Edwin is getting ready. He chose a flight at ten o'clock in the morning to the city where the monument is located. In accordance with the agreement last night, Indi will take him to the airport.
Edwin would pick her up first, then they would leave together.
After breakfast together at Indi's house, they prepared to leave. India is wearing work clothes. The trip to the airport was quite far away, he was wearing clothes as comfortable as possible. This time he only wears a shirt and long cloth pants, equipped with black pantofel shoes that are not too high. Coming home from the airport, he's going straight to the office.
They both came out of the living room. Indi locked the door of his house and walked up to Edwin who was waiting for him in the motorcycle parking lot.
"You only carry such a small suitcase? Will it be enough for three months?" Indi was shocked to see Edwin's small suitcase as they exited the living room. The suitcase could probably only hold about seven pairs of clothes. Not shoes and other stuff. The suitcase was placed outside, next to Edwin's motorbike.
"Enough. This suitcase is just a shirt. Important stuff is in my backpack." Edwin showed a black backpack perched on his back.
"Bath equipment?"
"Let's just buy it there."
"Wouldn't that trouble you?" Indi regretted not helping Edwin packing yesterday. Edwin's things were in his friend's house. Where now Edwin has also paid rent rent so he feels free to come there.
"Even if I take it from here I'll bother. Heavy, my suitcase will be full. I just went to Jakarta. There are things like that I can get easily." said Edwin casually.
"How about the shoes?"
"I've got shoes on, I've brought a pair of sandals to change there."
"Just a pair of shoes? Not replaced?"
"Why bring a lot of shoes? Jakarta hot. I can wash it often and it will dry quickly. Just relax." Edwin always got the right reasons.
Indi scrunched his forehead.
"It's different for men and women to travel." Indi grunts. There was concern in his eyes. Fear Edwin will be too short of clothes. He must be busy with that training. There is no time to wash every day.
"Yes, you calm down. I can take care of it." Edwin smiled.
There was nothing Indi could do to change the view of the man. But Indi followed. Edwin had been living abroad for years alone. Edwin was right, he could definitely take care of himself. Moreover, this was only three months.
Edwin was riding a motorcycle and Indi was piggybacked as usual. Indi's eyes were puffy, it looks like she cried last night. After Edwin went home and set their plans today, apparently Indi really could no longer hold back her tears. The defensive walls collapsed as well. She was crying so much. He's very sad.
Today, he did not look at Edwin in the slightest. He did not want Edwin to know he was shedding tears on his departure for three months.
They're passing toll road. The view of the sea around the road did not attract the heart of Indi at all. The beautiful scenery was covered by the mist in his heart. Thinking about this miss will get harder.
Until dibandara, Edwin looking for parking special two-wheeled vehicles. Then they walked along. Edwin dragged the suitcase with his right hand, while his left hand held Indi's hand. They are headed for domestic departure.
"It's already half nine. You just leave me. Later you are late for work." said Edwin while looking at the clock in his hand.
"It's okay, I've asked my manager's permission to come to the office later today. I'll wait for you until you check in."
"You've been crying? Why are your eyes so swollen?"
Indi rubbed his eyes that began to glaze over.
"No, I'm not crying. Maybe there are insects that bite him." said Indi without looking at Edwin.
"Her heart, look at me. You've been crying. Why are you crying?" Edwin knew the eyes were tired of tears. Is it because of him? Edwin was not sure either. But Edwin is not a man who likes to get carried away. He will not force Indi to confess.
"Yes, I need to get in. You go to the office. Be careful on the road." Edwin rubbed Indi's head gently. Treat her like a little girl.
Indi just nodded. He watched until Edwin actually entered then Indi left the airport.

Every day, Edwin would give him news. They will tell about Edwin's life while in Jakarta and how Indi's days. Indi was not as sad as he had imagined before. Although they did not meet, Edwin's soul was around. Always protecting her, giving her attention, though as always, that attention she never showed in person. Edwin is a man who is indifferent and very rarely think about the feelings of others. Not because he was selfish, but it was difficult for him to get into the feelings of others.
It was the tenth day they had separated. They rarely communicate by phone. More through short messages. Because Edwin had to live in a room with some of his friends. On the first day of training, Edwin became acquainted with several participants who also came from out of town. Then they decided to stay together to save costs while in the capital.
Edwin felt uncomfortable when his friends heard his conversation with Indi. He chose to communicate through short messages. Indi understands the situation.
They've told me about what happened today. Edwin's days were exhausting. There are many tests he has to take. In addition to the written tests, he also received many physical tests. Like swimming, doing rescue in case there are drowning victims, how to do first aid and so on.
As usual, Indi will listen to Edwin's stories while laying down his body in a mattress.
Occasionally his jaw widened and his cheeks bloated reading Edwin's message. But sometimes, he also felt the fatigue that Edwin felt.
"Today the date is pretty. Good to make." This Indi writing captivated Edwin. Dare to be honest, he thought. Edwin understood Indi's intention to invite him to be, formalizing their relationship.
Today is November Eleven. If it is written with the numbers to be 11-11. As a romantic woman, such unique things will not go unnoticed.
"Actually since a few days with you, I've considered you my girlfriend." a message from Edwin replied.
Indi did not believe what she had just read. Did Edwin consider him a girlfriend all along? Then why did Edwin never say love and ask him directly to be his girlfriend? Sometimes Edwin's attitude was a bit strange. But Edwin was too fun to be categorized as a freak.
"So?"
"We are my darling." Edwin wrote convincingly.
Indi was very happy to read the line of letters that Edwin strung together. If Edwin was in front of him, he wanted to hug Edwin and repeat the kiss that Edwin had given like that time.
Edwin put the phone down. The smile did not escape her red lips. He knows, he just made a woman happy. A woman who has begun to be loved sincerely.
