Sarah was sitting on a prayer mat. He had just finished praying in his room. The girl was thinking about what her boss meant this afternoon. Initially Sarah decided that tomorrow she would contact the man and immediately rejected his wishes. But seeing the earnestness on Edward's face - even though the man knew the great consequences he had to do - the girl was knocked over by his conscience. Sarah would be a very unfair person if she didn't give the man a chance. At least until I meet her parents.

Sarah wants to help Rais talk to his father about Edward's plans. After all, his father had entrusted the man to be his guardian for as long as he was here. So the girl felt bad for Rais if she didn't tell him this important business.

He also joined his cousin's brother who was busy watching soap opera striping on television with his wife and child.

“Tumben you watch, Sar. Usually it runs out isya no longer out of the room.” said Maryam while moving to the room carrying little Rayhan who was asleep in his range.

Sarah just smiled.

“Have eaten yet, Sarah?” ask Rais.

“But Bang.” answer is short.

“ Eat there first even if you take two mouthfuls. If later you get sick, brother also reprimanded the same Mr. Cik.” said the man.

“Kakak today cook tamarind padeh fish. If you do not taste, just buy soto in front of the alley.” said Maryam from inside the room.

“Iya, Kak.” replied the girl briefly.

“Atau Abang aja buy, Bang. All look for anti-mosquito in kiosk!” mary asked her husband again.

“No need, let me eat at home aja.” said Sarah immediately went into the room to wear her veil and buy anti-mosquito at the front stall.

After finishing eating, Sarah also ventured to express her heart to Rais.

“Bang Rais, there is something I want to convey to brother.” said Sarah sitting next to the man.

Rais who was watching while sleeping on the carpet also immediately sat down.

“What's the matter, Sarah?” ask her while shrinking the volume of tivi sound.

“On my boss at work, Bang.” he said in a hesitant tone.

“Why, do you have a problem with your boss?” tanya Rais frowned.

“Not Bang, But he wanted to menghitbah Sarah earlier.” said Sarah lowered her head.

“Purnomo you told me about? You know, but you said he was married?” asked the man again in surprise.

“Not him bang. But Pak Purnomo's boss from Jakarta. His name is Mr. Edward.” Sarah explained.

“Wah! Awesome you're Sarah, same estimated big boss. My brother agreed this time! He must be a rich man!”

Suddenly Maryam came out of the room and went with her. He had intended to sleep. Rais glared at his wife who could not control the volume of his voice. The tenement is not soundproof. Sometimes the neighbors next to the wall could hear their voices.

“Not his property to consider. But it has to be seen first, his character. Can he be a good priest for Sarah?” rais said as he turned to Maryam who was already sitting next to him.

“Have you guys been taarufing each other? Do you know her origin and background? Do not let the husband of the person who married you.” asked Rais to look at Sarah.

“And he is not muslim.”

Rais and Maryam were both shocked. Their eyes are wide.

“Astaghfirullah. How could you be preached to a man of different faiths, Sarah? Mr. Cik and all the big families will definitely not approve.” said Rais to reduce the volume of his voice but still feel firm.

"You can choose a candidate who is handsome, domiciled, and wealthy. But still the main thing is his attitude, Sarah."

Sarah is still down.

"Forget that Mr. Edward. I'll introduce you to my brother's friend who's good in his tongue and his morals are good." said Rais.

“What is this brother." said Sarah blushed in embarrassment.

"I've also given Mr. Edward a look like that. But he said he wanted to be Muslim.”

Rais looked at Sarah while looking thoughtful.

“If he's a Muslim, there's no obstacle to whipping you. But let him first convert and learn. If he really intends with you, surely he will deepen Islam in earnest.” he said giving advice.

“Iya Bang, But I ask help Brother to convey this matter with Father, yes.” pinta the girl.

Rais seemed to be thinking, but then he said to the girl in front of him.

“Tomorrow afternoon after returning from the factory, Brother will call Mr. Cik. If now maybe he has rest.” said Rais.

Edward stood on the lip of his study window, looking loosely at Jakarta's city buildings. His mind wanders far away in the clouds. He still could not believe that in this country he would make two big decisions in his life.

First decision; he wants to get married.

During this time the man hesitated to get married and did not intend to bond with a woman during his life. He built his own hypothesis in his mind that marriage was something that would secure his freedom.

But when Edward gets to know Sarah, he understands that life is indeed full of rules, bonds, and guidelines. It has become human nature to be destined to find a partner, live married, and have children. Because if he dies later, his children will make Anderson's bloodline stay awake on this earth.

And because of that girl, she's also been cranky this week. Including Adrian who also did not escape his target. The portfolio and the documents to be sent to the CEO in Sweden who actually agreed yesterday, he ordered his assistant again to re-verify.

Edward felt unfocused at work because his concentration was chaotic . During his life, it was only now that the man felt this unsettling. Even Mikaila who called him didn't care. He was waiting for an answer from Sarah. And he felt that his heart would be broken if the girl rejected him.

Second decision; embrace new beliefs.

Sarah will only marry a man who has one faith with her. So Edward had to become a Muslim if he wanted to keep getting the girl's heart. He did not mind the consequences. During this time he was also not a person who obeyed with his beliefs. He never went to church again, so he felt that there had been no God in his heart for a long time.

And today has come a week when he gave Sarah a chance to think about the proposal.
