The true face of the sect

Shun Long was slightly surprised by the dragon's sudden question. Thinking about it for a while, he nodded his head as he said

'' For now, I have to go back. I'm still not strong enough to protect my parents, let alone build a foothold for myself. I also know nothing about the area around the 'floating cloud sect'.

So for now, it's more profitable for me to stay there.''

Little Black agreed with Shun Long's words. Even he had never heard of this 'floating cloud sect', so he had no idea where they were now. Staying within the sect and gathering more information was probably the best decision.

Shun Long then thought before saying

''We need to quickly return to the safe area first. From there, I will head for the entrance in the outer region of myself. I guess many disciples had already gathered there by now.''

After Shun Long exited the cave, the little Black came out from the 'Time Rock', as he spread his black wings and flew towards the safe area.

While flying, little Black also used his soul senses at the same time, to see if there were any humans near them.

However, they did not find a single disciple from the 4 sects within the inner region.

After 3 days, he returned to the outskirts of the Demon Mountain region.

''I'm probably only a few hours from the entrance''

Shun Long concluded as he then recalled what Yong Ru had said when they were together.

Then he continued towards the entrance of the Demon Mountain region.

2 hours later, Shun Long had arrived in front of the entrance when he saw 4 large rows of disciples queuing in front of the door.

The disciples were all divided according to their sect uniforms, and starting at the beginning of each line, there were Elders from each sect, doing inspections.

Shun Long walked at the end of the line of 'floating cloud sect' as he stood behind a young man who woke up no more than 14 years old.

Shun Long was relatively convinced by what happened, he still decided to ask the child in though

''Little brother, do you know what is happening in front? Why should we be here?''

The young man leaked Shun Long who had just been queuing behind him with awareness, as he grasped something in hand before he replied.

'' Ah . actually, I heard from the older sister that there were some inspections going on. I think they checked what we got from the outside region and also counted our life points.''

The young man replied with a stutter when the voice of a young girl sounded from the front of the line as he shouted pleading.

''Help Elder! I need these 2nd rank 'water pearls' to rise to the earth level. I beg you not to take this from me.''

Shun Long revealed the young girl who was about 16 years old and held a pearl in your hand, as her eyes were reddened by tears. He begged for a sieve in front of the bald Elder Zhu.

Yet Elder Zhu, Watching Coldly as He forcefully took the pink pearl out of hand before he said

'' Thanks to you you can even come here. Not only that, but the Sect has helped guard you ever since you arrived and now you dare to deny when asking for something to you? After all, I did not steal this 'water pearl' from you, but I gave you sect points as his imbalance. It's fair trade.''

Shun Long Into when he heard Elder Zhu's bald words and thoughts

'' What a joke. The sect has helped guard the disciples? Everyone had to work to earn sect points in the 'floating cloud city'. Thanks to the sect he managed to come here?
