Love Fighters Al - Aqsa
CPA 6: Socialization of Al-Aqsa

He is young, only 32 years old. His physique is healthy, his skin color is pure white and his face can be considered handsome by most people. His mustache was clean and kept a thin beard forming a crescent moon in the region of his chin. Today he wears a typical Indonesian black peci, heightening his wibawa which has been created from his clothes and robes are all black. In fact, he can be considered similar as a warrior from Banten.

It is Ustaz Taufik Karomah, a young man who has been languishing in Yemen before the war, to learn specifically about Al-Quds in which there is Al-Aqsa Mosque, which is located, and learn about Zionists and Jews in detail from history to the latest developments.

Ustaz Taufik Karomah has been appointed as Al-Quds Ambassador by a special agency fighting for the liberation of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

As it is today, Sunday morning, he is carrying out his duty to socialize about the condition of Al-Aqsa Mosque in Al-Quds (East Jerusalem) to hundreds of Muslims attending Tabligh Al-Aqsa event. The event was held at Al-Jihad Mosque in Kamal Muara, North Jakarta, directly adjacent to Tangerang Regency, Banten Province.

The event, held by Masjid Al-Jihad (Remas Jihad), was attended by hundreds of male and female pilgrims, the majority of whom are fishermen, and the majority are also members of the community, because the area is indeed located in the fish auction area and on the seafront of Jakarta Bay.

Among the Muslim worshippers, there was also Darmawan Caniago, an ice merchant who a few days ago was informed by Hendra about the event. Today he looks simple without peci with a shirt patterned blue and white plaid. He sat solemnly.

On top of the front wall of the mosque, precisely on the pulpit, lay banners explaining the name of the event, its theme and speakers.

Somewhat far away in the rear saf, there was also Irwan, an employee at the speaker box factory. Today it is not overtime. Even if it is overtime, he will choose permission for various reasons to attend the event. He appeared in black and wore a white shirt. In his hand held several copies of the sheet containing writings about Al-Aqsa Mosque, both its historical side, its position in Islam and its recent development. All the pilgrims present each already hold and own the paper.

Apparently, in the ranks of Muslims, Nirmala was present, without the knowledge of Darmawan, the only person he knew was present at the mosque.

The only speaker for the assembly, Ustaz Taufik Karomah, had begun his lecture. All seriously listening. From the explanation of the ustaz, the pilgrims can create their own reflection about the condition of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

“Ikhwah (Brother)! I once surveyed 500 aliyah students. I only ask one question: In which country is Al-Aqsa Mosque located?” ustaz Taufik said in his talk. He momentarily stopped talking taking a pause while staring at the Muslim worshipers and Muslims.

Then Ustaz Taufik continued his delivery.

“The result is quite surprising. Of the 500 students, who answered correctly, there were 30 children. That is, of the 500 only 6 percent know in which country Al-Aqsa Mosque is located. This is obviously a very concerning number. The percentage will be smaller if I ask in which city Al-Aqsa Mosque is located. Now I will ask all the worshippers present at Al-Jihad Mosque. Just show your hands, muslim and muslim. Later that is true, you can go to the committee after the prayer to ask for the prize,” said Ustaz Taufik who at the end looked to the host.

The organizers and the pilgrims laughed lowly at the ustaz's light joking.

“Try the brothers (brothers), show hands for those who really know, which country is where Al-Aqsa Mosque is located?” ask Ustaz Taufik.

Irwan and Darmawan who feel sure to know, immediately raise their hands like being a smart and careful race. He saw that some worshippers also raised their hands to know. Including in the ranks of Muslims, a number of women also raise their hands. Some even look hesitant. However, the number of hands pointed was much less than those present.

“Alhamdulillah, Muslims here many know, although there are still less,” said Ustaz Taufik whose tip made the audience laugh low.

The young Ustaz who preached chose to stand free in front of the congregation, moving closer to a man with a white-shaven thicket, wearing a typical Bugis skullcap. He was fifty more. It is one of those who shows hands.

“Good, with hajj sir whom do I ask?” ustaz Taufik asked gently as he shook the black man's hand.

“Haji Daeng Petandre!” replied the man loudly and proudly, especially the challenger (mic) thrust in front of his mouth.

“In which country, Haji Daeng?” ask Ustaz Taufik again in a gentle and respectful tone.

“Middle East!” haji Daeng Petandre replied steadily, convinced 100 percent right.

“True!” yelling Ustaz Taufik a bit loud, then back to the area of its establishment.

“But less specific,” said Ustaz Taufik in a lower tone but sounding clear. “Middle East is not the name of the country, but the name of the region where Al-Aqsa is located. Try, aki (my brother) the blue checkered shirt!”

Ustaz Taufik pointed at Darmawan, making the young man somewhat jerked at his heart.

“In which country?” ask Ustaz Taufik again.

“Palestine, Ustaz!” answer Darmawan.

“Fright!” pekik Ustaz Taufik. “Palestine. Al-Aqsa is in Al-Quds, in Palestine.”

