All are so anxious about the condition of Vir, even one by one the other family began to arrive after getting news if the condition of Vir has been progressing.
Of all that there can not be separated to make up the do'a, hoping for the best while waiting for the doctor out to bring news.
“I'm sure he'll be aware.” Lirih Aileen with tears that kept dripping. The pregnant woman is in the arms of Daddy Al.
“He was so happy to hear the story about his son, he responded to my remark whenever I said our son is growing well.” All just nodded expectantly to hear Aileen's words that told all the events inside earlier.
Meanwhile, inside the ICU, doctors and several nurses were conducting an examination.
“Alhamdulillah.” Said the Wiguna doctor when he saw that Vir's eyes were slowly starting to open, his lips starting to open as if he wanted to say something.
“What Mr Vir can hear me?” The relieved face of Doctor Wiguna increasingly smiled widely when he saw his patient wink as a form of response to his speech. Doctors and nurses are unceasingly grateful to see this development.
“Slow Sir, don't force it. Move slowly" he said when he saw Vir had trouble moving his lips to talk. This is a natural condition in patients after having been in a coma for this long. Of course, the function of the limbs will experience a lot of decline.
“Yes, slowly, don't be forced yes. Slowly but surely.." Doctor Wiguna smiled, trying to be encouraging when a clear grain was seen dripping from his eyes.

“It's okay, slowly yes, we try once again." Say doctor Wiguna again when Vir began to pant, unable to continue speech.
“Ga-gAI-, Sa--ya ti-dak can.” Those tears came back to drip. Vir really feels helpless. He didn't know what was going on, nor did he know why he was this weak. His body felt stiff and numb, he felt the room as if it was twisted, it was difficult for him to move his body, all like it was locked. Even his mouth felt heavy to move.

The nurse smiled after closing the door.

The nurse returned with several other nurses and entered the ICU. Not long after, they came back out while pushing a banker on top that was clearly visible Vir was opening his eyes but did not turn his head at all. The man's gaze looked so empty with medical equipment attached to his body not as much as when he was still in a coma.
All who saw it were increasingly smiling, the person who waited for six months finally woke up from his long sleep.
Aileen is not allowed to take Vir to the special Ct scan room, only Daddy Al, Vino and Dito go with her.
While Biyan and Shakeel come with Mama Syella to buy food.
Mom and Dad were sitting in the same chair. While Aileen was with Nita and Risa. Yes, the two women came over after getting news about Vir's condition from the nurse who was in charge of looking after Vir earlier.
“You must be the spirit of Eil, your husband is aware, he must be proud to see you guys healthy like this." Risa embraces Aileen while rubbing the pregnant woman's back.

Once completed performing a ct scan and lab tests. Vir has been transferred to the treatment room while waiting for the results of the CT scan from the radiologist. While Daddy and Vino were in the room first Doctor Wiguna to hear further explanation. Because of the new lab results that came out, Wiguna doctors chose to explain the condition of Vir when he first realized while waiting.
“Patients keep mentioning about him failing to protect his son and wife.”
“This condition can be said to be anterograde amnesia. Patients can not form new memories, just remember events before injury.”
“What does that mean he thinks he can't save his wife?" Ask Daddy Al, curious.
Doctor Wiguna nodded, “Could be, because earlier the patient only said that while shedding tears.”
Doctor Wiguna continues to explain about the anterograde Amnesia experienced by Vir. Amnesia is caused by brain trauma, such as a blow to the head. So the patient can not remember new information, although it can remember information and events that occurred before the injury. Exactly like the description of the Wiguna doctor, where Vir only remembers when he could not protect Aileen and their future baby well. Though clearly with his sacrifice, Aileen and their future baby can survive the shot that actually hit his body.
After waiting for almost half an hour, finally the results of the CT scan came out. Doctor Wiguna began to explain the parts of Vir's body that had decreased organ function after coma. Where in the results stated if Virendra suffered disorders of the muscles and nerves connected to the part of the brain that had experienced a collision resulting in severe injury. Even in other parts of the body, especially in the legs there are blood clots. According to the doctor, this is one of the complications that occur due to coma.
“What does this mean, doc?" Ask Daddy to the point when he doesn't understand at all.
“Pardon me in advance, if my explanation is less clear. Then let me repeat." With a friendly face, Wiguna doctor again explained.
“While this, there is a blood clot. Occurs because it's too long not moving until it's frozen." Clearly again while pointing the calf to Vir's left ankle.
“This is the connective tissue between muscles, nerves, and bones. When one of these networks is disrupted, then ..." Daddy and Vino look tense waiting for the continuation of the words of the Wiguna doctor.
“Pardon me in advance, with the weight I have to say, the consequences of this could cause ... paralysis."
Wiguna's doctor's speech was able to make the look on Daddy and Vino's face change right then and there.

Meanwhile, Aileen. He was so enthusiastic when he saw Virendra transferred to the ward. A smile unceasingly emanated from her beautiful, natural face without make-up.
She was so impatient to see her husband. But unfortunately, the nurse suggested not to visit first, so that the patient can rest in peace.
After waiting a few hours, he was finally allowed to enter, alternating with other family members. Aileen prefers to see Vir at the end of the queue after all the family is done, so that she is more free to say many things to Vir, the three with their baby candidates.

It made Aileen smile in between her tears, without being told she clearly understood what her husband was going through. Amnesia! Yes, clearly Vir must have anterograde amnesia that makes him not remember about himself.

Aileen's tears are dripping over Vir's words. It felt so good to hear his confession that he thought that he could not take good care of them. Vir's attitude like this makes Aileen remember his attitude at the beginning of their marriage, Vir who was flat and often ketus when talking to him.

Aileen shook her head while covering Vir's mouth using her index finger.
