head slowly.

Cika was nervous when Ustaz Hafid approached face to face. Until the roar of warm breath belonging to the man he can feel. Reflexes he immediately closed his eyes.

"Ehem!" I don't know since when Kiai Abdullah entered the room. This middle-aged man smiled faintly looking at the embarrassed face of his son who was caught off guard. With lightning fast Cika opened both of her eyeballs. He was embarrassed.

"Our arrival disturbs it like,"

nyai Hana said, feeling very guilty about disturbing the moment of his son and daughter-in-law.

"Next time close the door, Fid," Kiai Abdullah said with a smile on her lips.

With a quick motion Nyai Hana pulled her husband's hand to come out again. "What do you want to nimang grandchildren quickly?" nyai Hana's.

"Who wouldn't, Ummi. Obviously I really want to."

And that conversation can still be heard by Ustaz Hafid and Cika. After her in-laws came out Cika hurriedly ran to the bathroom to hide the red hue on her face.
