Breakfast Together

Meanwhile, upon seeing Reza's flat expression, made the Goddess completely angry and decided to go to class alone to calm down. The goddess got up from her seat and was about to start walking away from Reza but her steps came to an instant halt as she felt her right hand being pulled by Reza. There was a sense of tightness in the heart of the Goddess when she felt Reza's grip was strong, now getting weaker as if Reza wanted to undo his intention to prevent the Goddess from going from there.

The goddess turned around and looked at Reza who was already standing before her with a sad look in her eyes. The goddess really did not understand what was happening at this moment. He should be angry and sad because of Reza's actions, but why even Reza who became sad? Are the words he said wrong to make Reza sad? Or is Reza thinking about something else to make it this way? The goddess sighed then looked at Reza with regret. "Sorry Za, I didn't mean to hurt you. Actually I'm just upset that you don't appreciate my efforts to get closer to you, hmm..." The goddess became confused not knowing how to explain it, so she became misbehaved when she saw Reza smiling at her. By clenching her right hand the Goddess tried to be calm. Seeing that, Reza immediately took the package near the school's rooftop bench and pulled the Goddess' fist and immediately gave the package in his hand. "This is what I've been trying to explain to you since, but you've misunderstood." Curious about the cause of his quarrel with Reza, Dewi also immediately saw the contents of the package and it turns out that the contents are 2 pieces of bread that are the same as the Goddess bought in the cafeteria and 2 bottles of tea drinks favorite fruit flavor of the Goddess. I don't know what is in Reza's mind at this time, because a small smile is engraved beautifully on his face when he sees the face of the Goddess who looks embarrassed because he realizes that what he is doing is stupid. No Goddess should be angry without hearing Reza's explanation first. Plus, he instead said things that might have hurt Reza. Really, this is really embarrassing for the Goddess because she has been childish and does not want to hear Reza's explanation. If only Reza had not pulled it earlier, maybe Dewi was already in the classroom with an anger that should not be debated. He felt guilty for Reza for not listening to him first. "Za, I'm really sorry about you. I should have listened to the explanation you were trying to explain, but I was kind and would not listen to you. Sorry yeah. Even though you are very good because you want to buy breakfast for me, but what I do instead makes you sad and angry. Again sorry..." "Sttt..." The Goddess's speech immediately stopped when Reza's index finger landed on her lips which seemed unable to stop talking since earlier. Now the guilty-looking face has turned a little red because it was embarrassed by the actions Reza took to make him stop talking. "It's Dew, no need to apologize. I can understand with all the attitude you have. Actually it's my fault too. If only I said I wanted to buy breakfast for us, surely his condition would not be like this. And if I had told you the truth, you wouldn't have misunderstood and been angry."

"Here you go, why are we even so sorry-sorry-like gini? Lebaran is still far away." Dewi smiled and sat on the roof of the school followed by Reza who was sitting next to her. Reza began to open the plastic package he had given then looked at the contents with a strange expression. The goddess became confused by Reza's strange expression. "Za, what's wrong with you? How strange is that look?" Reza took a quick look at the Goddess and saw the bread that the Goddess brought. "It tastes the same as what I bought." Reza showed the bread he bought to the Goddess as well as the Goddess who immediately took out 2 bread boah he bought in the canteen. "Where's dong Dew?" "What's the matter?" The goddess looked at Reza who seemed to look agitated. "Who's gonna spend all this?" The goddess looked at Reza with her mischievous smile. "Hahaha.. are you agitated just because of this? We can eat together until we're done." Reza looked back at the Goddess's eyes, "You sure you want to spend it? Not afraid of being fat?" Reza turned his face away from the Goddess while holding back his