I took my little girl to her room, where we both sat on the edge of the bed. Ariana looked at me with pity. "Ma, did papa hurt you?" ari asked innocently to me.
The tears I couldn't contain I spilled back, on that ten-year-old girl. Ari is smart enough to understand the feelings of others especially he often sees my unhappy face.
"Ari, do you want to come to Asia with Mama?" I asked while wiping my tears.
"Ari will come, wherever Mama takes Ari, but why are we going to Asia, Mah?" ari asked confusedly.
"Mama got a job offer in Asia, but Ari. The three of us will leave without papa!" I explained to Ari. He quickly nodded his head.
The next morning, when Nathan went to the headquarters, I ran away from the mansion that ensnared me with my loyal servant and my daughter. Amidst such a dramatic escape, the three of us were almost caught by the guards in front of the gate. Luckily Sherly gave the guards an injection of dope as they caught their guard off guard.
On my run, I prepared so many things that Nathan couldn't find me. A few hours later we arrived at Rome airport. We boarded the flight to Asia on a Sage Island flight.
*****
Sage Island International Airport. Vendrik was waiting in the flight lobby. The silent voice of the phone from his pocket.
"Papa where now!" shouted the young man with a freeing voice.
"Airport, what's wrong, son?" ask the man in full suit on his body.
"Sorry interjected. Mr. Delona Verix canceled the appointment because his wife was sick" Neol's assistant posted to her master. With one finger Vendrik flicked him until Neol's assistant resigned.
"Did papa listen to me? Tomorrow is my mother's memorial day!" ayaan reminded her father.
"Yes, papa knows! Papa hang up the phone first yes, remember do not forget to learn," said Vendrik commemorating his favorite son.
"It looks like yes sir, is there a police station?" ask the girl again in French. Vendrik was surprised, how can this girl understand Indonesian, while the girl speaks French?
Vendrik was sitting outside the airport with the girl. "Where's your dad? Why are you here?" vendrik asked a few questions.
"Male …!" a woman called out to the girl sitting with a stranger.
"I'll excuse you, sir, my mama has called," bowed the little girl in a polite manner.
Vendrik returned the smile warmly. "Smart kid!" muttered Vendrk stared at the footsteps of the little girl, for a moment he saw the shadow of Aruhi. The man re-entered the parked four-wheel.
The next day at a funeral, two people were lighting an incense stick in the room, tears flowing like a river between their cheeks and eyelids. A few minutes later, two men came out of the room.
The silent voice of the phone moved his position. "Papa pick up the phone first, you go first!"
"Yes, Pah" replied Ayaan. With a smile the lips of the young man left.
"Big-looking brother, I'm watching you!" said the girl took out the candy, then gave it to the grieving young man.
"Watching what?" the young man asked confused.
"My mother's word, a crying child doesn't mean she's weak, but she misses someone so much!"
Hearing the little girl's advice, Ayaan recalled her mother while she was still alive. "Did your mother often experience something similar?" ask Ayaan back.
