The red-winged condor landed in front of the city gate and Elder Lu turned his head to look at the people beside him as he said

''Follow me, we will go and get your sect robes as well as your sect identifying jade.''

Shun Long and the others descended from the crimson winged condor which shrieked as it flew and slowly disappeared on the horizon.

Shun Long and his group followed Elder Lu who passed through the city gate. On the way, they saw many yellow-robed disciples. The city itself seemed larger than a city surpassing the 'Sky Fortune Kingdom' and was even more bustling as well.

Elder Lu then said

'' Actually, just from the island where you guys come from, every 3 years 'floating cloud sect' I recruit nearly 60,000 outer disciples. Any student with average talent would normally take around 30 to 40 years to reach the final level of the earth class. And unless these disciples specifically stood out in some way, then until and if there was a day where they could reach Heaven level for the sect to give them a chance to become sect Elders, then, they could only remain as disciples outside until then, even if they were at the peak of the earth class.

And it's just the disciples who came from the same island as you. Overall, the sect had over 1 million outer disciples.''

Shun Long was shocked as he thought inside that this was not a sect but a small kingdom.

Elder Lu guided them deeper into the city as he continued to explain

''This city is called 'floating cloud city' and is divided into 2 parts. The outer city where you disciples will live and the inner city where the inner disciples and sect Elders live.

Administrator Feng did not mind Elder Lu as he looked towards Shun Long and the others before saying in a deep voice
