Laura is again tied to marriage with Johan, the man she hated. This morning they had a wedding at the civil registry office and made each other a sacred promise of marriage in that place. After that, they went to the hospital to check the contents of Laura who had entered the age of five months.

Then the couple continued their journey to the tomb of Papa Laura, they wanted to make a pilgrimage and told the late Papa Laura that they were officially married.

Now the car they were riding in continues to drive to the special burial place of Anthony's family. Only silence occurred in the car of a newly married couple.

"I feel like my destiny is so bad that I've been reunited with a cunning person like yourself" Laura upset and rushed out of the car and Johan just sighed at his wife's behavior.

"Be careful, slow down" cried Johan and hurried after his wife.

Johan clasped his wife's hand and did not want to let go.

"You should be by my side as long as we're together. Baby pregnant" said Johan with a tone of emphasis at the end of the sentence.

"Baby pregnant. Heh! don't ever call me by that name" annoyed Laura sounding angry.

"Don't get angry just like that, I don't want you to get old" teased Johan cengengesan.

"You!" Laura immediately looked at him with a glaring look.

"I love you Laura. Come on, let's restart our domestic relationship with the little one" Johan said, then touched Laura's distended stomach.

Laura immediately looked away with a racing heart at Johan's words.

"I love you Laura Fernandez, for when this love has grown in my heart. What is clear is that I want to be with you always, making you smile and every time I open your eyes is just the figure of you that I want to see first" Johan said with a warm look and the first time he uttered romantic words.

"Give me a chance to restart our domestic relationship. I promise I'll make you happy Laura" Johan asked.

"Thank you Laura" said Johan smiled and landed a kiss on Laura's forehead long enough and the owner did not refuse.

"Come, we'll go to your papa's grave" Johan took his hand.

"Wait, you forgot the flower bouquet. Quickly take it in the car" said Laura stopped Johan's steps.

"Gosh, I'll take it first" Johan said as he stroked the top of his wife's head and hurried to his car.

Laura immediately tidied her hair because she thought Johan's hand rub made her hair fall apart. After the pilgrimage to Papa Laura's tomb, they returned to Laura's residence.

Johan smiled as he held Laura's hand, as if Laura should always be by her side. They walked together into the house.

Mistress Miranda was unceasingly smiling at the newlywed couple. The middle-aged woman was so grateful to God that they were reunited.

Now they gather at the dinner table for lunch together. The warmth was evident among the family.

Inside the white room, a pregnant woman looked to drown in pain on the patient's bed. His bulging stomach was covered in blankets until his hands occasionally gripped the blanket firmly.

It looked like a very anxious middle-aged woman who was sitting on a bedside chair. His hand continued to clasp his daughter's figure to give her strength.

"The "mama" shrieked the pregnant woman with reddened eyes enduring the excruciating pain that had just contracted.

"Silence, son, you must be strong. Soon you'll see your baby" he said calmly to calm his daughter.

The middle-aged woman was none other than Madam Miranda. While the pregnant woman lying on the bed was Laura.

Shortly after the door opened, the doctor and nurse rushed into the room to see the condition of the patient. Then followed by Johan who had just returned from the doctor's room who handled his wife. Because here Johan is the one who acts as the husband of the patient.

"Quick nurse, the patient must be down to the operating room" said the woman's doctor seemed calm approaching her patient.

"Good doctor" said the two sisters together.

Laura was only able to cry with her own gaze while tightly gripping Johan's arm until the nurse took him to the operating room.

Johan unceasingly prayed to the creator for the smooth delivery of his wife. Until his gaze was no longer able to catch the figure of the woman he loved behind the door of the operating room.

Johan and Madame Miranda were only able to wait outside. They chose to sit in the waiting chair with a feeling of worry and anxious expectation. While the doctor in the operating room began to treat his patients.

Almost three hours, until the sound of the operating room door was wide open and simultaneously the sound of a baby in there crying.

Johan and Miranda smiled with relief at the sound of baby crying inside. They approached the doctor who had just helped deliver his wife.

"Doctor how is my wife?" ask Johan to worry.

"The delivery went well. Miss Laura gave birth to male twins safely. However, for now they have not been found. After Miss Laura was transferred to the treatment room, you can meet her there" the doctor explained.

"Thank God, thank you doc" said Johan with a feeling of relief plus haru was enveloping his feelings. She couldn't wait to see the baby in there.

Meanwhile, Miranda smiled with teary eyes and felt relieved to hear the doctor's words. Then the female doctor withdrew from before them.
