Mary stepped onto the sofa and sat back and waited for Daniel. Some time long awaited Maria took the tv remote and turned it on. Although his eyes looked at the tv but his mind floated somewhere. His meeting with Adi re-encrypted his memories while still being Adi's lover. Sometimes he smiled to himself seeing himself contested by two people who were close and loved him. Daniel drove his car to the highway. Daniel already knew that his best friend was looking for him there must be something he wanted to talk about. Daniel drove his car to the downtown mall. After parking the car both walked to the cafe in the mall.

After Adi and Daniel sit in his cafe and order a drink. Adi ordered his favorite black coffee and Daniel coffee latte.

" When do you like coffee? " ask Adi.

Daniel took a pack of cigarettes out of his pocket. He took a stick and lit a fire. Adi followed his best friend to pick up one stick of nicotine and then turn on the fire batter. Suck it out and get it out of his nostrils.

Daniel sits next to Mary and picks up the television remote that Maria is holding. Then turn off his tv movement Daniel took the remote tv made Maria wake up from her sleep. Maria opened her eyes slowly and was surprised to see Daniel was already next to her.

" Just came home" said Maria.

" Yes "said Daniel Short.

" It's the night you want to go back to the shophouse" said Maria.

Daniel saw the clock on the wall of his house was late at night.

" You go to sleep again let me lock it from the outside when you return to the shophouse "said Daniel.

Mary caught a glimpse of Daniel and rose to her feet in the room. Daniel leaned his body on the sofa massaging his temple with his fingers. A lot of the things he had been thinking about lately made his head throb.

It was early morning when he went home to the shophouse just a few hours later. Daniel finally decided to go to sleep. Because it is very dangerous to drive with a headache.

Daniel locked the door and laid his body on the couch. A few moments later Daniel closed his eyes.
