Ep 37's. Killing the Devil

Arthur stopped right in front of the demon standing quietly.

" Sheat dust."

The demon cast a black smoke magic falling down from above Arthur, thus covering his entire body.

" Arthur." Rin shouted out.

All members of Amano widened with their mouths open, watching Arthur hit by a demonic attack while Jeki instead smiled happily.

Arthur is attacked, the Devil wants to escape from the labyrinth.

The demon stopped running, as Arthur stood in front of him. Arthur uses a fast-paced ability, which makes him move at a certain distance.

" You should be dead, but." The demon looked at Arthur who was already standing before him.

" It's true."

" High-level magic can't hurt you one bit. Are you really human?." asked the demon.

" Honestly, I doubt it myself" replied Arthur.

" Fucking monster." The devil clenched his teeth.

Arthur walked closer and closer while pointing his gun.

" i don't intend to listen to your last words" while pointing a gun at the devil.

" More importantly, where did the demon nation get such a monster from ?. And what are you doing in this labyrinth?, can you answer ?." Arthur looked at the Devil sharply.

" Do you think I'll tell you" replied the demon.

Hearing the demon's words, Arthur shot straight into the two thighs until the demon knelt down while enduring the pain.

Everyone was shocked to see Arthur torturing the devil.

" More or less I can imagine it myself, the monster must have been made of ancient magic.

The demon was already sweating withstanding his pain and fear.

" you came to explore this labyrinth, but your real goal is to conquer this labyrinth, right ?."

" So apparently, if you're just like him. It's worth your strength like a monster." said the demon with a trembling body enduring the pain.

" So he gave the monsters, my question was finally answered."

" That's enough, kill me."

" All right." Arthur's ready to fire.

" Remember well, one day the devil nation will kill you." cried the Devil.

" Anyone who attacks me is an enemy, even if it's a god." Arthur laughed a little.

" Stop Arthur, he can't fight anymore. No need to kill him." Shouted Amano.

There were gunshots echoing inside the labyrinth.

Arthur does not listen to Amano's words and keeps shooting right in the devil's head, then the devil dies removing a lot of blood from the head.

Jeki is terrified after Arthur shoots the demon, fearing that Arthur will take revenge on him.

" Ethan, how's Berian doing ?." Arthur approaches the caring Ethan.

" Mister." Aron approached Arthur.

" Thank you for petrifying me."

" It's our job." They both answered simultaneously.

Everyone who survived approached Arthur, as did Rin.

" How is commander Berian, he should be critical?" asked Rin as he walked closer to Arthur.

" Now that he's fine, his wound's been treated." Arthur turned towards the Berian commander.

" Thank God, I don't think he's gonna make it." Rin breathed a sigh of relief.

Then Rin looked at Arthur with teary eyes.

" More importantly, you're alive. Sorry I couldn't help you at that time." Rin's crying.

" It looks like I'm making you worry?. You see I'm still alive, and there's no need to apologize" Arthur said awkwardly as he looked at everyone.

" i can only tell you not to cry." Arthur said, stopping Rin from crying.

Now Rin looks at Arthur's face and kisses him on the lips, but Arthur is surprised.

" When are you" said Via, stopping their kiss.

They finally decide to exit the labyrinth, with Arthur walking in front of them.

" Hey Arthur, why did you kill even though he was already helpless?" cried Amano as he walked behind Arthur.

" Basstubborn, you're not angry that I killed that demon" Arthur said.

" You vented emotions at me for not being able to kill him yourself. And take cover behind your stupid brother." said Arthur as he continued walking.

" It's not true, I'm just saying the right thing." Amano defended himself.

" In order to survive in this world, I will kill my enemies. Is there something wrong with that ?." Arthur turned his head back and looked at Amano sharply.

" You kill other people know, it's clearly an evil deed." cried Amano with his idealism.

" I will not forgive anyone my enemy, I will definitely kill him. If you get in my way, I'll kill you without a doubt." Arthur pointed his gun at Amano.

" I never considered you friends, I came here just to help Rin. Once we get out of here we'll be apart." Arthur kept the gun.

Jeki who sees becomes frightened and retreats to keep his distance from Arthur.

At last they reached the door of the labyrinth and Arthur pushed the door open.

Arthur closed his eyes as the sunlight hit his face.
