I'm the Princess of an Actor
Chapter 14: Moving

"Mom don't want to tell me anything?" I stood in front of the mother who was sitting on the couch reading the newspaper, after me and Mas Adam had already crucified her before she was really ready to leave. Of course after officially resigning from the Bu Jum stall.

Mother indifferently, I smiled seeing how her anger this time was shown in silence. I glanced at the reverse newspaper he was reading, then chuckled softly, mother looking at me sharply.

"The newspaper's upside down, ma'am." I justified the position of the newspaper in his hand. "Don't you want me to go? Don't you have any intention of stopping me?" I still wish, if mom would ask me to stay.

"You're married! You should have followed your husband!" said indifferently.

I let out a breath. "I'm saying goodbye, ma'am, I don't know where my husband's taking me, but I promise I'll come here often."

I glanced at Mas Adam who was just smiling, then took over the suitcase in my hand and came out first. I followed her reluctantly, looking at the mother who still did not look at me for a moment.

"Begging Mira to massage Mom before going to bed, and make Mother a herbal tea. Call him if you have trouble putting the thread in the sewing needle, and yes, have him learn to make chicken soup, food_"

"Mom knows!" he said, raising one hand, forcing me to shut up.

I smiled bitterly. "Assalamualaikum, Mother..."

Then continue following Mas Adam who stands beside a travel car that is ready to take us.

Adam let me in first, followed by him who then closed the door. This big trip was filled only by us and a driver, while the back seat was overhauled to be my motorbike.

I looked back at the house when travel began to go, seen the mother came out in haste. I saw his mouth say two words, I could not hear, but from the motion of his mouth I knew he said, "Waalaikumsalam, Khansa."

Perhaps, he only refused to admit if he wanted me to stay until I pretended to be indifferent. In fact, my departure made my mother feel lonely, I'm sure of that. Because Mira is so rare that I never even did the thing I mentioned to my mother.

'I'm sure I'll miss Mom a lot.'

Slowly but surely, travel was getting away from the house I lived in for almost 20 years, the house where I took shelter from the heat and rain. The house, which I will never forget, though, leaves no good memories to remember.

I stared ahead, breathing softly. Today I'm gone, and I don't know when I can come back.

"Your mother loves you."

I turned my head after Mas Adam spoke, the man who claimed to want to marry me just kept smiling at me, even after the gluttonous nature I showed.

"I know! Because she's my mother."

"But she's not your real mother."

"Where do you know that?" Again and again, this stranger knows something about me.

"Some time ago."

The answer sounds obvious like a lie, but I'm too lazy to demand it be honest. After all, he'll just be giving up.

"Where will I take me?"

"Sleep first, because the journey will probably be very tiring."

"Curtain!"

I stared at the travel glass with nanar, watching every passing citizen. Most of them are rice farmers, but there are also some who only work under the mother. Mother's paddy field, which I now pass through stretches, where I often play mud and look for snails when my mother told me to work there.

I smiled in a knot, hoping that someday I would settle down in this village, even if I wasn't home with my mother.

"We'll come back and settle down here after my business is done."

I turned to Mas Adam who seemed to be able to read my mind, how could I?.

"How do you know what I'm thinking?"

"The definite thought of a person who has just first gone far from where he lives." He blinked one eye ignorant, annoying.

"Seriously we're gonna stay here?"

"They're not lying to me anymore, are you?" I pointed right in front of her face, squinting my eyes showing a probing look.

I don't know what's funny, he just laughs.

"Why laugh? Nothing funny!" I put my hands in front of my chest, but he laughed even more.

"Because my wife looks so funny when she's angry."

"Don't be so good-natured, we're not that close until Mas calls me that."

"You don't know me, but I know you."

I looked at him fixedly, this man just kept saying strange things. Does he not understand the meaning of the word know? We've only met for no more than two days, and he knows me already? I laughed in my heart, there was just that.

"So, stop snooping and go to sleep." Adam spoke softly.

I don't intend to obey him, but it seems like sleep is not a bad choice. I closed my eyes while leaning against the car seat.

...🍁...

I don't know how long I slept, when I found Mas Adam looking at me with a smile. I immediately woke up to avoid it, but unfortunately I forgot if I was still in the car until this head hit the roof of the travel car.

Adam smiled, then led me back to my seat. I look around, travel has stopped right in front of a simple house in a simple house. Where the distance from one house to another is approximately 5 meters.

"Where is this?"

"My hometown."

Adam got down first with my big bag, then with the help of the driver lowered my motor matic. After all the belongings were taken out, the travel driver left, leaving me and Mas Adam who were still standing in front of the whitewashed house in front of us.

"Come on." Adam led my bike in, while I carried my bag.

The man parked the garage motor beside the house, where a motorbike was already there. Adam then took over the bag in my hand and walked first, reached for the key and put it in the door. Opening the two door leaves, we also entered the house which can be said to be quite spacious.

I was amazed when I saw how neat the house I would live in, all the objects fell silent in their respective places. Whereas before I had imagined would see the chaos of the house of a man who lived alone.

"Where are Mas's parents?" I asked when Mas Adam put the bag on the living room sofa.

"They're dead."

I was stunned, looking at the smiling Mas Adam with guilt.

"Sorry."

"No papa, we're just getting started, it's only natural that you don't know."

"How long have we been here?" tanyaku who really sleep on the way, and have not had time to check the phone.

"About 3 to 4 hours."

"Quite far away, then how did Mas get to where I live?" Of course I feel suspicious, Mas Adam could be at my insistence when the place where he lived far from there.

"Obviously, not a coincidence."

I'm pissed off. "Now Mas admits that Mas was Mira's man!"

"I didn't say it."

"Then what do you mean by no coincidence?" He spoke indistinctly, of course I did not understand the meaning of his swirling words.

He smiled again. "It's not time you knew."

Seriate.
