Ep 64's. The Ruler of Newdia Village

Arthur was already standing staring at Nina with their distance of about 5 meters, Nina who saw the troops had to lift the spear pointed their weapons at the residents who did not accept the decision made by Nina.

" You guys, that's enough" Arthur shouted as he saw the weapons pointed at the villagers.

Suddenly there appeared some black-robed people wearing masks covering their faces, they were a solemn army that the Queen had because they were given the task of overseeing the kingdom of Asion.

Nina was surprised to step furiously after seeing the five black-robed people, one person was right on her knees before Nina while the other four were kneeling behind.

" Surely you know us, princess Nina?" said one of the men in black robes who was still kneeling before Nina.

" You guys.. ?." Nina knew, they were the Queen's shadow army.Their strength could not be doubted, they were all troops trained in stalking and killing their enemies.

The leader of the army who was in front of Nina issued a scroll of royal warrant, she gave the scroll to Nina. " Please accept this." hand over the scroll.

Nina took and immediately read the contents in the scroll of the royal warrant, she was shocked when she read that it was written that the rights of the village lord were handed over to the hero Arthur because he had protected the village.

" That Sir Arthur?" asked Rias who was curious about the black-robed person.

" Surely they are not ordinary people." Arthur replied quickly, he was still paying attention to the situation.

Nina was angry after reading the contents of the letter she was given, she did not accept the decision given by the Queen.

" Woeful hero, we will duel to determine the rights of this village" Nina said loudly as she pointed her finger at Arthur.

Arthur immediately rejected the request, he did not want to waste time serving those who always did not do justice.if he accepted, fearing that many innocent people would be hurt due to the seizure of village power.

An old man approached Arthur behind him some villagers followed, he was the village chief who led the village, their sibling did not have a name because no ruler paid attention to their village.

" As the village chief, I do not accept the decision to withdraw taxes in a crisis situation like this" the village chief said, pleading with Arthur, he didn't want the village until it was owned by a spear hero who didn't care for the residents.

" Do you want to die like your partner?" said Arthur without making a sound, Nina's face turned pale after understanding Arthur's mouth movements.

Nina stepped back, the leader of the shadow army approached her when she found out that Nina was scared, she looked around but found nothing dangerous.

" Daughter Nina you better go back to the palace" said the leader of the shadow army, she knew that Arthur was freaking Nina out.

" I understand, for today, the account is retreating" Nina said then she left the village with Lavin, she also did not want to live in a dirty and messy village.

" this time I relented" Lavin said as she followed Nina, she did not dare to oppose the royal decree, after Lavin, Nina and the royal army left the village, the men approached Arthur.

The village chief and the villagers thanked Arthur for the help, they did not know how to thank him.

" There's no need to thank me." said Arthur, directing his hand for payment.

" I don't need the money." replied Arthur quickly, the village chief smiling upon hearing Arthur's words.

Arthur doesn't want himself to be a rumor of a hero committing a robbery on the villagers, he doesn't want any such rumors to spread.

Rias believes that if the villagers will not spread such rumors, Arthur thinks that the villagers can be trusted.

The village chief becomes confused not knowing what to give Arthur other than money because their village has nothing left after the attack of another world monster.

Rias pointed to a freight train nearby, she advised Arthur to ask the train as a substitute for hadia.

All the people who were there turned towards the freight train that had no horses pulling it, Arthur asked the village chief to find a horse and Arthur gave the money to him.

It didn't take long, the villagers took two horses to pull the carriage that was given to Arthur, he saw that the sky was getting dark and then they both said goodbye to the villagers.

The village chief stops Arthur when he wants to get on the train, he wants Arthur to give a name to their village and make a monument that the ruler of the village is Arthur.

Arthur scratched his head while thinking, "Newdia." he gave a name just by name, as he used to be confused to give a suitable name, he became the ruler of the village of Newdia.

" good enough" said the village chief who heard, all the residents agreed with the name given Arthur.

" I just mention it but they're all happy." Arthur's mind saw the people smiling happily as well as Rias.

Finally Arthur left the village of Newdia which he named himself, in the middle of the journey Rias felt nauseous, he was not used to riding a horse carriage.

" I'm sorry, Mr Arthur, can you stop for a moment?" said Rias with a pale face.

Arthur stopped the carriage, quickly Rias got down and ran behind the tree to munta. Arthur decides to spend the night by the roadside to see Rias who is unable to continue the journey.

Arthur raised the body of Rias who had been limp after vomiting her stomach, he rushed Rias near the fire to lie down.

" i'm sorry, not only did I ask for a break but you also carried me" Rias said as Arthur laid himself down.

Arthur tells Rias that from now on, they will travel a lot by train.he also advised that Rias should get used to riding a vehicle immediately.