mischievous smile, hoping that the Goddess would feel timid, yet it seemed that it had no effect on the Goddess. He just shook his head slowly. "Za, fat or not is not important to me. If usually girls on the diet because they want to be thin, then I am the opposite. Haha..." Reza looked at the Goddess and stroked the top of her head. "Good Dew, I also don't really like girls who are too concerned about physical appearance. To me, a person is judged by his heart and his deeds, not by good or bad looks." The goddess opened the plastic package and took the chocolate bread to give to Reza. "It." "Why did you give it to me? You changed your mind? Don't you want to help me spend it?" Reza was confused by the Goddess's ever-changing attitude. Suddenly the Goddess reached for Reza's hand and placed the bread on Reza's palm. "Where's your chocolate bun? Give me!" Reza is getting confused just made Goddess. "Are we not buying the same bread? Then why would you want to exchange it?" The goddess sighed then looked at Reza. "We should have breakfast together, but because of our mistakes everything must be borne together. But we still must not forget each other's initial intentions. I was going to give you some chocolate bread, so I gave it to you. Now you must give me 1 of your bread so that we can break even. "Hmm okay. Here, you take also the chocolate-flavored ones. So we both eat 1 chocolate bun and 1 red bean bun." The goddess took the bread from Reza's hand and took 1 bottle of mineral water she bought for Reza. "This is for you too. Accept it and quickly finish it before the bell rings." Reza took the bottle and gave the tea he bought to the Goddess. "It's Dew, you take it too." The goddess picked up the bottle Reza gave and looked at Reza with a sharp look. Seeing that Reza was confused. "Why Dew? How did you see me like that anyway? Something wrong, huh?" The goddess rolled her eyes and showed the bottle she took to Reza. "You did buy this?" "Yes." Yeah." Reza immediately answered the Goddess's question quickly. "For breakfast?" The Goddess raised her left eyebrow and looked at Reza who looked nervous as she looked at the eyes of the Goddess who exuded seriousness in her gaze. "Yeah. Why Dew, don't you like it?" Reza tried to take the bottle from the Goddess, but the Goddess immediately blocked it. "No, I love this tea, but if it's for breakfast, it must be weird, that's why I only buy mineral water for us." Reza smiled with relief because it turned out that he was not wrong in determining the favorite of the Goddess. "Geez, Dew, I don't think you like bottled tea. Huuh... besides, not that bread is a friend of tea? That's why I bought tea for breakfast. But it's up to you, if you want to drink it now or later. What matters is that you've accepted it." The goddess kept the tea in her bag and began to eat the bread Reza gave her. "Let's hurry Za, get the bell later." The goddess looked at her clock which showed 07:13 and tried to speed up her chewing. "Goddess, just relax. It's still not too late, after all, you can choke if you're in too much of a hurry." Without answering Reza, the Goddess continued to eat quickly. Reza who was calm now began to be annoyed with the behavior of the Goddess who did not care about him.

"Goddess..." Reza grabbed the hand of the Goddess who was holding the brown bread and held it for a moment so that the Goddess could stop her chewing and could pay attention to Reza while talking. The goddess became still fixated with an erratic heartbeat when she looked at the eyes of Reza who tried to explain something that the Goddess did not understand. Long enough they looked in the silence of the morning, until Reza realized and took off his grip on the Goddess. "Now you can continue to eat again, but remember. Understood?" The goddess nodded her head in agreement and began to eat back more slowly. Seeing the expression of the current Goddess really made Reza feel very amused because she looked so much like a spoiled little boy who had just finished getting scolded for misbehaving. Reza turned her face away from the Goddess and smiled briefly while returning to eat her bread casually. "Dew, you're busy tonight, aren't you?" Reza looked at the Goddess who seemed to be thinking. "Law..." "Hmm. It seems like today I have Za's show." Reza sighed for a moment and began to look at