Fariz walked up to Zafira who was still standing waiting for him.
"Let's go home" Fariz asked after arriving near his wife.
"For a long time!," Zafira said softly, glaring with a cynical look in his eyes.
He could no longer hold back the resentment that was bubbling up in the chest. He had intended to put a calm face in front of Fariz, but was annoyed to see Fariz whispering with Wilda, making him unconsciously show back the upset face that he had hidden from the view of the husband.
"Sorry to keep you waiting. Let's get to the car" Fariz said, apologizing, feeling guilty to Zafira for letting him wait. He thought that his wife was upset that she waited too long to talk to her old friend, more precisely her female fan.
"No apologies!," said Zafira, passing from Fariz's sight and with long strides leaving the man. Fariz could only smile at Zafira's behavior, which always looked spoiled in his eyes, making him more and more love and anxiety for the white girl.
"Just waited a few minutes, already angry like that," he thought smiling inwardly, then following Zafira's step towards the car.
After arriving at the parking lot, as usual, Fariz immediately opened the car door for his wife. Zafira was still cold. He got into the car with his face still bent.
Fariz got in from the steering wheel door, immediately running the vehicle out of the supermarket parking lot.
"What are you talking about with that girl?" the wife suddenly asked a question as the car had driven down the highway.
The beautiful girl tried to pry information while straightening her gaze forward. Curiosity is so great, making him not hesitate to ask that to Fariz.
"none. Just ask me how it is," replied the husband telling the truth.
"Ask the news until it has to whisper in his ear?," Zafira's question as if probing.
Her gaze remained fixed forward to the straight streets, but her ears were sharpened to hear what answer the husband would give her to the question. He was eager to find out what Fariz whispered to the girl.
Fariz laughs. He looked to the side to see if the wife was jealous?
"Why are you asking that? Don't you like me being so close to Wilda? Don't you get jealous?" Fariz teased the girl next to him, then pulled a smile and refocused on driving.
Zafira suddenly laughed. Her rows of teeth looked so neat as she laughed so widely like that. Fariz, who was feeling strange, heard his wife suddenly laugh, turning to her left side.
"Why are you laughing? Is there anything funny?," the man asked with a glare of his eyes saving the confusion.
"Yes, you're funny. You say I'm jealous? Who is jealous too? I'm not jealous to see you so close to Wilda. I'm just pissed off, having to stand for a long time waiting for you. Because of you, my legs became sore," Zafira stopped laughing and painted a frown on her lips.
Another on the other lips in the heart. Maybe that's what Zafira is feeling right now. Obviously he was upset when Fariz grabbed Wilda's hand. Especially when he saw Fariz whispering behind the girl's ear, he felt unwilling. He was not willing to let the man close by let alone touch another girl.
"Jealous? Is it true what Fariz said? Am I jealous of seeing him get too close to Wilda? Ah no way! I used to see Wilda meet Fariz on campus. But I never felt jealous!," Zafira still asked herself and tried to deny her feelings.
Zafira also does not understand himself and has not fully realized what he really feels about Fariz. But one thing that can not be removed from his heart, he felt unwilling when he saw the husband alone with another girl let alone to praise him.
Fariz who heard Zafira's answer was only able to fall silent on his wife's words. Yes, too, Zafira's answer. There was no way the girl was jealous to see him with Wilda. It wasn't Zafira who told him to open his heart to try to have a relationship with Wilda but Fariz refused the girl's advice.
"It's good that you're not jealous. That means, at any time I can meet Wilda,"
Zafira who had just looked straight ahead became jolted. Turning his head turned to the man in the steering chair.
"What's? You want to meet Wilda? No!," a red hue was drawn on the girl's face, between annoyed and unwilling to let Fariz meet with Wilda fused in his heart.
"Why can't it? I just met an ordinary. Most meals in a restaurant. Didn't do anything,"
"Just can't! Just try it if you dare!," Zafira grew riled up. Highlight his sharply drawn eyes looked at the man who seemed focused on directing his gaze forward.