“Ustaz!” a young man pointed his hand. When Ustaz Taufik looked at him, he immediately asked, “Isn't Palestine still colonized, Ustaz?”

“Na’am (iya). Despite the fact that Palestine is a land occupied by Israel, but the truth is that it is a Palestinian state. So in our solidarity with the blessed land, we must recognize it as a state and Israel is an illegal state, because they are invaders. And we, as Indonesians, owe a great debt to the Palestinians, because Palestine was one of the first countries to recognize Indonesian independence.

Gong support for Indonesian independence began from Palestine and Egypt, as expressed in the book Diplomacy of the Indonesian Revolution Abroad by the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Indonesian Independence Association, M. Zein Hassan - Lc. Mr. Zein is a historical actor. When Ir. Sukarno proclaimed the independence of Indonesia on August 17, 1945, the world has not yet recognized our independence.

Haji Agus Salim was also assigned to rally support to Middle Eastern countries, but at that time it had not received significant support. Palestine was the first nation to recognize it. In fact, before Indonesia's independence was proclaimed, a major Palestinian mufti had appeared to encourage recognition of Indonesian independence. Mufti Muhammad Amin Al-Husaini publicly supported Indonesian independence on 6 September 1944, a year before the proclamation. Mufti Muhammad Amin's statement was broadcast on Berlin's Arabic radio. The radio broadcast congratulations from the Mufti. The mufti fled to Germany at the beginning of World War II.

Sheikh Muhammad Amin also urged Middle Eastern countries to recognize Indonesia's independence, so as to convince Egypt, then followed by Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, and Afghanistan,” reply Ustaz Taufik.

“With so little knowledge of the world's Muslims, especially Muslims in Indonesia, about Al-Aqsa Mosque, there needs to be various efforts to socialize, preach, and communicate, remind and campaign Al-Aqsa Mosque to all Muslims. Many brethren asked me, ‘Ustaz, why do we take care of the Palestinians and Al-Aqsa far away, Muslims in Indonesia just need help?’ So, one of my duties, and it will be the duty of the Fathers and Mothers, is to explain, why the defense of Al-Aqsa Mosque is our responsibility.”

Ustaz Taufik then moved to take his paper sheet on the host's table.

“In the hands of pilgrims there are papers in which there is the position of Al-Aqsa Mosque in Islam which is equipped with verses and hadiths. There are two mosques named and enshrined in the Quran by Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala. A’udzu billahi minasysyaithaanirrajiim ..”.

Ustaz Taufik then recites the Quran 17th Letter (Al-Israa’) verse 1.

“Holy glory of God who has run His servants at night from Masjid Al-Haram to Masjid Al-Aqsa which is endowed around him for We show signs of Our power, that He is All-Hearer and All-Seeing. Al-Israa’ verse 1,” says Ustaz Taufik translate the Arabic lafaz he had read earlier. Then ask the congregation, “This story tells the story of history what?”

“Isra’ mi’raj!” answer a number of loud and full of enthusiasm.

“So, Al-Aqsa is called by Allah as a mosque, meaning belonging to Muslims. Based on the verse, it shows that Allah himself gave the name to Al-Aqsa Mosque, just like the Grand Mosque in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Al-Aqsa is also a place to stay in israel’ and mi’raj Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘Alaihi Wasallam. And is a place endowed by Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala. In addition to the three positions mentioned by Allah in Surah Al-Israa’ verse 1, other positions and priorities are mentioned in the hadiths of the Prophet. My brothers, I will read only the translation, the brothers who read the hadith. If Ustaz has already memorized.”

There was a low laughter.

“First, Al-Aqsa Mosque in Palestine is the first mecca of Muslims. Before Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala ordered to face the Grand Mosque in Makkah, the Prophet Shallallahu ‘Alaihi Wasallam prayed before Al-Aqsa Mosque while in Makkah before the hijrah, until the migration to Medina, within 16 months. Then by Allah's command, he prayed to the Kaaba (Masjidil Haram) in Makkah. Evidence of the legacy of the transfer of Qibla from Al-Aqsa Mosque to Al-Haram Mosque, proved by the existence of the Qiblatain Mosque in Madinah. Qiblatain Mosque is the mosque where the Prophet Shallallahu ‘Alaihi Wasallam received the order to transfer the direction of the Qibla. So it is called Qiblatain Mosque, which means mosque of two qibla!” ustaz Taufik explained. Then ask the congregation in a flat tone, “Understandable Fathers, Mothers, Bujang-Bujang, Girls?”

“Canaa!” answer the congregation simultaneously and long.

“Al-Aqsa ancestral qibla, Ka’bah perfect qibla. Now the second. Please pilgrims read the hadith, can siir (slow) can be jahr (hard).”

So some pilgrims read Arabic lafaz from a hadith in the paper they hold. For a moment it sounded boisterous like the market atmosphere, because their readings were not simultaneously. But before long, the atmosphere calmed down again, all eyes were back on Ustaz Taufik. (BH)
