Chapter 16 Laura and her New Status
"Hey, where are we going?" laura asked familiarly while chewing the cassava chips given by the driver.
"We'll be there soon" said one of them.
"Ooh" Laura was usually ooh ria without being wary of them but still she could not be so trusting of others.

"Thank God, take the disgusting cake away" Laura muttered as she rubbed the back of her hand.

"We just start at the core" Johan said, then handed Laura a brown envelope.
"What's this?" laura asked, flipping through the brown envelope.
"The envelope contains the employment contract between you and me, so open it first and read carefully the contents of the employment contract" Johan reminded.
Laura immediately opened the brown envelope and took out the contents.
"Wait, don't you just want to get me to your mama?" reproach Laura.
"It seems you've forgotten what I said yesterday. All right, I'm back to remind you of that job offer. I'll explain it in detail. Where, you're gonna work at my parents' house as my mom's nurse for six months. And that contract of employment contains rules that you must abide by while working as my mother's nurse.
