Velan entered the cafe located on the top floor of Hotel J, one of the five-star hotels located in the city center. The luxurious and elite cafe used to be a hangout for socialites, young executives, and celebrities.
The luxury cafe certainly can not be compared with the cafes that mushroomed in the city center. Cafe with dim lighting, soft music, to quiet visitors make the cafe really feel exclusive.
Velan followed the man who chose a table near the glass wall, presenting a view of the city. The swift rain made the streets down there began to be re-submerged in flood. Currently the focus of Velan is the figure of a handsome man in a dark red suit combined with a black shirt. The man exuded a powerful aura, along with a stark masculine charm.
Well, his name is also a call man, obviously appearance is everything, Velan is innate.
Velan was still watching the handsome man closely because in his mind suddenly came a brilliant idea that could be the solution to the current problem of Velan.
But Velan reconsidered the idea. Until the waiter came to bring the menu book and disperse the daydreams of Velan.
"Please, what message would you like?" ask the waiter to be friendly.
Velan opened the menu book, in it there is no price listed that makes Velan really feel bad. Just giving a ride and then getting an exorbitant price tract feels really inappropriate.
"Miss, please order whatever you want," said the handsome man.
"Ahaha, what yes, I am confused," Velan chuckled.
The man looked at his smile.
"Chamomile tea is hot" said the man towards the waiter.
"I-yes, I did too" said Velan.
"Two hot chamomile tea, any other additions?" ask the waiter to read the order.
"That's it first" Velan said quickly.
"Okay, please wait," said the waiter, leaving them.
Velan looked back at the man intently. The handsome man who was still smiling kindly towards him.
This man really has the potential to be a paid lover, Velan said.
This man with above average good looks and luxurious looks was clearly able to compete with Voren, only, how much funds should Velan prepare so that this man is willing to be a pretend lover?
"Sir, it's a coincidence that we can meet again" Velan said.
"You're right" the man replied briefly. "I barely recognize you, because you look different" the man said.
"Ah yes, this is thanks to your advice," Velan said. "I really feel helped by the advice you give" continued Velan.
The man again smiled kindly, showing off a row of white and neat teeth.
"Sir, if we meet again, I really don't know where to go and ask who, but right now I think, only you can help me," velan said in a clear tone.
Velan moved out of his chair, he immediately knelt before the man.
"Miss," said the man directly holding Velan.
"Sir, please help me" said Velan.
"Miss," the man let out a heavy sigh, turning his head in all directions.
"Well, what can I do for you?" asked the man while helping Velan to sit back in his chair.
Velan was still staring with a glare.
"Sir, can you seriously help me?" ask Velan.
"Depending on what I can help," the man replied.
Velan took a breath, gathering all his courage.
"Master, can you pretend to be my lover?" ask Velan.
...~...
"I'll pay you!" said the woman.
"What?!" ask Daren.
"I need you to be a pretend lover!" answer the woman.
"Miss, don't you already have a husband? Why do I have to be your pretend lover?" ask Daren.
The woman looked down.
"Sir, you certainly still remember the incident that happened to me until I asked for suggestions from you," said the woman.
Daren certainly still remembers how this woman cried sobbing tells her life story that makes Daren sympathize.
"Sir, please be my pretend lover!"
"Miss, earlier I'm sorry, I'm not unwilling to help you, it's just, I can't possibly interfere in your household matters," Daren replied firmly.
"Master, I beg of you, right now I can only rely on you! Because I don't know who to ask for help, because I think only you can help me! You're the only solution I can find!" the woman returned.
Tears soon pooled in the woman's eyes. Daren breathed a heavy sigh.
"Sir, I'll tell you everything, I hope you can consider it" said the woman, wiping her tears.
The waiter came to serve tea in a container of french press.
Daren poured the tea into a cup and handed the soft-scented yellowish tea to the woman who was trying to gain control of herself due to tears that began to run down the river.
"Miss, please drink," said Daren.
The woman took the cup and inhaled a scent that instantly calmed her then sipped a little.
"Thank you, sir, I'm sorry I got emotional like this" the woman said.
The woman went back to sipping her tea before putting the tea cup back on the table.
"Master, you must remember, that I told you about my very sad married life! My husband claimed not to be interested in women, but it turned out that this was only my husband's reason to cover up the truth!" the woman told me with tears in her eyes.
"My husband lied about his sexual orientation to cover up the affair that was being perpetrated behind my back! My husband chose to divorce me, so that he could live with other dream women!" continue the woman.
Daren still listened intently to the cliche story.
"Although heavy, I was finally willing to accept my husband's decision. Only, until now my husband has not divorced me," said the woman.
"What's the reason your husband hasn't divorced you?" ask Daren.
"My husband keeps his reputation very much!" the woman answered quickly.
"Reputation?" ask Daren for astonishment.
"Yes, my husband keeps his good name very much! To him, his good name was the dead price that had to be kept and became the top priority!" answer the woman.
"So, you mean to make me your pretend lover to avenge your husband's infidelity?" ask Daren.
The woman nodded quickly.
"I'm asking you to pretend to be my lover so that my husband doesn't have to delay our divorce!" the woman replied diplomatically.
"I want a divorce so I can get my own happiness! So that I can really start my life again! I want to get the happiness I never had during my marriage!" continue the woman.
"Therefore, I hope you can help me to gain my freedom," the woman opened the wedding ring embedded in her left ring finger.
"It's a down payment I can give for now, as a form of my seriousness."
"I beg you, sir, help me," the woman turned to Daren.