the Goddess back seriously. "What about tomorrow afternoon? Can we go for a walk together?" "Sorry Za, I'm having a gig tomorrow, so I can't." Reza fell silent and started muttering in his mind, "What is this? I've humbled myself to take her for a walk but she's resisting with a strange reason like this. Can't be allowed. See if he asks me I won't." Meanwhile, Dewi who had spent both her bread immediately opened the lid of her mineral water bottle and immediately drank it a little. "You can reject me as Dew, but you should be able to give me a more reasonable reason. It's not a game like you think. I'm serious about all this." There was a disappointed expression that was clearly visible on Reza's face. The goddess felt guilty for rejecting Reza's invitation, but she was also confused by what Reza said. The goddess was drowned in her daydream. "A reasonable reason? Does he think I'm lying right now? But this is not a lie. A game? He thinks I'm playing around? How could he think like that? I'd better explain everything so he doesn't misunderstand and think nothing of me." The goddess looked at Reza with a clear face. "Za, I'm really busy right now, but if you don't mind 2 more days I'm not busy anyway." The goddess smiled at Reza who was drinking her favorite tea. "As far as you are Dew, if you do not want to not be forced, then even a problem for you. Besides, you want to play, meningan you just prepare yourself for it." Reza patted the Goddess' left shoulder with her right hand. There was a look on the face that the Goddess absolutely could not understand from the young man. He smiled, but his tone was really cynical with eyes that exuded a sense of disappointment. The goddess did not know what else to do at that time. Everything felt confusing for him. He thought in the silence between them. On the one hand, she felt guilty towards Reza's disappointment. But on the other hand, he also could not just leave his job just like that just to meet Reza. After all, it was Rezalah who should have supported him at this moment because he knew his current profession was really important. Currently he is even willing to teach him the meaning of love to make a song that will also be sung at the gig. Then why should he be angry? He knew the singer had a busy schedule. He should have understood.

The mind and heart of the Goddess continued to struggle because her heart could never be happy when she saw that disappointment in Reza's eyes. It felt like he wanted to cancel his gig and go for a walk with Reza. But what power, because he is a responsible child so he decided to stay on the stage, but he also wanted to still be able to walk with Reza. "Za, are you mad at me?" The goddess asked very carefully for fear that Reza would grow angry with her. "So. Why am I angry with you? Anyway, none of this is in my favor. You want to learn about love. If you have no intention you shouldn't involve me in this." Reza turned her face away from the Goddess for fear of her anger changing upon seeing the face of the Goddess who might look sad at this moment. "No, you must be angry. I don't want to walk with you. But you also have to understand that I have been very busy for 2 days. As a man, you should be more thoughtful in understanding what I feel right now, instead of threatening with things that make me feel more depressed. I've really been having a lot of trouble lately. You should have been me....." The Goddess fell silent as Reza placed her index finger again on the lips of the Goddess. There was an overwhelming sense of silence between the two. Eyes that looked at each other tried to reveal the contents in each other's hearts. An erratic heartbeat seems to be the rhythm of romantic music in the morning. The Goddess's eyes began to fill with a puddle of tears that soon awakened Reza from her daydream. "Dew, I get it. I won't add to your problems anymore. If indeed you can not walk the same way I tomorrow or the day after tomorrow is okay. I will never try to threaten you or make you feel depressed. When did you say you could see me?" "Two days left." The goddess began to raise her eyes that looked down so that she could look at Reza properly. "Yes, two more days. We'll meet up and take a walk together in two days. And I'll keep you smiling because I don't like it when I see you cry. So, never do it while with me."

