Several years have passed since the terror of Rokurokubi subsided in a small village in the mountains of Japan. Villagers still remember the fear they felt, but they hope that the horror has ended forever.
However, in the dark and silent night, a terrifying event happened again. A young man named Ichiro lives in a secluded wooden house on the edge of the forest. He often heard stories about Rokurokubi that once haunted the village, but he never really believed in supernatural beings.
One night, when the moon was shining brightly in the sky, Ichiro was sitting in front of his house, enjoying the beauty of the night. He felt something strange, a black shadow moving among the trees in the forest.
The shadow drew closer, and Ichiro saw a very beautiful-looking female figure walking towards his house. However, there was something strange about the woman. His face could not be seen clearly in the darkness of the night.
The woman approached Ichiro with slow and mysterious steps. He wore a white kimono that contrasted with the darkness of the night, and his long hair was unraveled. When he stood in front of Ichiro, he spoke in a soft voice.
“Can you give me some help?” ask the woman.
Ichiro, who is still enchanted by the woman's beauty, agrees to help her. However, as he stepped closer, he saw something terrifying. The woman's face was split in two, and she had a very long neck that resembled a snake.
Ichiro shouted in fear, but it was too late. His long neck quickly wrapped around him, and he felt his blood flowing out. He tried to fight back, but the woman had incredible strength.
In an instant, Ichiro becomes the latest victim of the terrifying Rokurokubi. The woman looked at him with empty eyes, and a terrible smile was engraved on her split face.

Ichiro, who has become the new victim of the terrible Rokurokubi, continues to fight for survival. The strength of the creature was immense, and he felt his body getting weaker from the loss of blood.
Rokurokubi who had bitten his neck fiercely, brought Ichiro into the dark forest. On that silent night, the sound of Ichiro's desperate screams was not heard by anyone.
Inside the dark forest, Rokurokubi released his grip on Ichiro's neck and let him fall among the dense trees. The woman then took on her beautiful human form, as if not getting involved in the atrocities she had just committed.
“No one can hear you here,” Rokurokubi said in a soft but dangerous voice. “You are my new victim.”
Ichiro tries to crawl away from Rokurokubi, but he feels very weak and hurt. He felt that his life was on the edge of the horn.
Rokurokubi approached Ichiro and smiled horribly. “What do you think, man? Do you think you can escape from me?”
Ichiro feels desperate, but then he reminds himself to stay calm. He was looking around for something that could be used as a weapon against Rokurokubi.
As he fumbled among the dense foliage, his hand found a large rock. With all his remaining strength, Ichiro grabs the stone and quickly turns to face Rokurokubi.
With a face full of fear, Ichiro threw the stone towards Rokurokubi. The stone hit the creature's head violently, causing the woman to fall and be shocked.
The moment gives Ichiro a chance to escape. Although he was wounded and weak, he ran as fast as he could through the dark forest towards the village, hoping to seek help.
Meanwhile, Rokurokubi, who was angry and wounded, wailed in the darkness of the forest. He knew that he could no longer live in the same village after his evil efforts. And he swore to find Ichiro and finish what he had started.
Ichiro tries his hardest to escape from the terrible Rokurokubi, but unfortunately, Rokurokubi will not let it go. The woman quickly chased after Ichiro, taking her beautiful human form back.
He confronted Ichiro in the middle of a desolate forest, and with a speed that exceeded that of an ordinary human, he surrounded him. Ichiro, who had been injured from the previous struggle, did not have much strength to resist.
Ruthlessly, Rokurokubi begins to torment Ichiro. He tore off Ichiro's clothes with his long, snake-like hands, slicing his skin gently but painfully. Ichiro shouted and whimpered in pain, but no one could hear him in the middle of the remote forest.
Rokurokubi smiled horribly upon seeing Ichiro's plight. He knew that he had a long time to torture this man, and he would do so with great pleasure.
“Can you feel your weakness?” rokurokubi said in a cold voice. “Man has always been so weak and vulnerable.”
Ichiro, who was getting weaker, tried to gather his last strength. He felt that this was his last moment, and he had to fight with all his might to survive.
In one desperate attempt, he tries to fight Rokurokubi, but the woman easily overcomes his efforts. He tore off Ichiro's skin even more ferociously, causing blood to flow profusely.
Ichiro, who had almost lost consciousness, knew that he might not survive this torture. But in his final state, he prayed that someone would hear his screams and come to his rescue.
The horrors continue in the dark forest, and Ichiro's future may have been lost depending on who will hear his desperate screams.
Ichiro continues to be cruelly tortured by Rokurokubi inside the dark forest. The woman, who had turned into a sadistic being, enjoyed the suffering she had caused to this helpless human.
With his long snake-like neck, Rokurokubi pinched and wrapped around Ichiro's neck, causing his breathing to become increasingly tight. He tore Ichiro's skin with his long fingernails, and fresh blood continued to flow from the wounds formed.
“You will never escape me,” Rokurokubi said in a sharp voice. “You will remember these last moments forever.”
Ichiro, though severely injured and barely able to breathe, feels a burning rage and determination within him. He knew that if he did not fight back with all his might, he would become a victim of Rokurokubi forever.
With the remnants of his power, Ichiro tries to fight Rokurokubi. He bit the creature's hand with his sharp teeth, trying to untangle its grip on its neck. Rokurokubi let out a scream of pain, but he did not let Ichiro off just like that.
The horror within the forest reached its peak, with the sound of heart-piercing screams of pain and blood seeping into the ground. Ichiro continues to struggle desperately, but Rokurokubi is too powerful.
Finally, Rokurokubi reached the peak of his torture. With one final ferocious move, he severed Ichiro's neck viciously. Ichiro's body fell to the ground, losing consciousness as his blood continued to flow.
When Ichiro awakens, he finds himself in a terrible state. His neck was cut off, and he could no longer speak or move normally. He has suffered permanent disability caused by the terrible torture of Rokurokubi.
Rokurokubi smiled triumphantly at the sight of Ichiro's endless agony. He knew that his new victim would spend the rest of his life with a terrible disability, given the horrors he had experienced.
This horror story continues, with the increasingly violent Rokurokubi and the humans having to fight to survive in the shadow of this creature's terror.