"You're a married man. It's not good to still meet another girl out there," Zafira chirped for a reasonable reason. Though the truth is, because he did not feel willing to let Fariz go with another girl.
Fariz mangosteen heard the reason of his wife.
"Hmm, what you said is true as well. All right, I'll think about it again" Fariz said as he sped up the vehicle slightly.
At 11:40 Wib.
After about fifteen minutes on the way, they had arrived at the residence of the mother, Laras.
Because it's Saturday, all the families gather at home. They were sitting relaxing in the living room while watching television.
"Mama's son why come here?" mama Laras welcomed the arrival of the child and his son-in-law who had entered the house. Kissing the forehead and cheeks of the right and left of the girl, who is reciprocated with an embrace by the child.
"Mom why say that? Is Zafira no longer allowed to play to Zafira's own house?," Zafira's sulk released a hug, putting on a pampered pouty face to the mother.
"It's not so dear. Mama was just surprised, the newlyweds instead of at home, even play to the house mama?," mama Laras smiled, pinched lovingly the white cheeks of her baby.
The beautiful woman turned to the daughter-in-law who was beside Zafira.
"Fariz, why did you allow Zafira here? You should have a good time at your house, enjoy your time together" Mama Laras told Fariz, who was leaning over to kiss her hand.
"Yes ma, Zafira asked to come here. He said kangen mama papa," said Fariz without hesitating to call mama Laras with the call of mama.
Zafira who heard that, suddenly turned her face to see Fariz. His eyes looked at the man. She was really surprised by her husband. Looks like Fariz is so ready to call Mama Laras with mama's call. His tongue seemed familiar and did not sound stiff when calling the call.
The newlyweds were welcomed by everyone in the house. The two kissed her hands and hugged papa Arga and oma. Not to miss hugging Zafran.
"Om Bram and others where ma?," asked Zafira after seeing that there was no Bram and his family in the house.
"So morning Bram has returned to Thailand and left him greetings for you and Fariz. Sorry to say, I didn't get to see you. Om Bram does not want to disturb the atmosphere of your newlyweds" said mama Laras told.
Zafira only nodded at the mother's explanation and hugged and leaned her head against the chest of her beautiful mother.
"Eh, so spoiled. Shame on your husband's eyes" mama Laras teases Zafira, who is still pampered in her chest.
Everyone including Fariz could only smile at the child's childish behavior. There is nothing strange, indeed from a small like that Zafira attitude to mama, papa and oma. Always wanted to be loved and cherished.
"Already, already. Come on, wash your hands first. It just so happened that we were going to have lunch" the mother took to Zafira and Fariz, who were followed by the whole family.
After having lunch together and talking with the family, Zafira went into the room, which Fariz followed. Fariz is like a bodyguard, always behind Zafira.
Fariz went into the wife's room. His eyes swept across the room. The room is so neat and clean, indicating that the occupant of the room is someone who has a cleaning soul and likes neatness.
Although they had been friends for decades, Fariz very rarely had a chance to get into the girl's room. Only a few times, during the days of Junior High School and High School, after that he never entered the girl's room again.
Fariz's eyes opened wide to see something on the wall. His eyes stared intently at some of Zafira's photos with Ronald plastered on the wall, framed with large frames. The photo is a prewedding photo that was deliberately installed in Zafira's room, three days before the wedding was held.
Fariz's heart suddenly ached and hurt to see the friendly photo scene on the wall. Jealousy infiltrated his heart when he saw Ronald holding his chin staring fixedly at the girl in front of him, who was met with a smile and a friendly gaze by the girl. Looks like the two lovers looked at each other with friendly eyes full of love. The feeling of jealousy became even more, when he saw Ronald's hands coiled affectionately on Zafira's slender waist. I want it to feel like he took and broke that frame. He really could not help but feel jealous at the affection that was plastered before his eyes.