"Let's answer Dew," the goddess's daydream came to a halt because of Reza's words, with a little restraint from her heart's erratic emotions as the Goddess tried to answer Reza. "I-it must be Za's sweat, your hands must be sweating from the weather. It's because of the weather." The goddess looked around and realized that the weather was still not hot. Surely Reza would have thought him lying to cover something up. "Dew, I'm not a fool you can lie to easily. But if you don't want to be honest, I'm okay, I can understand. We've only known him for two days and maybe you still don't believe me. Huuuh I should be better able to understand you so as not to make you feel pressured like this." Reza grabbed her hair for a moment then walked up to the Goddess who kept retreating until she stopped at the edge of the school roof. The heart of the Goddess seemed to be completely released when she saw Reza who just kept walking towards her, getting closer and closer. The panicked Goddess tried to retreat but she was afraid of falling from the roof of the school. After all his current mind was completely unable to think clearly with the current situation. Suddenly Reza stopped stepping because now the distance between them was only two steps left. Actually Reza was afraid that if he got closer the Goddess would probably do strange things and could not be imagined by him. However, when he saw the expression of the Goddess currently engraved on his face really made Reza powerless to hold back her laughter. "You why Dew? How to back off anyway? Scared huh? Watch out for falling." The goddess who had been frightened immediately looked angry at Reza. He turned his face and turned to look at the surrounding scenery from the school roof. Actually all the Goddess did was try to calm herself from this strange and thrilling feeling. Reza who realized it immediately walked to the side of the Goddess and held the roof fringe wall. He looked at the Goddess who seemed to look confused and depressed. "Dew, you're nothing, right? What the hell are you thinking?" The goddess immediately looked at Reza with her own eyes. "Aren't you Za?" Reza really did not understand what was on the mind of the Goddess at the moment. "Loh Dew, didn't I just ask you, so you're the one who came back to me?" Dewi wanted to try talking but she was very nervous for fear that Reza would get angry with her. "Dew, you don't want to answer?" "I-I just don't want you to be angry about my rejection. But really, I'm really busy. Please don't be angry." The goddess closed her eyes because she could not see what Reza would do after she spoke. Reza could now understand the Goddess's excessive panic. "Dew, I'm not mad, so don't think too much. I'm a little upset, but I know how to avoid this frustration." "How's it?" The Goddess answered quickly to make Reza surprised and smiled. It seemed, there was an interesting idea in Reza's mind. Then Reza held both hands of the Goddess while looking into her eyes. "Two days you have to go with me. But not for a regular walk, but a date. I'll choose the place." The heartbeat of the Goddess seemed to want to stop when she heard Reza's invitation. Plus, he still continues to hold the hand of the Goddess to make the Goddess feel uncomfortable. "Dating? Hm..." The Goddess tried to release Reza's hand slowly to make Reza upset and release the Goddess' hand. "Why? Don't tell me you want to refuse me again. You want me to be really mad at you?" This time Reza really couldn't help herself anymore to hear the Goddess' answer. He took one step forward and made the Goddess look very nervous. The goddess immediately pushed Reza slowly to get away from her so that her heartbeat that had been beating fast could soon return to normal. The goddess took a deep breath and began to mentally prepare to answer Reza's invitation. "I'll go with you, but there's a condition." Reza was silent for a moment hearing what the Goddess said. "Hmm..say." The Goddess looked at Reza with a gaze filled with mystery that made Reza become a little hesitant to hear the condition. "The condition is that you should not get close to me or make physical contact such as holding hands or so on." "What?"Reza's emotions immediately rose instantly to make the Goddess feel afraid to look at him. "Have you ever dated before?" Reza smiled as she held back her anger. "Oh my goodness I forgot, you haven't even dated and don't know what love means. How can someone like you understand dating?" Reza looked at Dewi with a gaze of intimidation that increasingly made Dewi feel cornered. "Whatchu mean? Why are you saying that to me?"

