"Only a technical problem is Mr. Raymond is not very important" said Beni.
" ... well then, if there is a shortage can be sa---"
"I'm waiting at the hotel, Mr. Raymond," said Beni suddenly, "My son last night wanted to play with, understand children hehehe ...." Beni laughed wryly.
"I mean Mr Beni, I went to the hotel where Mr. ... with Lea and his son was?"
"Yes ... if not a hassle, before I go back home." Beni doesn't care if Raymond is suspicious of her, all she wants is to meet Lea and her son now or can't at all.
"Alright, but I asked Lea first what can her daughter bring because I only pay her mother not her son hehehe ...."
"Alright .. I'm asking for help sir." Beni's words were more pleading.
After breaking up the conversation with Beni, Raymond wondered what to tell Lea about Beni's love.
There is a sense of heaviness and reluctance to bring them together, as he believes there is another relationship between Lea and Beni more than just superiors and subordinates.
"Hello, good morning Lea." Raymond finally decided to contact Lea, because her curiosity was much greater.
"Good morning sir."
"This morning you don't have to go to the office, I'll pick you up ... Maura is also."
"Maura?, where are you going, sir?"
"Meet Mr. Beni."
"Don't!, ... eh I mean what Maura brought?, I can take him to daycare first before meeting with Mr. Beni," Lea said quickly.
"Pak Beni wants Maura taken too, let's play with her son." Lea was silent. Raymond knew across there Lea was preparing a reason for rejection.
"Don't worry .. there's me," said Raymond quietly, "Prepare me there soon."
...đšī¸...
Raymond watched Lea who was sitting restlessly beside him. Every now and then Maura was held tight, her head kissed as if to go far away.
"You wait here, I'll call Mr. Beni first." After arriving at the hotel where Beni and his family were staying, Raymond asked Lea to sit on the sofa of the hotel lobby.
"Thank you Mr. Raymond for coming here." Beni immediately greeted Raymond as he exited the elevator.
"Hi Lea." Beni greeted Lea quietly, but his eyes could not be separated from the little girl in his arms. Lea responded just by nodding slowly.
Jonathan was already approaching Leah, and shaking Maura's hand, "Son has a cake, you want?, said mama adek is still a child so can't eat candy." Jonathan gave Maura a packet of bread which he immediately accepted happily.
"May I carry it?" devi pinta. Lea half-heartedly gave Maura to Devi's arms, but she had no reason to refuse.
"It's funny." Devi kissed Maura's cheeks affectionately, Beni looked at her full of haru.
He knew that Devi wanted a daughter, but her hopes were dashed when doctors had to remove her uterus because of complications after giving birth to Jonathan.
Drrrtt .. drrttt ... Raymond's phone rang.
"I'm sorry, I answered for a second" said Raymond, then walked out of the lobby.
Lea wanted to follow Raymond, but Maura was still in Devi's arms. Being in Beni's sharp gaze made Lea feel like a defendant.
Leah wanted to follow Devi who had taken Maura and her two sons away in a corner of the hotel.
"I already know. Why are you hiding him from me?" beni asked with full affirmation to stop Lea's steps.
Lea was just speechless unwilling to answer nor did she want to look at Beni.
"Why are you lying??, he's a son of sa--"
"Maura my son!!" Lea looked at Beni sharply.
"Sorry there was a phone call from the office, we continue while sitting there?" When Beni will reply to Lea's words, Raymond has already entered and re-joined them.
When he received the call, Raymond watched from outside the lobby of the debate between Lea and Beni, though he could not hear what they were talking about.
When he saw Lea look emotional, he immediately cut off the phone conversation unilaterally.
"We take the kids to play in the back garden, let the fathers talk here," Devi asked.
Lea agrees with Devi, as she is fed up with seeing Beni's face.
"Why could that be?" lea was confused. Devi opens her phone and shows Lea a photo.
"This?? ...."
"That's Alexander ... is very similar isn't it?" Lea noticed the photo of the little boy on Devi's phone, just like Maura was only this difference in dressing a man.
"Beni was just disappointed to find out if she had a daughter, because I .. couldn't give her another child." Devi looked at Maura.
"So now you're alone?" Lea nodded, lazily explaining.
"You are young ... don't feel burdened taking care of a child at a young age?" Lea looked at Devi full of question marks as to what her question meant.
"If you don't mind .. can Maura take care of me?" ask Devi expectantly.
"What does that mean?" Lea nodded in disbelief at what she heard.
"Maura is also Beni's son, she's entitled----"
"Maura my son!, he's my son!!" Lea stood up and directly carried Maura carrying her away away from Devi.
Lea walked quickly towards the lobby followed by Devi and her two sons.
"Grad ... Leaaa listen to me." Devi pulls Lea's hand.
"Never think of separating me from my son!" peekik Lea restrained.
"It's also for the good of your son, he'll live better with complete parents. We'll send him to school properly" Devi still insisted on holding Leah's arm.
"I'm a tough guy, but that doesn't mean I can't be a good parent. OFF!!" Lea jerked Devi's hand until it came off.
"Sir, I want to go home. If you still need me first nothing." said Lea when he was next to Raymond.
"Heei, wait a minute!" Raymond blocked Lea's hand from escaping from the lobby.
Beni looked questioningly at his wife who was following behind Lea. Both of them look fine.
Devi looks nervous for fear of her husband's anger, and is also afraid of losing Maura. He fell in love with the beautiful princess.
"I'm sorry, excuse me first" Raymond said briefly. Beni who was still confused just nodded quickly.
"What's wrong?, don't I deserve to know?" raymond asked firmly when they were in the car.
Lea seemed to be holding back emotions. Sometimes he shrinks his tears that he does not allow to fall on his cheeks.
Lea remained silent reluctant to answer Raymond's question, but once the direction of the road was different, he finally wanted to open his voice, "Where are we going?"
"home."
"I want to put Maura in daycare, then get on with work."
"You want to work with a face like that?, which is where all my customers run because of you."
"This is not the way to my house."
"Indeed .. we go home to my house. William is also at home, let Maura play first" Raymond replied casually.
"I want to go home" Lea's great-grandson quietly.
"Unfortunately I can't, I have the steering wheel I want to take where this car is up to me."
Lea just took a deep breath and leaned her body, she was lazy to argue because she was very tired of facing Beni and his wife earlier.
Let his boss take him to his house, from there he will order a taxi online.
