Tling ... tling .. tling Lea's phone rang.

As he was about to answer, the call came to a halt.

“Who?’ ask Raymond.

“Nina,” say Lea hesitate. He was still looking at his phone screen that was dark.

When Lea was just about to press the number to call Nina back, Raymond's phone rang.

“Who?’ Leah asked back.

“Lukman,” sahut Raymond no less hernya. He showed Lukman's name on his phone screen.

Lea coded Raymond to answer Lukman's call immediately before being disconnected like Nina's call just now.

“Halo.” Raymond answered Lukman's call with a frown.

“Ray, is Lea near you?"

“There, why?” Raymond glanced at his wife who was staring at him.

“Can be a bit away a bit?”

“What the hell is it?!” raymond was getting impatient, but he still followed Lukman's request.

He took his cell phone out of the room. Using lip sign language, he tells Lea that this is just a job.

“Ray ... Erik crash,” Lukman said slowly, after Raymond assured him he was in a safe position away from Lea.

“How is the condition now?” Raymond rubbed his face rough. Erik was his rival, but the man had an important position in the lives of Lea and Maura.

“Now critical, Ray. You guys can come here?”

“I mean me and Lea are there?”

“Yes, Ray.”

“For what?!” raymond exclaimed in a stifled voice, worried that his wife would hear him.

“We don't know if Erik made it through his critical period tonight or not. If tonight he can't survive .. at least Lea knows his condition and is nearby, that's if he wants.”

“Ghea?” asked Raymond whispering.

“There ... he's like an undead. Nina was accompanying him.”

Raymond took a deep breath and exhaled loudly. Long enough he thought then finally he accepted Lukman's request.

He slightly objected that Lea accompanied Erik not because he was jealous, but because he was worried about not being able to calm his wife if hysterical in the hospital.

He was afraid that if he stayed in the room together with Lea, his wife would be able to extract information before they arrived at the hospital.

In less than ten minutes, Lea was out of the room ready to depart. His face was gloomy unlike going to go for fun.

“Aready?” ask Raymond. He just coated his plain t-shirt with a brown bomber jacket.

“Ma, I'm picking up the kids. I'm the same a--“

“Iya .. yes. Leave alone, children let the same Mama.” Her mother-in-law quickly chimed in before she finished her sentence.

In the car Raymond was still silent saying nothing. Leah continued to look at him intently, trying to find answers from the look on her husband's face.

Raymond was still busy looking for a parking space. He ignored the series of questions that came out of his wife's lips.

“Come, get off first.” Raymond opened the car door on Lea's side, while his wife was still sitting motionless.

“Ga wants to, Brother said first who is sick. I don't like the secret play gini.” His voice started to hold back the cries. In his mind flashed a no-no shadow about Nina, his best friend.

“Yes that's why you go down first, we go in together. I also don't know the situation inside.” Raymond was getting impatient. Lukman sent him a message, asking where they had arrived.

Leah heavily descended and walked by her husband's side. His hesitant and slowing steps, was forced to be somewhat pulled by Raymond in order to go a little faster.

From afar they saw Lukman standing restlessly at the end of the passageway. Lea's eyes searched for Nina around Lukman.

As they got closer, Lea breathed a sigh of relief when she saw her best friend sitting in a special long chair waiting for the patient.

A woman dressed in white bridal kebaya with a bloodstained scar on her hand as well as her dress, sat by Nina's side. His pale and puffy face still continued to shed tears.

"Ghea?" call Lea lirih. His eyes again searched for the figure of the man he called Papa Maura, but he did not find Erik among them.

“Kak Erik why, Bang?!” Lea grabbed Raymond's jacket and shirt and shook her husband's body.

She knew her husband might not understand what had happened, but he needed something to vent his worries.

“You calm down first.” Raymond grabbed his wife's trembling body.

Ghea turned to Raymond and Leah, and she began to notice the presence of her future husband's ex-wife.

“Lea ...” Ghea walked slowly towards Leah who was still crying in her husband's arms.

This was their first meeting, since Leah came to their office and openly handed her husband over to her.

“A-I asked ... I asked for my apologies," said Ghea stammered. Apologizing for the first time after Erik and Lea officially divorced.

Sorry 2 days ga up, I was confused to write this part because I did not expect there are still many who love Erik even though it has hurt Lea.

I also just realized that the promo video I made on IG was almost all about Erik, even Raymond was not there 🥺
