Love Does Not Come Too Late

Love Does Not Come Too Late
Itchy caterpillars

"Well, why?" raymond asked in confusion, when he saw his wife walking in reverse direction when she was in front of their house.

He himself was still at the back of walking a little slowly, as he was carrying Maura who was asleep exhausted after taking a leisurely walk this week morning.

"There are caterpillars that are very fat!"

"Fur plate?!" Raymond's eyes widened in shock, but a moment later he was astonished because Lea did not look afraid, but rather felt annoyed.

Raymond immediately accelerated his pace. Upon reaching the front of the house, he saw his ex-wife already sitting on the porch bench, with both hands folded in front of his chest.

Raymond and Lea's house is designed without a fence, making anyone can enter the terrace freely.

"Why did you come here?"

"Visiting my son" Dea said indifferently.

"Don't I ever say, don't you ever step foot in my house?!" Raymond looked at Dea not like it.

"Mom's longing can't wait long, Ray."

"Omong empty!" raymond's sergeant while entering the house left his ex-wife outside, because Maura had awakened and began to fret disturbed by the commotion of the two of them.

"Since when have you been patient with caring for someone else's child?" teasing Dea while following Raymond's steps into the house.

"You have not been invited in by the host. Please be a little more polite." Dea's steps were stopped by Lea's voice at the door.

"Mammy?" William emerges from behind Lea's body along with Mbok Nah.

"It's my son's house, I'm here" Dea said, unconcerned by Lea's protesting gaze. He walked into the family room and sat there.

"Here willi dear, same Mami," called Dea as she spread out her hands.

William looked at Lea for approval.

Leah knew she had no right to forbid William to be close to his birth mother, from the gaze of William's eyes there was also the same look of longing as his mother.

Lea nodded after taking a deep breath, "Wash your hands with your feet first."

"Yes, Ma." With a carefree and relieved face William immediately went into the bathroom, then he approached his mother who was in the living room.

Leah chose to go into the room following her husband, rather than go crazy with the behavior of her ex-wife.

Faintly he still heard the voice of Dea who asked to be made to drink by Mbok Nah, like still Madam in this house.

"Yes." Raymond got up from Maura's sleeping side and walked over to Lea who had just entered the room.

"Tuh diapelin, hepi?!"

"Now, I know he's coming here."

"Oh, I'm gonna take a shower." Lea pushed Raymond who was already sniffing his nape as he prepared to take a bath and raised his hair high.

"Follow, I take a shower." Raymond clung tightly to Leah's body, wherever his wife stepped he tried to be near her.

"There's Maura." Lea raised her eyes, holding the bathroom door with her feet.

"Bobok." Raymond insisted on going into the bathroom.

"Ga want ah, I want to shower myself."

"I'm with William outside." Raymond's face turned grim.

"ENTRY!" Lea immediately opened the bathroom door wide.

Like a child allowed to play in the rain, Raymond darted along with his wife under the shower.

...❤...

"It turns out to be equally disrespectful, leaving the guest alone outside, while the host is engrossed in solitude in the morning." Dea glanced cynically at Raymond and Lea's hair which still looked very wet.

"You are not my guest" Lea said as she walked into the kitchen.

"You picked an abusive woman to be William's mother?!" sneak Dea at Raymond sitting on the dining table chair, enjoying a cup of coffee.

"Don't look for a storm in my house. Hurry up and say, do you want to come here?"

"I happened to have a photo shoot in Indonesia for a week, and this Sunday I got a chance to take a day off. So I want to spend time with my son."

"We've agreed, William can go with you but must remain under my control."

Psbitck ....

The sound of the knife clashing with the cutting went loud from the kitchen, startling Raymond and Dea in the dining room.

"So bar!" grouse Dea.

"But faithful" said Raymond cuek as he sipped his coffee.

"Come, we'll walk Ray." Dea pulled Raymond's hand.

"Don't steal during the day" Lea quipped from the kitchen.

"I also have the right to spend time with my son. Since the Papi did not allow us to walk together, so I invited Ray to come with us," Dea challenged.

"So you want to go, please." Lea put a bowl of vegetables on the table while glancing at her husband with a flat look.

"Corny." Dea smiled increasingly wide and excited.

"My wife should come, I won't leave her alone."

"I don't want anyone else coming, Ray."

"What you call Ray, he is also someone else to you" said Raymond, with Dea's attitude as if they still had a relationship.

"You're no one else to me, Ray. There's still a child bond between us."

"Fuck Dea!, stop your babbling!, and do not call me Ray ... Ray's. Say my name in full, Raymond!" Raymond stood up from his seat violently, making the creaking sounds of chairs and the floor rubbing against him.

"If you want to fight, don't be here!" Lea walked towards the living room and sat down next to William who looked at his parents with a dejected look.

"Don't cry, Mami and Papi Willi don't fight they just talk in a loud voice." Lea turned up the volume of the television so that adult conversations in the dining room were not heard by William.

"I don't want a way out, tired" whispered William.

"Okay, Mama will tell you. Willi was here to watch a movie." Lea stood up and returned to the dining room.

It was very dangerous to leave Raymond alone with his ex-wife, like putting a fish on the side of the road and being stalked by a stray cat.

"William doesn't want a way out, he's tired of saying it."

"It is you who is influencing!"

"Dea!"

"He influenced our son Ray to hate me for his mother."

"Lea is now also William's mother, she also has the right to determine what is best for her son."

"Bulshit!"

"I don't want to go out today, Mi!" william exclaimed from the direction of the family room.

"I'm not going to let you be with William, but if Willi says no please don't push. You can spend time together in this house" Lea explained.

"Yes!" raymond disagreed. Dea only smiled cynically at Raymond's call for Lea, because the call used to be just for her.
