There was respect as well as jealousy on the half village chief's face as he watched Shun Long absorb the lake water.

Shun Long could feel his body getting stronger, as he devoured the lake water like a hungry beast.

this situation continued for 3 days, as the vortex around Shun Long was now twice the size of the measurement.

Finally, Shun Long felt as if the energy within his body had reached the limit of the second stage of the 'Abadi King', when a Body voice suddenly sounded from his body.

As this voice rang out, Shun Long felt his strength increase at an incredible speed.

'Peak of the second stage in body refinement'

After reaching the peak of the second stage in the 'Eternal Body King', the vortex around Shun Long was once again doubled in size, as he began to absorb more lake water.

10 Days had passed since little Shun Long and Black walked into the lake, when the air vortex around the little Black finally exceeded a mile.

Shun Long opened his eyes as he glanced at the black dragon who was unaware of what he was causing.

At the edge of the lake, out of the 20 half-demon villagers gathered, as they observed the little Black with shining eyes.

Little Black let out a roar of satisfaction, as he had now reached the peak of rank 4.

Shun Long smiled as he saw this, an idea suddenly flashed through his mind.

'The 'Heaven swallowed wine' from the 'Time Stone', putting it on the lake while sending mental commands to absorb the lake water.

What surprised Shun Long was, even though the vine was unable to turn air into pure qi, because it was not some kind of qi at first, the vine itself had grown taller after absorbing the lake water.

Half a month more passed like this, and now it had already been 25 days Shun Long had entered into 'the Vermilion realm'.

Opening his eyes, he was unsure whether he should be happy or frustrated.

Although the energy within his body was sufficient to reach the third stage in body refinement, he was still unable to do so because he had yet to comprehend the Dao of Space.

Shun Long smiled as he looked at the little Black and said

'' their hearts really want to send us away. All right, ask one of their villagers to drive us to their warehouse. The rest can stay here and cultivate because that's what they obviously want. The lake water is of no use to us anymore.''

Shun Long had tested whether the lake water was effective for other medicinal herbs as it could help the growth of 'Heaven swallowed wine', but without any effect.

The village chief was overjoyed when he heard this, and gave orders to a young half-demon warrior who was reluctant to escort Shun Long and the little Black back to their village.

Then, turning to look at the little Black, Shun Long spread out the beast skin the village chief had given him as he said

'' Since there is nothing else we can do in this place, it is time to leave. According to this map, it looks like we are at the northern end of the secret realm. There was still a little over 2 months until the 'world of Vermilion' closed.''

Sitting on the back of the black dragon, Shun Long then looked forward as he said

''Let's go to the palace in the middle region!''
