Loving Brother-in-law

Chapter 12

Sam took off his shirt and stepped onto the balcony in front of his room. While smoking his cigarette, Sam enjoys the wind and the night sky.

 

Some days Sam observes Riyu who often wakes up in the morning with swollen eyes, but for a while Sam can only keep a close eye on him. Sam was just looking for the right time to approach him again...

"Did that girl bother you, boss? You're... It's impossible to fall for your sister-in-law, right?" said Aji leaning on the stainless balcony divider.

"Fall-hearted... Huh, I just want to use it. He'll make me an intermediary to destroy the pestle in this house"

"Boss you're not good at lying" whispered aji inwardly.

"What about the job I gave you"

"According to your assumption of boss, Riyu is indeed the daughter of Galuh Saputra who disappeared. Here's the data and other files about it. But in this case I found one thing surprising"

"What's that?" ask Sam seriously.

"To investigate this matter I had to open a file about Galuh Saputra, the accident case that happened to him was not a coincidence"

"Murder?" Guess Sam.

"Exactly. But for 3 years the investigation did not get a bright spot, and the police stated that the case had an accident. Riyu's identity is hidden and Galuh's company is taken over by Galuh's confidant, however... This guy just works behind the scenes and never gets published"

Sam listened while reading the files Aji gave him.

"What is even more surprising is that Galuh Saputra and Montrol were close friends since childhood. Their relationship is very close even like a brother"

Sam looked at Aji upon hearing the final explanation. "So between Riyu and Mumbir is indeed concerned. But aren't their parents very close? What is it that Riyu is so frightened when she hears the surname of Mumbir" Sam whispered inwardly.

"Is something wrong, boss?"

"No, I got a nearly perfect puzzle. Investigate again what dispute there is between Galuh and Mumbil! I need to get the right evidence"

"Good boss" said Aji and resigned.

"Riyu your life is full of secrets" Sam murmured in his heart.

Dong... Dong... Dong...classic alarm clock installed in the living room indicates that it is 12 pm. Riyu was still lying inside the blanket staring blankly at the window.

"What makes Noval so busy? almost every night coming home early in the morning drunk, even he did not come home" murmured Riyu inwardly.

Not long after that someone entered Ryu's room, Ryu was shocked and immediately got up from his bed.

"Hey why are you just hanging out there! help her!" sentak Dewi who had trouble memapah Noval who was drunk heavily.

Without answering any more, Riyu immediately helped Dewi to bring Noval to bed.

"That let me take care of you, you can go" said Dewi.

"I'm sorry... Is it not wrong? I should have taken care of my husband, you left" Riyu replied upsetly.

"You don't have much to say, sneak out of Noval's room!" Dwi pulls Ryu and pushes him out of the room.

"I let my wife in!" riyu.

Plakkkp... The goddess slapped Riyu tightly.

"Don't wait for you, his wife will act in front of me! The wife is just a status, but Noval belongs only to me. You understand!" The goddess slammed the door. Riyu looked blankly at the door while holding her sore cheek.

Some time later, Sam came down with a glass to get some drinking water in the kitchen. Instantly, he saw Ryu who was asleep curled up in the sofa chair in the middle room.

"Sad... Stupid girl" Sam said gently brushing Ryu's hair on the face.

 Early in the morning Ryu woke up, opening his eyes slowly. He felt comfortable under a soft blanket and a comfortable mattress.

 

"Well... Where's me!" riyu said in shock waking up looking around.

Riyu looked at her body which was under the blanket, she heaved a sigh of relief when she knew that her clothes were still neatly attached to her body.

"Whose room is this? didn't I sleep in the living room last night?" murmured Riyu.

He turned to the long sofa to his right, Sam still asleep. No blanket, no pillow, with AC on at 16°C.

"Di... Her... Is this his room?"

Riyu feels good for Sam, all night Sam falls asleep without a blanket while Riyu can sleep comfortably in Sam's bed. Riyu slowly approached Sam, enveloping Sam slowly so as not to wake up.

"Sam... Thanks though. I'm sorry for bothering you, even I'm grateful that even though you took me to your room you didn't touch me at all" Ryu whispered.

Riyu looked at Sam for a moment and then rushed off.

"Non... Why are you in Mr Sam's room?!" mirah said the maidservant at Mahesa's house who caught Riyu out of Sam's room.

"I... I just" Ryu confusedly answered her.

"I know you're the young lady in this house, I respect you too but it's not unexpected that you dare to do something like this!" hardik Mirah's.

The woman who was about 60 years old was looking at Riyu with teary eyes, Mirah was a loyal and kind servant but she misunderstood Riyu now.

But because of this incident Ryu has not been able to explain anything, Ryu also did not expect that Sam would take him into his room.

Mirah turns to replace the glass window curtains across from Noval's room, occasionally looking at Riyu with a dislike look. Riyu stepped into Noval's room to prepare her office clothes, she looked at Mirah with a helpless look.

Yet... When Riyu opens the door of the room that is not in the key, Ryu finds Noval and Dewi making out there.

Riyu froze, her tears flowing from my eyes. Riyu immediately closed the door and ran down to the kitchen.

Mirah who witnessed the incident was not expecting, it turns out that as long as the master and mistress Mahesa went Noval dared to bring another woman even to have a relationship with another woman when she already had a wife.

"Although Mr. Noval did so it should not be Miss Riyu repaid what else dared to tempt Mr. Sam" said Mirah who followed Riyu to the kitchen.

"I'm not teasing Sam" Riyu replied sobbing. He sighed to catch his breath and said again.

"Noval came home drunkenly last night, and she came with the woman. After I helped her get Noval into bed she kicked me out and even slapped me" Riyu bowed, occasionally holding back her tears.

"After that I waited in the living room, but I fell asleep. I was even surprised when I woke up in Sam's room, but I swear we didn't do anything bi! Sam slept on the sofa" Riyu looked at Mirah with red eyes.

Mirah silently looked at Riyu carefully. "Miss Riyu doesn't seem to be lying, so I've misunderstood her" Mirah murmured inwardly.

"I'm sorry miss, for misunderstanding you" said Mirah sadly.

"It's okay, I help prepare breakfast huh bi" Riyu smiled, despite her heartache but Riyu tried to hide it.