The goddess began to raise her tone. "You don't understand? All right, I'll explain." Reza again forward approached the Goddess who began to fidget because of thoughts that assortment about Reza. The Goddess kept thinking and looking for ideas in order to get away from Reza immediately, but it was too late. Reza was already very close to the Goddess and was holding both of her shoulders. The goddess just silently stared not knowing what else to do because Reza's grip was so strong but not rough. But still the Goddess herself was unable to take it off because Reza's sharp gaze made the Goddess fixated on her. The Goddess could only swallow as Reza got closer, closer and became very close to the Goddess who was still silently sculpting until she suddenly whispered something into the ears of the Goddess. "How can you feel love if you can't make physical contact? Love can not only be felt from the beatings of the heart, but also from the hands." He took off his grip and held both hands of the Goddess. The goddess took off Reza's grasp and turned away from her, "I understand." "You got it?" Reza smiled and started to step towards the Goddess. "I'm not sure about that. You can just understand what I'm saying." Reza held his head inexhaustibly towards what the Goddess said and thought until he dared to say that he understood what Reza meant. "Stop right there." The goddess pointed her finger at Reza who was still in a state of confusion. "What's wrong? Why are you telling me to stop? I want to know your reason." "Yes, like I said, I understand. You don't have to touch me to make me feel love, I'm the only one to do it." The Goddess looked at the sky with a still thumping feeling, hoping that Reza could not hear her truly strong and fast heartbeat. "Are you serious? Just be right. How can you think like that?" "It's up to you, if you want to follow my terms then let's just say we made a deal. But if you don't, then I'm gonna find someone else willing to accept my terms, and definitely not a guy like you who just wants to find a chance to touch another woman as you please." Reza silently looked at the words of the Goddess. His emotions are completely out of control. He did not think that the person who had been considered as an innocent woman could actually think as low as that about her. "I didn't think you turned out like this. You can accuse me of being the same. Who do you think you are? Huh uh?" The Goddess was just silent without looking at Reza in the slightest to make Reza's emotions more overflowing. He immediately approached the Goddess to a very close distance. Then he clasped both hands of the Goddess forcefully. The goddess was really surprised by Reza's attitude to the extent that she felt that the person in front of her was not Reza but someone else. Dewi tried to take off Reza's grip, but it was useless because Reza really grasped it tightly. "What do you feel right now? Is your heart beating?" Reza asked in a very rude tone as if he was yelling at the Goddess. "What do you mean, you're asking that?" The goddess began to feel her heartbeat beating so fast and hard that she thought in her heart, "Can she hear my heartbeat? But he wasn't in a position too close to feel it. What the hell happened to him? Why did it change so quickly?" "I guessed it." Reza's face instantly turned into a very gentle smile. His eyes radiated a warmth that made the Goddess feel lulled while looking at him. There is a feeling of being wrestled in the mind and heart of the Goddess. He really felt strange with Reza's fickle expression like this. Sometimes angry, sometimes smiling, sometimes tense, and sometimes laughing. The goddess began to dare to ask the intent of all her actions that were never clear. "What did you expect? Let's say!" Reza let go of the Goddess' hand, yet still stared at her sharply. "Let's say. I need an explanation now." The goddess shook both of Reza's shoulders with reflex. Suddenly the school bell rang a sign of the lesson time starting. Dewi saw her watch which showed at 07.30 WIB right and tried to leave the place immediately for fear of being late to class, but her hand was held back by Reza. "I told you not to touch me. Why do you still do it? Let go quickly or I'll be late for class." "Absolutely I said that I agreed to your terms? I haven't given you the answer." Dewi looks very upset at the time but she tries to be calm to face Reza who seems to not care about her school. "Alright, I'll give you some time to think about those terms. You can call me later if you get the answer." The Goddess immediately turned around and was about to leave so Reza immediately let go of the Goddess' hand. The goddess immediately walked towards the roof door of the school, but she paused for a moment and looked at Reza. "There's one more thing you should know. I want an answer this afternoon, because if you disagree, I'll have to find someone else and that takes time. Understood?" Reza only nodded briefly and noticed the Goddess who was walking hastily down the stairs. "Fuck you weird chick, there's-there's a requirement. What contract does she think is marriage? Thank goodness I helped him. I'm accused of not really being a guy." Reza headed to the corner of the school roof because he wanted to enjoy the scenery and fresh air there, but suddenly he remembered something.

"Oh yes, today is the first hour of Mr. Joni. How could I think of skipping today? Lusty..." Reza immediately ran down the stairs and headed straight for her class.
